Best on Offense
I have to agree with Benoit as a an all-time best offense guy. Mostly because watching him, Guerrero and the cruiserweights got me into wrestling in the first place and there's got to be something to that. Benoit was always the #1 highlight of any WCW programming for me. By extension, would that put Dynamite on this list also? I will second the majority of the names I have read and mention Regal, Volk Han and the 7 AJPW natives mentioned so far as big ones for me. Bryan as well because he's great in every setting I've seen him in. Fuchi is amazing during the early 90s. hansen and Vader are obvious choices, as is Blackwell. I think Danny Kroffat deserves a mention here because the guy has a wide variety of offense that he generally delivers very well. Adrian Street is a not obvious choice, but he could bring a lot of pain both with strikes and stretching his opponents out. If you've watched any of WoS, Jon Cortez is a guy that springs to mind. To me he was what WCW wished Dean Malenko could be. Just a straight-on technical wizard who was all about winning every match he was in. He'd get fired up when you wanted him to, play dirty just enough to make you believe he didn't exactly have morals and had a lot of things he could do on offense.

Toshiaki Kawada
Re: stuff to do, yeah I see what you are saying there. And your pegging of Kobashi as a "stuff to do" guy is not wrong at all. He wants to keep things moving and fill the time with things the fans are going to appreciate. Kawada was not that guy and I think I'm starting to understand where Parv's preference in the Kobashi/Kawada fandom comes from. It's not an overly uncommon thing for people to pick Kobashi over Kawada for the same reasons so I can't argue too much with the choice.

Remade Poll
Any deals that were made before this thing started stand. That's always been the case as far as I know. I'm just saying that once the promotion goes dead that worker is not available for scheduled shots or runs.

Southwest Championship Wrestling Results
WOOO Roy Lee Welch! Did not see that coming with the loaded purse finally backfiring on the Dynasty. Seems like it's high time that the Fabs gave the Dynasty their comeuppance in the hemisFair show also. I wonder how long they last without all of their gold and success if that happens. Masters is setting himself up for a fall, but I'm not sure exactly how. I do enjoy how every new roster member has something to do in a big angle. Keep up the great work!

I'm of the opinion that in every 60 minute draw there is "stuff to do" going on. There's going to be filler in matches like that because that's the nature of a 60 minute draw.

Remade Poll
Absolutely. Can't hurt to be sure if we need one after all. I will second the call for people who disagree with Grimmas approving trades.

I'm not looking to start another one unless it is necessary.

Memphis/Stampede Possible Trade

Remade Poll
I think Grimmas would make a perfectly fine master of trades. Mid November should be fairly easy to get down to 34 and 3 for everyone in my opinion. We could also go with November 1st. Not that big a deal either way. I think loan-outs off of the dormant rosters is getting a bit much. It's going to be hard to ask people tocome in and honor all of these dates that nobody running the promotion made.

Misawa vs. Kawada vs. Kobashi vs. Taue - Comparing the Four Corners
I imagine he was a witness to how what they were doing tore the other four up. Probably found ways of avoiding as much of the punishment as he could while still putting on the right kind of matches.

Mid South Wrestling on Tour Oct. 1983
Great TV and a Houston card that promises bigger things in the future. Andre and Hansen turning on one another had to happen, those two are enemies at heart. Muraco as the champ is a great way to build heat and put somebody over when he goes down. JYD is proving to be a great champ after only a couple of weeks. Fuji coming in to be a part of the Muraco stable is certainly...well, expected. I look forward to the next feud for the Fantastics as it will get them closer to being the tag champs they truly are.

Good continuation of you major storylines. Lots of hate-filled brawling is always a good thing. Gagne coming back is a cool deal, but somebody didn't like it. Hogan and the Roadies is a pretty ridiculous awesome trio for the early 80s.

November 1983 Draft
That will change though. Think of when guys like Michaels, Austin, Sting, Luger & Dustin become available. Those are going to be heavily planned months before that.

Remade Poll
That works fine by me as well. You seem like you would have a pretty good handle on who had value in the Canadian promotions.

Trade deals
Okay, so now that that is done, here is the plan on my end. If you think this seems off as far as placement, let me know. Ole Anderson to the IWF roster. Billy Robinson joins Steamboat on the Stampede roster. For now I am gonna hang on to Manny Fernandez to see if he has use for me outside of my original plans once I get everything in order with the rest of my roster. Once he is done in Florida I'm open to locations that he can spend his time until I find a way to use him. This takes effect in 24 hours. If you want Ole or Robinson and have offers that seem like they add the same amount of value to the roster they are going to I will listen.

Votes are confidential as a rule. Vote how you like because the idea is that we keep things even on the trades with our votes. If you think the value being added and subtracted works, vote yes. If not, say no.

Possible Southeastern/Stampede (Inactive)Trade
Seems right to me.

Possible Southeastern/Stampede (Inactive)Trade
So it makes for whoever ends up picking Stampede having several big name babyfaces. It's harder to build up babyfaces than heels.

Misawa vs. Kawada vs. Kobashi vs. Taue - Comparing the Four Corners
Mine looks the same as jdw's. That being said, I would much rather watch a Taue match than a Kobashi match. Especially if it's after 1995.

Remade Poll
I think we ought to be able to trade with the dummy promotions. The idea of a vote is good for this. How many people should be required out of the 12 that cast votes here to ratify the trade? 7? 8? I think already agreed-upon deals should be honored.
