  1. Two great matches setting up a great finale between Flowers and Stevens. What a cliffhanger! Who is the Rooster???
  2. What a way to end the show with a blockbuster announcement of Andre the Giant as Kokina's opponent! Great continuity of Armand's injury at the hands of Bundy. Tommy Rich showing up was another fun surprise. That Kernodle is really messing with Jacques, even when he's not there. I have a feeling Jacques will be heading to Mid Atlantic soon for some payback.
  3. Steamboat/Orton and Garvin/Sawyer would of been my money matches. Pillman getting the pin on Sullivan must of been pure satisfaction. A Guerrero finally is able to beat Douglas. Love the finish of Zenk pulling the tights on Gagne. Poor Greg just cant seem to find his way in the AWA.
  4. Dang that Memorial Bash card is stacked! So many heated matches. So many feuds to be settled. It's going to be an explosive night of action. Magnum and Murdoch should be a great bout for the UWF title. The Rich/Gilbert feud has gone way above out of control. I'm really excited for the Martel/Nikita collision for all the marbles.
  5. WOW! Big win for Snuka! Should be very interesting to see where this goes. That 6 Man tag was loaded with talent. Things between Kernodle and Jacques are escalating. I would love to carry this feud over to MACW. I agree, great way to end the show with Martel
  6. Oh man Piper and Sabu vs. Jake and Cactus, DeBeers vs. Slaughter and Steamboat vs Bock, the fans in Denver got their money's worth and then some. Putting Sabu with Piper is genius. I like seeing Zenk as a heel. I think he can really pull this off especially with Sullivan coaching him. Count me in as an All Star Squadron fan. Watching Tanaka defend his Southern title week in and week out has been a treat. Looking forward to more Black Irish/British Steel matches. The AWA is so well balanced, something for everyone.
  7. I agree with everybody, this Roop, Carson, Jayhawks and now a man known as the Rooster is a very intriguing storyline and no doubt keeps the viewers coming back. Stevens gets a great win. Nice to see Stevens back home. I think Timothy Flowers could be a really big star here. You have a great mix of young guys and big names from the past. I think Big Time Wrestling will be a lot of fun to watch.
  8. Looks like Bruce finally saw Owen's true colors. Pretty good move by Santana. Great seeing Jacques as the mystery partner. Oh man, Madril took one heck of a beating. The announcers are right, we may never see Madril again. Ron Starr is right, Chicky does so much out of the kindness of his heart LOL. I really like the build to Mantel and Jaggers. Maybe Mantel's words will reach Austin Idol. The Gama/TNT story has been one of my favorites. I'm still wondering what El Profe has up his sleeve. Sounds like Colon is recuperating well, will he be back by July 5th???
  9. MACW would like to book Abdullah the Butcher and Antonio Inoki on July 2nd.
  10. Great turn of events in the TV title picture. Doll wins the belt but Iceman gives him a severe beating. Scott Hall and the Nasty Boys get some good wins. Would love to see more matches between Garvin/Embry and Onyx Express. Lawler was so good against the monsters as he shows here. Midnights and Freebirds is all kinds of awesome. Man, what an ending as Studd costs Kerry the match with a chair. I've enjoyed Studd here in WCCW.

  12. Man so much going on in the WWF! I cant tell you how much I love seeing the Horsemen in this environment. Just in the few weeks they've been here, they're already running things. I really do think our trade worked out well for both of us. The fresh scene in the WWF opens up so many doors for them. The Russians show their brute force by putting Bret on the shelve. I always thought this is how they should of been booked IRL. I have no doubt the TV tournament will live up to all the hype. I was picking Hennig but after hearing some promos, I'm not so sure. Showdown at Shea 2, what a fantastic idea! Cant wait for the faceoff between Flair and Hogan.
  13. Man, this night belonged to Wright's Army as they left behind total carnage. Rich vs. Gilbert in a loser leaves town match, this is truly the stipulation these guys need. Kendall gets another crack at Slater, should be fun. Cant wait for Devastation Inc versus the Road Warriors. I'm with Watts, LOL I still cant believe Adrian Street has gotten over with these fans. And yes, Doom is born! That was one great segment. Will Ladd lose his manager's license???

  15. Oh dang! What an ending in Houston. The fans must have been going nuts when Dusek said "relock the cage and start the main event". The American Dream beats the Texas Dream and takes the title. I can see Dusty becoming a huge sensation in WCCW. I wonder how high Fritz will let him go? The Parsons angle might be my favorite story right now. I cant wait to watch this develop. Kamala proved to be the monster he is with a decisive victory over JYD. Looks like Garvin, Embry and Big Bubba are back on the same page.
  16. Absolutely loved the Flair/Santana match, these two really delivered. Flair is owning the WWF right now! Gantner gets a big moment as his stock continues to rise. The Bulldogs/Demolition feud continues. Who will be the number one contenders? I like this Hogan storyline of him trying to rebound from his devastating title loss. Fun matches on the house show loops. That 8 man tag in LA must of been an exciting one.
  17. The intrigue continues. This Kansas Jayhawks storyline has me hooked. Villanos/Boogie Down Productions was one heck of a match. Love seeing Tiger Conway make the save. If the Pacific Coast Heavyweight Tournament is anything like the tag tournament, we're in for a fun time.
  18. MACW @ WTBS Studios TV aired 5-10-86 Highlights are shown of Don Kernodle throwing Jacques Rougeau off the scaffold. Then highlights are shown of Kernodle winning the Canadian International Title from Jacques a few days later at Prelude. This is followed by the locker room interview that ended with Kernodle hitting Kirchner with the title and busting him open. Schiavone: Welcome everybody to another edition of Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling. With me is my partner David Crockett. Welcome back David. Crockett: Thank you Tony. First of all, on behalf of Mid Atlantic I would like to congratulate Giant Baba on winning the historic Johnny Rougeau Memorial Cup. Now, we just saw the events and actions of Don Kernodle. Needless to say I was shocked at the tactics of Don Kernodle. We will be hearing from his former partner, Corporal Kirchner momentarily. Schiavone: That should be interesting. Ok fans tonight the United States Champion, the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase will make his first studio appearance. In action, from Lutte is Armand Rougeau. Tom Prichard will have a TV title defense against Cowboy Scott Casey. Also in action will be Rolling Thunder, The Assassins, Rob Fuller, Terry Taylor, Mr. Brad Rheingans, Jimmy Valiant and the team of Billy Robinson and David Sammartino. Our main event will be The Cobra taking on Sweet Brown Sugar. Crockett: That should be an outstanding match up, as these men have been going at it. We will also hear from Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff and show you highlights of a brutal attack by Tiger Jeet Singh on Tony St. Clair. Fans joining us right now is Corporal Kirchner. We all saw the footage and I cant imagine what must be going through your head. Kirchner: (Bandage on his forehead) David, words cannot explain how I'm feeling right now. I knew Don was going through a rough time and feeling frustrated but I really thought we had that worked out. What he did to Jacques Rougeau was inexcusable. I couldn't even talk to Don. I used your money to get the finest representation money can buy and let me tell you, you get what you pay for (Taps the US Title) With my money and this US title, I call the shots. Remember the golden rule Crockett, he who has the gold makes the rules (Laughs) Now, onto that crybaby Duggan. You and I will meet for this title on May 25th but sad to say, you wont be around on the 25th. Why? Because this weekend in Orlando, myself and Stan Hansen are going to make sure of that! We don't care who your mystery partner is, doesn't matter. Duggan, it's just to easy to outsmart you, but I'm having so much fun doing it. (Dibiase pauses and looks around) You know David, as I look around this studio, I see why I haven't made an appearance here. Is this place even up to code? Well, it is fitting for all these low class, minimum wage making peons out here. I'm sure this is a step up from where they live. I'll have to think long and hard before I come back here. I sell out 15,000 seat arenas. I deserve so much better. Until further notice, I'm not doing anything for free, the people will have to pay to see me wrestle. I've got to get out of here, this place is making me sick. Dibiase leaves to thundering boos. Crockett: I'm disgusted and hate to end the program on that note. 19. Landell gets a big win over the Light Heavyweight champion. Candido upsets Charland. Candido is coming on strong in this world. Brody/Beast must of been one heck of a brawl. How about Adonis subbing for Jacques, very interesting. The Martel/Adonis team proved to be successful with a big win over the Hart brothers.
  20. Another fun show. Nice to see Martel calling out Nikita and asking for the match. Thanks for showcasing my Mid Atlantic guys. I love what you're doing with Kernodle. He sure did set the tone of his reign with that win over Adonis. Kirchner will have a lot to say on my next TV. Looking forward to Leduc's mystery partner.
  21. Oh man, what did Bob Roop do??? Boogie Down Productions have a fun debut and seem to have the fans behind them. Lewin and Stomper demolish Cash and McGraw. Good TV and great format to start the tournament. You did a great job of establishing your talent here as well as setting up future storylines.
  22. Whoa, Tonga and Bruno getting into it is pretty crazy. Batten Twins upset Infernales, that's a pretty big win. Andre and Martel vs. The Killer Bees is an intriguing match up. This match is a perfect example of why I love your house shows. Kokina and Owen is the classic big and powerful versus high flying speed. Good title defense for Kokina.
  23. Yea, Pillman and Chavo is all kinds of excitement. Patera and Blackwell get a nice win over Rocky Mountain Thunder. Orton gets back on track with a victory over Dundee. I'm sure Tanaka fought hard for that win over Finley. Man that poor Ref, taking the Execution. Once again SpiveyMania runs wild, this time over Larry Z.
  24. MACW would like to book Stan Hansen on July 2nd.
  25. Awesome idea! I'm all for it
