  1. He has his first great call in December '02 with the famous "go Red go" chant that he leads.
  2. Trevor Lee strikes me as a better version of Mikey Whipwreck a and is meant that as a compliment.
  3. EDIT: Beat me to it.
  4. When the primary angle revolves around Erik Watts and the best talent on the roster take a back seat to Michael Shane? Yes. "Boring" is appropriate.
  5. This is actually one of my favorite eras of TNA. It's a total train wreck that is just dripping Russo garbage, but there was enough good that stood out from what WWE was presenting (and easier to watch than ROH for 16/17 year old me) that I had no problem handing $10 a week from my part time job's paycheck to order it. Once the Dutch era really takes hold in late 2003/early 2004, though, is when it just gets boring and the highs aren't as high.
  6. Shhhh! Nobody's supposed to have any recollection of the ancient wisdoms!
  7. LowKi vs. Homicide 7/7/01 (JAPW) AJ Styles/Christopher Daniels vs. Super Dragon/Davey Richards 3/18/06 (PWG) The Messiah vs. Supreme 7/22/00 (XPW)* *Not everybody's cup of tea, but it's one of the better US death matches I've seen, and probably the best thing XPW ever produced. Which isn't saying much at all.
  8. The current XWA vs. ROH program that XWA is running. They've worked Ciampa's "firing" from ROH into it perfectly and actually made me care about Mike Bennett.
