British Kendo was nominated, just got no votes.

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
Good to see 5 ballots for Doug Williams, esp as he was quite a late nomination. Be interesting to know how many of his voters were British - he's a guy I really appreciate in a live environment and he basically works everywhere in the UK. Hes as reliable working the imports in a dream match as he is working with a young guy and making him look good. High from on Fritz Von Erich, suspect he's not the last of his family I'll be high vote on

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
I really want to see Mando's list at the end of this process. Between B-Boy at 23 and Kendrick at 9, he's certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons with his picks. He's not hiding behind the anonymous option though, he's owning those picks, so fair play.

Good to see from the Norman Smiley photo that one of the Nasty Boys is represented on this list

Where did JvK have Low-Ki? Anyone remember? I'm just recalling this moment

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
Based on his prediction, does this mean JvK will soon be rocking a Low-Ki avatar?

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
Having seen the picture Grimmas chose for Tom Zenk, I'm really glad that I instead get to choose from the countless identical photos of my lowest-high vote James Mason (517)

NWA-TNA 2003 aka a passive-agressive way to deal with depression
Yeah, I remember this being surprisingly fun. My main memory is that Jarrett worked FIP, pretty much because he's the only one able to take a few bumps, but that Animal was surprisingly good on offence. Seem to remember he hits a pretty nice sitout powerbomb. I also remember a Hawk dropkick that was barely knee-height. I'm sure someone else can confirm, but as I recall the Athena stripping was very much a shoot, and she really was trying desperately to hang onto her clothes.

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
Kind of surprised that, with 5 guys from my list ranking so far, that Steve Veidor is going to end up 95th if I re-ordered my ballot to GWE positions. Partly because there's a few guys I would have assumed we'd have seen by now and partly because I thought he'd rank higher. Still, I'll wear my "High Voter For Steve Veidor" badge with pride Actually, with Veidor, Roach and Mason all ranking, I'm quite happy to be doing my thing for the old-school British guys

Post-Mania 32 Raw
Having not watched Total Divas for a while, is Big E still romancing Nattie's sister? Because Tyson Kidd's face of disgust as they cavorted in his hot tub was my favourite TD moment

The Jerry Saggs fiasco
I feel like they'd have a woman singing a couple of tunes, in which case, Black Velvet is on there. Oh absolutely. Someone needs to crack out Bad Reputation while Saggs pops to the bar

The Jerry Saggs fiasco
I don't imagine the JSF pull out too many surprises in their set. Probably open with their signature song Bad To The Bone and close with a raucous rendition of Wild Thing. The penultimate song would see Saggs' sensitive side, as he performs a powerful rendition of Lorraine Ellison's Stay With Me, which he'd use to scout for suitable one night stands swaying at the bar.

What did you learn about your fandom from GWE?
I think the main thing I've discovered from the project is simply how much I enjoy wrestling. At no point in the process has this felt like a chore to me, and having a good reason to sit down and evaluate guys I'd maybe not have gotten round to watching has made this so much fun. Discovering guys like Breaks, Ogawa and La Fiera, guys who I'm going to continue watching for my own enjoyment long after the full list is published, has made this project so worthwhile. I've mentioned in the past that back in 2010 my interest in wrestling was starting to wain, and that I'd started blogging to see if I could still be bothered with wrestling. Well, if that was like kindling keeping the fire alive, the GWE has been like adding a load of logs to the flame to keep it burning longer. The other thing I've learned is how much more comfortable I am with my opinions than I used to be. My other peak time as a fan before now was in 2003/2004 just after I left university and had more disposable income to spend on wrestling tapes (and could justify spending £10 a tape on CZW shows), and had just started posting on the old Smart Marks forum. At that time, I wrote my first ever review of a show, a WWF CHV of Battle Royal at the Albert Hall. I watched that tape recently as part of GWE for the Flair/Santana & Barbarian/Davey Boy matches, and decided to look up my old review from the boneyards of the TSM forum. It was ghastly. Aside from being a block of boring play-by-play, there was no attempt to analyze the show or give opinions on the matches, it was just some Scott Keith level jokes about Earthquake being fat, Barbarian being a jobber and the Nasty Boys being rubbish. It was like I'd gone in there with this pre-conceived notion that "these are the guys I'm supposed to hate" and decided to try and appeal to other people, especially as I know I was always an Earthquake fan. I hated reading it. I know during the process I've taken some light-hearted stick from JvK about having the likes of Tom Zenk or Barbarian on my ballot, but I'm pleased that I'm comfortable enough as a fan to embrace these choices rather than lie to submit a more "acceptable" list.

RIP Kris Travis
Thanks for sharing that. Think I made it to the part where they focus in on Mark Andrews before welling up

NXT Takeover: Dallas
When Foley came out at Mania, my loudest friend was insistently telling us all how fit Foley's daughter was. I took great pleasure in being the arsehole to show a picture of her hilariously-awful boyfriend and reading the description from his Twitter profile about having to wear clown make-up because he's so attractive he makes women's clothes fall off. He's SUCH a c*nt

The Jerry Saggs fiasco
The Jerry Saggs Fiasco sound like they'd perform a wonderful set of 60's, 70's and "modern" rock covers every Friday night at your local bar.

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
Am I alone in kinda having mixed feelings during the roll-out: part of me is looking forward to seeing where the guys I voted for have placed (so far, 2 of my 100), and the other part is happy not to see them, as it means they've placed higher up the list? Jerry Saggs still hasn't placed yet! Someone was really high on him. That's the kind of thing I love in this project.

It think it's only going to get worse for you. Based on the list so far, I'm not totally convinced I'm the high voter on Barbarian either :-)

Reactions to the Honorable Mention List Part One
I don't hate Ryan, but I don't think all comedy wrestlers are created equal. When I think of good comedy wrestlers, I think of someone like a Mad Man Manson, who did a lot of comedy schtick, but all with the purpose of frustrating his opponent and making them make mistakes that he'd capitalize on. Or Grado, where his comedy revolves around him being a slightly confused chubby chancer, but the character still fits into the world of wrestling. Things like slow motion wrestling, Ryan's penis routine or the entire output of Chuck Taylor feel more like the guy going "Look at how I can make fun of wrestling. Isn't it silly". That said, I quite like some of Ryan's schtick - him proposing to his girlfriend mid-match and then rolling her up in a small package when she said yes (because he needed the winners purse to pay for the ring) was pretty fun.

Post-Mania 32 Raw
I seriously felt like Bubba Dudley was an avatar for how I felt, looking at these two idiots with a "What the fuck are these two supposed to be?". Enzo, to be fair, has improved in ring a lot in the last year to the point where he's almost watchable, but the way he judders and skips around like a hyperactive twat just infuriates me. I can't look at him without feeling annoyed. I'm all for wrestlers having something for fans to chant along with, but having to sit through an entire introduction every time - the same introduction - got old real fast in NXT. the line about being so ugly tears run away from their faces was quite good though Cass is just worthless. Terrible wrestler and terrible on the mic. When he goes into the Sawft spiel, it felt like every word had a full stop after it, just trying way too hard.

Ha ha, I'll be truly shocked if there was another Zenk voter! As the list was progressing, I was starting to wonder just how high I'd actually put Zenk on my list. Never did I consider that a second person might have put him on their ballot. Good work anonymous voter

Post-Mania 32 Raw
Given the latest call-ups and the WWE's penchant for 6-man tags, I just know we're getting closer to a Ziggler/Enzo/Cassady trio who will be my all-time most hated team
