A lot of people have privately messaged me about this and wanted to know... Yes midgets are eligible for the draft. Also women are eligible if you would like to add them to your rosters for your show.

Put together an initial draft board to work from... I have over 200 names on there. Some teams I was thinking that may be troublesome for picks are like a Power and Glory. Yeah they had hype as a tag team but Hercules had a superior singles career before that tag team so they'd need to be separate. How about Tanaka and Kato? Are they a team or is it Tanaka and Diamond? All interesting little things to consider.

I think the best part about this is the range... A 1989 Hogan is a lot different than. 1992 Hogan. Hell even a 1988 Barry Windham is way different than a 1992 Windham. A lot of scenarios to think about in regards to drafting a year.

It's a blessing and a curse. You'll set the pace for the draft with that pick for sure.

24 hours is good with an immediate pick upon return. Maybe when we get to the 20th round we'll go to 12 to finish up. I was also thinking of a database thread to house everyone's rosters.

If anyone wants to help re-type the draft orders in reverse... let me know and we can tag team that bad boy or six man tag... eight man tag even...

You don't need to use all 35 but it's there. Build you talent to have one major show in your chosen city. Talent from all over the world can be selected. Managers can be part of your pick Announcers and such can be part of your picks Tag teams must be tag teams or they'll be challenged and picks may have to be split. I would say right now 88-92 is winning... this gives us a chance to maybe build to another draft down the line... please reply if you feel differently. I think the honor system is the easiest approach as we've got a great group to work within here... just be ready if you try to be sly that you will have a challenge. I haven't seen anything against adding in all regions into the draft... so at this point it is worldwide. I think a fun idea would be for each of us involved to think of a fun name for your promotion or to base your show out of a major city around the world. Kind of a way to give your show some flavor.

Waiting on people to reply before we get there. Right now it's December 1st but if we can hammer these two things out we can start quicker

Right now we're at 12. I say we go until the end of the week and then decide on 2 things. 1. Which years will we be doing 1988 to 1992 or 1988 to 1994 2. We need to decided if we need to make a pool or not. There are pros and cons to this... but if we use an honor system and the knowledge that a pick can be challenged (given the circumstance of a tag team). I think that is really our only hang up. If we are broadening everything out to North America, Japan, and Mexico, the list would be huge and I don't know how we could compile a legit list of talent from this wide of range in years to cover the sheer amount of workers who would be available. Rick McGraw dies on November 1st... but hasn't been used in weeks so I am releasing him today for Blassie. Moving Steve Lombardi to a jobber pack with the Conquistadors and releasing Johnny Rivera who I believe is retiring soon. With my last spot there... officially picking up Ed Gantner

I like the idea of if you draft them as a team... It's same year for both and then you'd have to use them as a team in your show.
