The Wade Keller Appreciation Thread
Through means either fair or foul, I have very recently come into possession of the entire Torch back catalogue. Any recommendations on articles, good time periods, contributing writers to watch out for?

Need to get ahold of a Mod or administrator
It's funny all of this is coming together in a thread right now... My brother in law is in his mid 40s. Last watched in the early 90s. In an effort to keep his three boys entertained, he's ordered the WWE Network. He's asked me for recommendations based on what the boys are enjoying, and I'm trying not to overwhelm him with playlists. I was wondering yesterday, though, what are the odds against him or any of the three lads becoming wrestling lifers, possibly lurking and eventually posting here or somewhere similar? It really must be at least 10,000/1.

Pro Wrestling Love Is Now A PTBN Podcast Series
That was one hell of a intro to shoot style, boys. I'm in the 'watched Vader-Takada, then backed off' category. Looking forward to giving it a shot - the last man standing matches comparison sounds intriguing. Also, Marty - this entire series is amazing. You've noted you prefer writing but believe me you're getting your point across in these podcasts - articulate, thoughtful, interesting. Love to hear you team up with Chad sometime....

Loss, I for one would have absolutely no problem remaining silent while you dispensed wisdom in a thread here. Hope you're doing ok - my four year old and wife are ready to kill each other daily.

Pro Wrestling Love Is Now A PTBN Podcast Series
Marty, is there an issue getting that last episode to download? Like a lot of places, life's pretty wretched in Ireland at the minute - Don't leave me hanging!

When's part 2 of Psychology is dead Top 50 of 2010s? Great listening so far....

Pro Wrestling Love Is Now A PTBN Podcast Series
Marty, I'm wrecking my head trying to remember the last time I heard you - did tag teams are back again run into 2016? Anyway, listened to the first wcw one and into the TNA episodes - nice finally hearing Jerome too. I followed TNA quite closely in the 2005-07 and then 2012-15 ranges. It's a little explored theme in podcasts, very refreshing to hear!

Happy Christmas everyone
Since you mentioned jdw, how's his old buddy Parv doing?

Happy Christmas everyone
Hi, I don't contribute as much as I did in years past, but I come here to read up at least once every day. With the year that's been, I just wanted to thank everyone that does write here, offering some comfort away from all the unpleasantness. Merry Christmas, Mick

The Cancellation of Jim Cornette
Has anyone else tried out the watch-alongs Cornette has been doing? I really enjoyed the Magnum-Tully starrcade one.

The Jim Cornette Experience
I've listened to Cornette's commentary on Michaels-Vader (SummerSlam 96) and Bret-Austin (WM 13). If he spent all his time doing these and not bothering with all the bullshit, I'd be happy enough.

What Happened When with Tony Schiavone
Thanks Cactus. I'll try out Arn's commentary track on the first War Games as well.

What Happened When with Tony Schiavone
I listened to Cornette's commentary on Vader v Michaels at SummerSlam '96. Are Schiavone's commentary tracks up to that standard? If so, any recommendations? Thanks!

Wrestling Observer obits and historical articles
That's great, Kelly - I appreciate anything to get me started at least. Thanks!

Wrestling Observer obits and historical articles
Hi, I took the two Wrestling Observer obituary books with me on holiday last week and it reminded me how much I prefer his writing on those subjects. I'm interested in finding more like that from the last 10 years or so. Is there an index available on topics covered in each Observer anywhere? Or - aside from checking issues close to the deaths of wrestlers - does anyone have their own notations on issues that might be of interest? Thanks! @Ricky Jackson - I'm looking at you, brother!

Under-the-radar wrestling book recommendations
I'm up to 1982 in the Andre book and really enjoying it. That's halfway through the book, so there's plenty of detail on his last 10 years.

Great series, Liam. More please.

83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff
Is Ask Arn Anything always rubbish too? Surely we PWOers could band together and ask the same questions (worded differently) to get to topics we'd like to hear from Arn?

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
When lio left for a while (last year, I think), he talked about racism in the company. Mark Henry was among those denying racism.

83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff
Thank you, Thread Killer. I've dipped in and out of the show over its duration so far. Ill check out those TNA episodes.

The Cancellation of Jim Cornette
I'd say in Ireland and the UK wrestling really doesn't have a strong stigma anymore. It could be because it was massively popular in the early 90s, and everyone's grown up with some familiarity to it. Often, you'll get someone slag it off to you, and within a few minutes they're talking about Austin, Rock, Hogan...
