Radically Righteous Wrestling - Season One
I agree with everything the others said. This is a slice of our pie with some extra cherries in it and it is great. Looking forward to the long term of this thing to see where it will go and how it evolves. Great stuff.

WWC - Puerto Rico - July
Good start to the month and I love the Hogan reference. This guy is like a modern day Brutus Beefcake with his relationship to Hogan lol.

Continental Championship Wrestling June 1985
I don't know exactly why, but I am growing quite fond of the Rich/Gilbert team. I love how Ron Bass comes right in to the main event and we even get a WrestleMania rematch with Mulligan getting his revenge. I like that Brody has also had some issues here. Not too many will remember the Bruiser Brody/Bill Watts/ Vince McMahon debacle back in 1984 when I had Mid South. Keep doing work!

1983 Project General Chatter Thread
He was drafted by MACW in the 1985 fresh face draft. He has the rights to him unless he was somehow traded. So at this point he is an MACW guy. And he is on his roster, double check there for future questions. I know we have some mix up but this is another call to urge everyone to pm me your updated rosters when possible so that we can keep the database up to date.

WWF On Tour June 1985
WWF Superstars Vince McMahon & Jesse the Body Ventura Matches from Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid-Hudson Civic Center Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams defeated Phil Lafon & Tom Zenk Chris Adams: Well I guess we saw it go down last night. The Machines retained… but that means nothing because in just one week… it won’t be that way… in just one week… it will all be lost! Gino Hernandez: You know Chris and I have been talking about it… and we are SO CONFIDENT that we will beat the Machines next week… we are willing to put our hair on the line if they put their masks on the line! Chris Adams: So you boys think long and hard… because we are willing to put it all on the line at Saturday Night’s Main Event! *COMMERCIAL* Jake Roberts defeated Frankie DeFalco Jake Roberts: I guess the world has seen the true colors of so many… but you know snake can change its color depending on its mood. You see right now I am in a bad mood. I have got a couple of things on my mind… the one big thing is that monster Sika… at Saturday Night’s Main Event… it is me and you big man. I hear you have got an animal like instinct… well shake this tree and see what happens boy. *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER Mean Gene is going off in the event center this week. He puts over the big night last night and how we have a new King in the WWF, Randy Savage. He puts over how Hulk Hogan overcame the odds to retain the title against King Kong Bundy. He talks about the Machines and how they barely defeated the Harts but were victorious. He then goes on about the request of the Dynamic Duo about the Hair vs Mask amendment. We then get word from none other than President Jack Tunney on a couple of different topics… TAG TITLE SITUATION Jack Tunney: I feel as though this issue between the Machines and the Dynamic Duo has come to a boiling point and I have no choice but to make a ruling on this contest. It is with that judgment that the match will be a Two out of Three Falls Match for the WWF Tag Team Championship. If the Machines win, they will retain the Tag Team Titles but also get to cut the hair of Gino Hernandez and Chris Adams. If Adams and Hernandez win, they will win the tag team titles and the masks of the Machines must be removed. Furthermore, I am stipulating that if there is a count out or disqualification in the deciding fall, the titles will still be able to change hands. TITO SANTANA & GREG VALENTINE Jack Tunney: The aftermath of last night’s brutal contest between Greg Valentine & Tito Santana has left both men both physically and mentally defeated. I have already heard from a number of different sources about that contest and we will not be showing footage of that contest. We wish both men a speedy recovery. HULK HOGAN SITUATION Jack Tunney: Given the happening from yesterday’s Wrestling Challenge and the further injuries to Hillbilly Jim by the Koloffs… I have agreed to let Hulk Hogan find a suitable replacement for the contest. Given that the show in on NBC’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, we will not have word of who that replacement is until the time of the show… SATURDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT Saturday July 6th from Houston, Texas MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Mystery Partner vs Ivan & Nikita Koloff TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2/3 FALLS MASKS vs HAIR The Machines vs The Dynamic Duo Jake Roberts vs Sika w/ Gary Hart Barry Windham vs Bret Hart *COMMERCIAL* Barry Windham defeated Lt. James Wright Jimmy Hart: Barry Windham, since you have come on the scene… everyone has talked about just how good you are in the ring… but you have got nothing on the Hitman baby! Bret Hart: That’s right Windham… they don’t call me the Excellence of Execution for nothing… I am going to stretch you like a pretzel… so don’t get salty! *COMMERCIAL* MAIN EVENT Paul Roma & Jim Powers vs Kamala & Sika w/ Gary Hart -A good showcase for Kamala and Sika who beat the piss out of these guys but don’t quite have the tag team acumen. They have got some animalistic tendencies that really cause chaos in that ring and we see a nasty Samoan drop from Sika on Paul Roma before Kamala runs and BIG SPLASH for the 3-count! The crowd isn’t happy as they are looking to continue this battle before Jake the Snake Roberts runs out and tosses the snake Damien in the ring! Kamala and Sika exit the ring with Gary Hart as Jake holds the snake up. They have a date with destiny at Saturday Night’s Main Event! What a night that has become!

WWF On Tour June 1985
WWF Live 6/29/1985 WWF Presents: The Royal Brawl Chicago, IL – UIC Pavilion BATTLE ROYAL Nikita Koloff won a “REVERSE BATTLE ROYAL” featuring 20-WWF Superstars. -The gimmick of the match was that there were two men who started in the match and a new man came out every minute. The final four came down to Bobby Fulton, Chris Adams, Billy Jack Haynes, and Nikita before he went nuts and tossed everyone out. Jake Roberts vs Brutus Beefcake w/ Jimmy Hart -It all happens here with Jake Roberts fully becoming a babyface in the eyes of the fans. Brutus Beefcake does through some changes of his own though and he officially kicks Jimmy to the curb after he hit him one more time with the megaphone. This led to the DDT by Jake for the pinfall. Brutus then grabs Jimmy and he puts him in the sleeper to a great ovation from the crowd! Here come the Hart Foundation as Brutus backs off and works the crowd! Barry Windham vs Gino Hernandez -These guys get 20-minutes to shine and it looks like it is going to go to a draw before Chris Adams is out and he serves as a distraction leading to Hernandez rolling up Windham with a handful of tights. An excellent contest with a hot finish. Windham has shown some serious upside of the last couple of weeks. CAGE MATCH SUBMISSION MATCH Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine w/ Jimmy Hart -Pure violence for 18-minutes. These guys wear the piss out of one another in the mesh fence cage here tonight. Both men bleed early and quite a bit. Valentine looks like he’s got red hair when it is all said and done. Both guys work the knees for the figure four and Valentine even locks it up but Tito is able break out when he pulls himself up in the corner. Tito is able to break the hold and then he sends Valentine from pillar to post and each side of the cage in between. Both men are just gushing at this point and Jimmy Hart is trying to figure out what to do outside the ring before it is Tito Santana who locks in the figure four. It is Tito who has it locked in the middle of the ring and now Valentine has nowhere to go! The crowd is going nuts and we see Valentine in the hold for what seems like an eternity before Jimmy Hart throws in the towel! The referee grabs it and calls for the bell. Tito Santana has won it! We have medics and agents run down to the ring and they try to provide assistance as this one was a bloodbath. WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines © vs The Hart Foundation -A really good 15-minute contest with these two teams leaving it all in the ring. We get to see the workrate of the Machines on point tonight and the Harts are really something special out there. The big happening here is how Jimmy Hart is nowhere to be found. One has to wonder if he is back with the Hammer or running from Brutus Beefcake! In regards to the title match, the Harts look to be in control but it is the power of the Machines that puts them over the edge. They double clothesline the Anvil out of the ring to the floor before they hit a double slapjack type maneuver on Bret that looks to break his back and finish him for the 3-count! The Harts have to recoup as they go to the back and the Machines look strong! WWF INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP vs THE CROWN Randy Savage © w/ Elizabeth vs King Harley Race w/ Bobby Heenan -This one has some interesting pieces to it. We have seen a change in Savage over the last couple of weeks and it is on full effect here. He is just an asshole out there and he lets Elizabeth know who he is and what he’s about. In regards to Race, these two bring out a good contest for 14-minutes. Race is able to get some heat on Savage but Randy isn’t overly liked right now but there is some love for him. The finish of the match sees Race go for the pile driver but Savage tosses him over his back. Savage then hits the ropes and a big double axe-handle smash and Race goes down. Savage finds a way to the top rope and comes crashing down with a big elbow drop right through the heart of Harley Race and then the 3 count and Savage has won it! The crowd pops for this one but Savage is going nuts in the ring. He holds up the title and then the crown! Elizabeth has to open the ropes for him and Savage leaves her in the dust for all intensive purposes as he walks up the aisle! WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy w/ Bobby Heenan -The big main event… the ribs of Hogan are busted thanks to the Russian chain from the Koloffs. The size of Bundy is almost too much. We see the big man wear down Hogan something awful and he just destroys him piece by piece. Hogan is selling like he’s never sold before and it all leads to the big comeback in which he seems absolutely impervious to pain! He hammers away at Bundy and then sends him to the ropes for the big boot but nothing doing…. Hogan then comes for the BODY SLAM! He hits the ropes… LEG DROP… 1….2….3!!! HOGAN HAS WON IT! -This one isn’t over though as Hogan continues to pose… we see Ivan and Nikita come out and my oh my… the crowd is going nuts! Hogan puts the title down in the ring and welcomes Nikita to come in and face him! Here comes a slew of officials and agents as they hold Nikita and Ivan back… Hogan wants them to come in the ring now that he can see them. What is going to happen at Saturday Night’s Main Event next week!?!? Who will be Hogan's partner?!?!

WWF On Tour June 1985
WWF Wrestling Challenge Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby The Brain Heenan in studio Matches from Poughkeepsie, NY – Mid-Hudson Civic Center Billy Jack Haynes defeated Barry Horowitz -Another good showcase for Haynes who continues to rise up and Heenan says he is nothing but muscle and doesn’t have a brain to boot but he would do whatever it took to put him in line. Gorilla says he is nuts and Haynes is way too smart to fall for his tricks. *COMMERCIAL* The Sheepherders w/ Dutch Mantell defeated Skip Jones & Brady Boone -We get our first look at the Sheepherders… Butch and Luke with Cousin Dutch. They are wild and crazy guys and are all over the place. Dutch even gets involved outside the ring and when all is said and done it is the Herders who have destroyed these two and walk out of the ring after winning via count out. Very interesting contest… *COMMERCIAL* EVENT CENTER WWF Presents: THE ROYAL BRAWL Saturday June 29th, from UIC Pavilion Chicago, Illinois MAIN EVENT WWF CHAMPIONSHIP Hulk Hogan © vs King Kong Bundy INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP VS THE CROWN Randy Savage © vs Harley Race (King) CAGE SUBMISSION MATCH Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines © vs The Hart Foundation Barry Windham vs Gino Hernandez Jake Roberts vs Brutus Beefcake 20-Man Battle Royal!! SATURDAY NIGHT’S MAIN EVENT Saturday July 6th from Houston, Texas MAIN EVENT Hulk Hogan & Hillbilly Jim vs Ivan & Nikita Koloff TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP The Machines or The Hart Foundation vs The Dynamic Duo *The Duo has promised to put their hair on the line! Jake Roberts vs Sika w/ Gary Hart Barry Windham vs Bret Hart *Match subject to change *COMMERCIAL* Brutus Beefcake w/ Jimmy Hart defeated Ricky Lee Jake Roberts: This is a man who prides himself on cutting the hair of others. A man who takes pride in making others look weak. Just like Samson… you cut the hair and you lose the strength… but perhaps you lose mouth and you gain some honor… regardless… when you see me… you feel the DDT and the lights will go out! *COMMERCIAL* MAIN EVENT Hillbilly Jim vs Nikita Koloff w/ Nikita -This out gets out of hand early and we see Hillbilly put up a fight but it doesn’t matter when Ivan gets involved and once more, we see the beat down of Hillbilly Jim. You’ve got to give it to the big guy… he can take a beating and takes a huge powerslam with the Russian Chain wrapped around his ribs. The Russians have just destroyed Hillbilly… is there any way he will be able to help out the Hulkster next week at SNME?

Pretty big card from Winnipeg that finales some issues from the month. Some moving pieces in the promotion will serve well for the young talent you are pushing.

NWA Lutte Internationale June 1985
Well Lutte has done it again! Giving Andre a title! Are you kidding me? Don't you know about his WWF Contract? Don't you know about his Japanese Commitments? WWF Lawyers are working overtime on this debacle. I will say that Dino doesn't seem to be getting the best of his return thus far to Lutte but that could of course change after dues are paid. Lots of exciting stuff from North of the border!

1983 Project General Chatter Thread
That's the life of the game. It would be hard to revert back to an nwa style game in which we all share talent all the time and have one world champion. There are still sharing agreements amongst companies which isn't a problem and alliances can be of benefit when used correctly.
