PWO Fantasy Draft 1988-1994 Edition
I love the honor system but see the merit in a list but damn that's gonna take a while unless we all chip in. I think the first thing to hammer out is our years... 88-92 Or 88-94 ???

PWO Fantasy Draft 1988-1994 Edition
Looks like I have this up to date and we're at 10 people. Do we want to cap at 15 for sake of making it something doable? In regards to the pool.... 1988 to 1994 is a very wide range... Do we want to go to 1988 to 1992 or keep it at 1988 to 1994? Also, in regards to the people available... is it too much to think that we don't need to have a set pool and just use our honor and book keeping when it comes to who is available to be picked? If we open it up to Japan and Mexico, aren't we looking at a pool of over 1,000 people over a 4 to 6 year period? I don't think I want to put together that kind of list. I also wanted to talk tag teams... so we know some of the famous tag teams but other teams... like the MegaPowers... it should be known you can't get Hogan and Savage together right? Then I think of teams like the Twin Towers and Skyscrapers... who I think are different. I view the Towers like two singles while the Skyscrapers would be a team. Same could be said for a Misawa/Kawada/Kobashi combo.

PWO Fantasy Draft 1988-1994 Edition
Yes each wrestler can only be picked once. There's no 89 Flair and 91 Flair type stuff. If you wanted to make your promotion based off 92 ajw then yes. It's a massive roster of talent were looking at if we open Japan and Mexico. I wouldn't even know where to start to put the list together given the scope of our time frame

PWO Fantasy Draft 1988-1994 Edition
http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/40033-with-the-first-pick-in-the-draft-pwo-selects/ As a reference, there are some of us interested in a massive draft from 1988-1994. As of right now, here are the individuals interested, please reply to this if you'd like to be added to the list... Low Blow Superkix dkookyPunk Beast Blehschmidt SmartMark15 Grimmas Jetlag Joeg El Boricua Gordi SirEdgar Lee Casebolt Some rules (these are changing as we develop) PRE-DRAFT This will be a 30 round draft Order will be random throughout the draft and picked then snake in the follow round We are looking to cap at 10-15 people in order to make it manageable DRAFT RULES Any individual wrestler picked will count as 1 draft pick Any tag team picked will count as the current pick and the next rounds pick A tag team can be split and utilized as one effectively splitting the team (the other member can obviously be picked later if wanted) When you draft an individual or team, put the year behind them that you would like them to be utilized... - For instance, if I were to draft Hulk Hogan, I would draft Hulk Hogan (1989) saying that when he's used, it would be his 1989 persona. POST DRAFT You can finish the draft and just have your roster You could also build to one major show and write it up This is organic and will continue to change as we get going, I think we can shoot for a December start date if not earlier as we begin to put together the master list of workers and decided if we just do North America or if we expand to Mexico and Japan.

WWF on Tour October 1985
WWF Live 10/28 New York City, NY – Madison Square Garden Hosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby Heenan -Good opening with Jesse and Gorilla putting over the night’s action. MSG is packed for a big time night of WWF action with a lot of people buzzing about the main event. We cut to the ring for our opener. The Fantastics vs the Sheepherders -A good 15-minute contest that goes all over the ringside area. We see fighting and brawling and even some flying here but when all's said and done it ends up being a double DQ. Billy Jack Haynes vs The Honky Tonk Man w/ Jimmy Hart -This is a fun little match with Billy Jack being extremely over right now. Greg Valentine makes his way out and attempts to get involved before Brutus Beefcake runs down and brawls with him outside the ring. Inside the ring Honky looks to go for the finish with the Shake, Rattle, and Roll but Billy Jack rolls all the way through for a backslide and 3-count! Manny Fernandez vs The Missing Link w/ Mr. Fuji -A great showcase for both men. Many is getting great at selling and right now Link is really only good for looking menacing. He poses a little threat but nothing major. The fight goes outside of the ring and we end up with a fun little moment where Link runs and nails Fuji when Manny ducks and then grabs him for a Brainbuster outside the ring! Manny rolls back in for a 10-count and the crowd pops. This one is far from over as the war has just begun. TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Tito Santana & Barry Windham vs the Fabulous Ones w/ Jimmy Hart -Gorilla and Lord Alfred are going on and on about how in the world The Fabulous Ones got a shot this quickly. Gorilla thinks that Jimmy Hart lined some pockets and maybe paid some people off. Lord Alfred wonders if it was Bobby Heenan who got the money because he should have gotten the rematch. Regardless, this is a very fun 18-minute contest with these guys going all over. Windham and Santana are flying with the Fabs who are selling well but also showing what their made of. Jimmy Hart is very motivated and animated outside of the ring. Around the 18-minute mark, we see a big tag to Windham who comes in with a house of fire and he is backing up the Fabs with some big time shots. Jimmy Hart gets up on the ring and he tries to swing with the Megaphone but he gets ROCKED by Barry Windham! Stan Lane from behind and he nails Windham who falls into the ropes. BAM! OUT OF NOWHERE! RICK RUDE! RUDE RAN DOWN AND NAILED WINDHAM WITH THE MEGAPHONE! Windham is laid out in the ring and he is busted wide open! Lane falls on him for the cover and the 1….2….3!! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! OMG! The crowd is shocked! Rude has disappeared. Inside the ring Jimmy Hart is going just absolutely wild for the Fabs with the tag titles! Gorilla and Hayes are in shock. Windham is helped out of the ring… once again… busted wide open by Rick Rude here in MSG just as he was a month ago. Brutus Beefcake vs Ted Dibiase w/ Big Bossman -A simple enough return for Dibiase who is back on the biggest stage of them all. He is working the crowd into a frenzy. He is very fluid with his motions and looks double tough out there. Beefcake gives him a couple of good runs for his money (pun intended) but nothing major. We end up with Dibiase tossing Beefcake into the ropes where the Bossman CRACKS him with the Haliburton before Dibiase then cradles him up for a 3 count. Dibiase makes the money signs up the aisle as the crowd is really letting him have it. MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Andre the Giant vs The One Man Gang & Sika w/ Mr. Fuji -Big time main event with a lot on the line here. The size of Sika and Gang is something to behold as they do some good work with Hogan and Andre. Hulkster does a lot of the work before Andre comes in to clean house. Hogan then comes back in for some selling before Andre comes back in to finish things off. The crowd knows the formula but they love the equation. In the end it is Andre knocking Gang out of the ring to the floor and then slamming Sika for Hogan to come with a big time Leg Drop for the 3-count. Hogan and Andre pose and work the crowd as they have fended off Dibiase’s men for the time being but there will always be more!

From Saturday Night’s Main Event Jim Powers & Paul Roma vs The Fabulous Ones w/ Jimmy Hart -This one is a glorified squash as Roma and Powers make the Fabulous Ones look VERY strong here tonight. 1983 Project General Chatter Thread
Hey guys, as an update, Dawho has decided to come back and take over the defunct PR promotion. Still working out details with him and his roster (made up from our draft list - fresh faces). I will have details as soon as I get em.
-
With the first pick in the Draft, PWO selects...
Okay fellas... I think we have some momentum with this... should we move this over to fantasy booking? I have got 5 of us now... should we go to 10 or 15 so it is actually manageable? Low Blow Superkix dkookyPunk Beast Blehschmidt SmartMark15 Also, talent wise... are we just doing North America or do we open up Mexico and Japan? Can we split up some work on the list? Good parameters for 1988 - 1994?
-
With the first pick in the Draft, PWO selects...
I also think it would be fun instead of using real promotions or anything like that if you made up your promotions name. Just as kind of a fun little fantasy type deal
-
With the first pick in the Draft, PWO selects...
What kind of rules are you thinking? If we just do a simple huge draft with 10 people per se and then with your roster of maybe 25 to 30 rounds you create one big show I think that would be pretty simple right? I think if we use the parameter 1988 to 1994. Perhaps make a list of qualified tag teams and just like other drafts if you draft a tag team they take up two rounds. We could always add in the idea of Japanese Talent along with Mexican Talent along with North American talent in a real hodgepodge if people wanted. If you wanted to make more than one show that would be up to you but it would be just a simple project with the draft being the biggest part of it. Perhaps when you draft somebody you kind of put the year of them that you want. For instance if I were to draft Vader I would have a 1992 behind it saying that is the year in which I would want him in his prime. What do you guys think?

WWF on Tour October 1985
WWF Presents: Saturday Night’s Main Event IV Nassau Coliseum - Long Island, New York Hosted by Vince McMahon & Jesse Ventura Ted Dibiase w/ One Man Gang & Bossman: Well boys and girls… tonight's the night. Tonight is the night that I, Ted Dibiase BUY the WWF title from Hulk Hogan… now Hulk Hogan is going to have to pay the ultimate price for it to happen. You see the One Man Gang is not here to trick or treat… but he is here to hit and beat… and he is going to do that to you Hulk Hogan… he’s going to hit you until he beats you and there’s nothing you can do about it. HAHAHAHA! Jimmy Hart: What a night baby, what a night. Tonight, I have got the Hammer ready to put an end to Billy Jerk Haynes and then… oh baby… then the hottest tag team in all of wrestling makes their debut! It is going to be a FABULOUS NIGHT!! Bobby Heenan: You know a lot of people get nervous about the bright lights of NBC and Saturday Night’s Main Event… but not the Heenan Family. Even without Chris Adams, I have got two of the best right here in Gino Hernandez and Rick Rude… and don’t forget, the strongest man in the world is right here if we need him! Tito Santana: You know something Barry, I have had my eyes on gold for a long time. I have been looking to get my hands on the Macho Man, but brother tonight I am focused on being there for you and being a champion! Barry Windham: That’s right brother… you know Bobby Heenan and his Family if you call it have got some major problems. The biggest problem they got is me and you and tonight, what gold they have we’re going to take and brother there will be no looking back! Hulk Hogan: Knock knock… who’s there… Boo…. Boo Who… Don’t Cry Ted Dibiase because Halloween is right around the corner and the biggest surprise of them all is coming tonight dude. You may have one of the baddest dudes in wrestling ready for a fight but brother when it comes down to you are are miles away from Hulkamania and I am going to show everyone why it is the strongest force in the world and WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN HULKAMANIA BANKRUPTS YOUUUUU!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnTlgxhuexc Vince McMahon: Welcome everyone to the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York! I am Vince McMahon alongside Jesse the Body Ventura and Jesse, what a card we have here tonight, headlined by a WWF Championship match between the One Man Gang and Hulk Hogan! Jesse Ventura: Don’t kid around McMahon… it won’t be a match… it will be a beating! Hogan is still reeling after the Main Event II less than a month ago. He has also got Ted Dibiase on his mind! Plus… tonight he is in there with 500 pounds of the ONE MAN GANG! Vince: The odds will be certainly stacked against him Jesse, also tonight we will see the tag team titles on the line as Rick Rude substitutes in for Chris Adams to defends the titles against Tito Santana and Barry Windham. Jesse: A lot of people have been talking that without Adams, the Duo are bust… well I am here to tell you that Rick Rude is more than comparable inside that ring and those titles aren’t going anywhere. Vince: Plus tonight we see the debut of the Fabulous Ones! Jesse: I love these two. I have seen them wrestle all over the world. They are top class because you know that Jimmy Hart wouldn’t accept anything less! Vince: Be that as it may… fans it is time for our opening contest… let’s head to the ring! Billy Jack Haynes vs Greg Valentine w/ Jimmy Hart -A great opener here tonight with Billy Jack Haynes who is just STACKED and has got some good crowd following. Valentine is a workhorse but Billy Jack is keeping him on his toes. They go about 12-minutes before Jimmy Hart tries to get involved but ends up being the distraction for Billy Jack to nail the Hammer with a big forearm right to the jaw that knocks him silly before rolling him up for a pinfall! Vince and Jesse put this over and talk about how Jimmy Hart didn’t want his night to start like this! *COMMERCIAL* *SNME is back and inside the ring is the One Man Gang with Ted Dibiase and Big Bossman. Dibiase isn’t quite Million Dollar Man… but more of a Ric Flair hybrid with the MDM. He has got a slick ass suit on and is working the crowd. Bossman has the haliburton that we assume is full of money. Vince and Jesse put it over as we cut to Mean Gene! Mean Gene: Welcome back to SNME fans, I am Gene Okerlund and we are moments away from the big WWF Title defense… come on in here right now Hulk Hogan. You are about to step into that ring with the One Man Gang but we have seen… he will not be alone. The founder of Money Inc., Ted Dibiase is there with his head of security, the Big Bossman! Hulk Hogan: Well you know something Mean Gene… when you walk around with this title brother, it is the biggest target that you could imagine. Look at how it pulled the multi-million dollar man Ted Dibiase to come back to the WWF and try and take it from me dude. He gave me that blank check and brother you can guess where I told him to shove it dude! Mean Gene: But tonight, you go against the One Man Gang… what do you have for backup in case things get out of hand? Hulk Hogan: The story goes like this Mean Gene… when push comes to shove… you push as hard as you can until you can’t push anymore… well brother when you have got those guys pushing you… you find someone to help you push back and I have found him… let’s do it dude! Mean Gene: Oh my… Hulk Hogan is on his way to the ring!! WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs The One Man Gang w/ Ted Dibiase & Big Bossman -A big time championship match and there is a lot of extra curricular outside the ring with Dibiase and Bossman there and it almost gets the best of Hogan and the referee but then Hogan stops the match and goes up to the middle rope and waves at the back… wait just a moment… here comes ANDRE THE GIANT! Hogan has evened up the odds and here we go! We come back from commercial and this one is starting to heat up. They go about 15-minutes and it is a great showing with Hogan selling like crazy for the One Man Gang. He’s making him look like a million dollars, pun intended, and Vince and Jesse are putting him through the roof.Andre almost comes to blows with the Bossman outside the ring which serves as an opportunity for Dibiase to get involved in the match. He nails Hogan in the back with the haliburton and Hulkster is in trouble! This paves the way for the OMG to beat him down before hitting the 747 and a big two count before Hogan Hulks up! He battles back and hits the big boot and then a bodyslam that shakes the ring! He goes for the legdrop but before the referee can hit three, here comes Bossman and nails him with the briefcase again! We get a DQ finish and here comes Dibiase in as they are laying Hogan out. Andre is able to pop into the ring and they back off. Money Inc. retreats to the back with Hogan helped up by Andre. The champion may have reigned supreme for the time being, but man o man is there more to this one in the future! *COMMERCIAL* -SNME is back with Vince and Jesse putting over the big WWF Championship match. They talk about the combination of Money Inc and the pairing of Hogan and Andre. They put over how we won’t be back on NBC for SNME until Saturday December, 21st. They wonder what will develop by the time we get to that point. They put over the remaining bouts on the card as we cut to our next contest. Manny Fernandez vs Sika w/ Mr. Fuji -A surprisingly good brawl for these two men. Manny Fernandez is trying to find his groove in the WWF and does so with this matchup against Sika in many ways. He has got the in ring ability and a good crowd following. Mr. Fuji is outside the ring and he pushing his man on as we see Sika control the contest before Fernandez finds a way to fight back. We get a crazy moment in which Sika headbutts Fernandez and just BUSTS HIM WIDE OPEN! I am talking a GUSHER as blood is coming down his. The referee has to get in there and ends up calling the match for blood. Sika wipes the blood across his chest as Fernandez is doing everything he can to get back in there and get him some! -We then cut to Jimmy Hart who is backstage with the Fabulous Ones… they have got their white suits and top hats on as Jimmy is pumping them up in a big way! *COMMERCIAL* -SNME returns with an elaborate entrance for the Fabulous Ones. They come down to some special music and then we see Jimmy Hart leading them out to the ring, behind them are Valentine and Honky, and bringing up the caboose are the Anvil and the Hitman. They get into the ring and do a little dance and shimmy before taking off their garb and getting ready for the match. For what it’s worth, the Anvil and Hitman don’t seem pleased! Jim Powers & Paul Roma vs The Fabulous Ones w/ Jimmy Hart -This one is a glorified squash as Roma and Powers make the Fabulous Ones look VERY strong here tonight. It is as though Kiern and Lane can do no wrong and they are fluid in that ring. Vince and Jesse really pump them up and put them over. Roma and Powers get a little movement but nothing special. The finish sees Jimmy Hart get the Hitman and the Anvil to pull Roma down and distract him before the Fabulous Ones grab Powers and hit him with a double brainbuster suplex! Kiern pins him for the 1….2….3!! The Fabs get the win and look fantastic doing it. They work the crowd while Jimmy and his cronies are giving them some hype. Could this be the team to dominate the WWF? Does Jimmy Hart have the diamond in the rough? *COMMERCIAL* -SNME is back with Vince and Jesse putting over the night’s action and talking about hearing from Hulk Hogan later on in the broadcast. They turn their attention to the tag team ranks of the WWF with the champions Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams. They put over how Adams was hurt but Rick Rude is going to do more than just fill the void for the team! They put over how Windham and Santana may not be a team but have been partners before and know each other well! We cut to the ring for the main event! TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Tito Santana & Barry Windham vs Gino Hernandez & Rick Rude © w/ Bobby Heenan -A more modern esq tag team with Tito and Windham who have got the pedigree for success while Hernandez & Rude have got all the makings of a heat magnet team. This one goes about 15-minutes and we get a commercial break in the middle. These four all get a chance to throw in that ring and the crowd gets white hot for Windham and Gino who really stand toe to toe in the middle of the ring. The real heat comes with Hernandez and Santana who have got some unspoken hatred going on and they don’t hold back on throwing some big time blows. Jesse says that Heenan has got these guys ready while Vince is exclaiming that Windham and Tito can get it done! *COMMERCIAL* -We return for the big finish as we see Gino and Rude doing some underhanded tactics to keep control of the contest. They are pulling out all the stops and putting forth a good effort here but when Windham gets tagged in, the crowd explodes. Windham comes with rights and lefts that shake the ring and turn the tide. This brings Hercules out with Heenan directing traffic. The crowd is on edge as Hercules looks to use the chain but out of the back runs Billy Jack Haynes and he ends up nailing Rude in the back with the chain! Windham comes out of corner and BULLDOGS RUDE! 1….2…..3!! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! WE HAVE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!! Tito and Windham are going nuts here as Billy Jack joins them in the ring. They hold the titles high in the air and McMahon is going wild! Rude is being helped to the back, holding his back while Heenan is crying. Gino Hernandez is irate right now as this is pure chaos! Windham and Santana celebrate while Vince and Jesse put it over and talk about speaking with Hulk Hogan when we come back! *COMMERCIAL* Mean Gene: Welcome back to SNME folks, I am Gene Okerlund and with me at this time is the REIGNING WWF CHAMPION, Hulk Hogan. Hulkster, what a night… Hulk Hogan: Well cut my legs off and call me shorty Mean Gene. What a night brother… I know that a lot of the glory is on Hulkamania right now, but I want to welcome in two of the baddest dudes I know… -In walk NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS, Barry Windham and Tito Santana. They are swarmed by Hogan, Andre, Brutus Beefcake, Billy Jack, and the Fantastics. They are celebrating and pouring champagne all over. Mean Gene: There you have it, the NEW tag team champions Windham and Santana… the WWF Champion Hulk Hogan… Hulkster I would say things are going well! Hulk Hogan: Well brother you look around this room and you see the best of the best of the best in professional sports dude. You are talking about tag team excellence and right here, this belt shows that Hulkamania is the strongest force in the world. When it comes down to it, there is no tomorrow for any of us because we are living so wild and free today! Ted Dibiase, you found out tonight dude that not everybody has a price. Not every man has got a number for you and what you stand for. Now… your time is coming. Since you came to the WWF, you have yet to step into that right and brother I think it is high time that Ted Dibiase and Hulk Hogan get in that ring and settle the thing so WHATCHA GONNA DO TED DIBIASE WHEN THE INTERNAL REVENUE OF HULKAMANIA COMES TO AUDIT YOU! Mean Gene: Fans there you have it, Vince and Jesse back out to you! -We cut back out to Vince and Jesse who put this over in a big way. They talk about the big debut of the Fabulous Ones and how they are catapulted into the title picture. They put over the new champions and Jesse says that he thinks it was a fluke and Heenan will get his men ready to go when the time is right! Vince then pumps up Hulk Hogan higher than anything. He says that he is without a doubt the best in professional wrestling and Ted Dibiase will rue the day he challenged the Hulkster! They pump up the next edition of SNME on NBC on December the 21st! We will see you then!

They win with the Hart Attack and look good but for how long? *Special promo with Jimmy Hart unveiling his new team… The Fabulous Ones! Steve Kiern and Stan Lane. They finish with the Decapitation Device and we hear Gorilla say that these guys are on the hunt for some titles and it could come sooner than later if they get their shot! Barry Windham & Tito Santana defeated Los Conquistadors -We finally get a chance to see these two in action as a team and they don’t disappoint. Gorilla and Bobby put over how they are very good singles wrestlers but as a team they can’t stand up to the Dynamic Duo… Gorilla corrects him though and says when they go for the titles… it is going to be Gino and Rude… not Gino and Adams! Regardless, tonight they look great and we see a big flying forearm from Tito on Conquistador I for the 3-count.

Dirt Sheets
WWF NEWS -A lot of little tidbits going around the WWF right now; -The first bit of major news is that Chris Adam’s knee injury is said to be more serious than expected. He tweaked it during a television taping a couple of weeks ago and has since not been able to rehab it. He was sent home to get some work done on the knee but has already told those who will listen that he isn’t coming back. He has already sent feelers to MACW and the AWA along with heading back to his home base of Texas. It will be interesting to see if he does stay with it and leaves because if he does where does Gino Hernandez go? Hernandez is one of Vince McMahon’s prize pupils if you will. He sees a lot of money in Gino and many wondered why they took the IC title off of him the way they did only for him to regain the tag titles that quickly. Hernandez and Heenan have gotten along well but with so many things, life on the road is tough. There are plenty of rumors surrounding Gino Hernandez’ nightlife and extra curricular activities. He has been pretty good about such things since being in New York and the WWF but still has his concerns. When Gary Hart left the company a couple of months ago, many thought Gino would go too. When Kerry Von Erich when back to Dallas, many thought he would go then. Now with Chris Adams presumably on the go… will this be Gino’s final straw to leave the WWF or will it be the time when we get to see just how bright he can shine on the biggest stage in professional wrestling? -Expect a quick push for the Fabulous Ones. They have come in with some high praise from Jimmy Hart but also Randy Savage. The Fabs were actually set to come into the WWF in July but plans changed that quickly. It appears now they have some muscle behind their arrival and time will tell how well they do under the microscope of the WWF. -Andre the Giant is back healthy and ready to go. There were some grumblings about him not going on the road with the rest of the boys, but his back has been giving him trouble recently due to his weight gain, so it is an understanding that he is going through some tough physical times. -Jake Roberts has been very vocal of his lack of push. He feels like there is money to be earned in other places around the country and has sent out feelers. Nothing has come back to where he will go but he could slither away if the right opportunity showed itself. -The WWF dropped the Hercules Strongman gimmicks after a recent news article broke about kids trying to pull each other with chains and being choked. This is in no way the first time this angle has been done but perhaps the first time it was done on this big of scale. The WWF legal team took care of things but don’t expect Hercules to be pushing any cars around soon and that could spell trouble for him. -The WWF is supposedly offering contracts to some wrestlers they scouted at the 1985 NCAA Wrestling Championships. Gerald Brisco was in attendance and saw some talent that he was high on and could end up with the WWF before too long. -Expect to see some younger talent coming through while older talent is being fleshed out over the next couple of months. The WWF is looking to get some younger guys in including a young rookie from Florida named Ed Ganter. He has got a great look and the WWF things there is money to be had. Look for him to jump on to All American in the coming weeks. -Lord Alfred Hayes has left the company and will no longer be hosting All-American. That duty now goes to Gene Okerlund and Pat Patterson. While the WWF is on the road, they will tape special segments in which Patterson tries different foods and sees different sights from around America. Okerlund and Patterson are closer, personal, friends so this will be a good pairing. In regards to comedy, it will be there, entertainment it will be there, but wrestling… that may be the one thing this show will lack.

With the first pick in the Draft, PWO selects...
I think we get a list of people interested think of a couple little guidelines and maybe put together a full list with the greatest wrestler of all time names and some outliers. Then we do the draft and maybe you can showcase your roster with one major show.

Nice... would be a fun undertaking here with enough people involved. I'd be in and willing to put together a list with someone else if interested. Even if we used the PWO Greatest Wrester List as a starting point.

Pretty sure one of those trainers with Angle was Darin Corbin of MN Indy Wrestling Fame.

If I were going straight 1988-1994... 1. Hogan as my draw... I think it's been shown that he was possibly the only major draw in professional wrestling during that time period. 2. Sting as my up and comer... He was a better worker than Warrior and with the right setting he could have had a different career trajectory. 3. I really tossed it up for the 3rd pick... I mean Flair is the obvious choice... but the other part of me wants to pick someone off the cuff... given his 1988-94 are very strong... I would look at Rick Rude to be that 3rd pick... Alternates for that pick... Vader is up there and so is Ted Dibiase... Randy Savage is next in line but you'd have to factor in his 1993 - 94 announcing but that early run would be amazing.

If this was more formal, I would definitely jump in. It would be a fun little thing to do over a specific time period and not having to worry about the big post draft booking... maybe just do one big show kind of thing?

Ed Gantner of Florida fame jumped on my radar... Is he being used? I didn't see him in the 85 draft.
