The Horsemen are clicking on all cylinders and riding high. I can't wait to see what's next for Piper. Poor Gilbert. He's really down on his luck right now. You've done a great job building the Woman's division. Next step, a woman's title. Oh man, Lawler has a new threat to deal with. What a way to bring in Owen and Anvil. YES! DOOM is officially a team! Freebirds are stepping up into Horsemen territory. The Texas Tornado has arrived! I'm ready to see another Flair/Von Erich battle. With the AAC running rampant, this is perfect timing for the Patriot to be a hero. It's going to be a hot summer in WCW.

Douglas is quickly gaining momentum. It's good to have friends. The Citadel show support and Severn accepts it. I can't tell you how cool it is to see Condrey, Lane and Eaton all together in a faction. How do you stop a trio consisting of Dibiase, Gordy and Williams??? I always had fun writing for Atlas. I can tell you do too. The Playboy Club are in total unison right now. Eddie continues the tradition of hot LHW title main events. Portland, The Rockers are enjoying a successful tour. I think Malenko has a claim for a LHW title shot. Tenryu makes it known he still wants the title. That crafty vet Rose loves giving the youngsters a wrestling lesson. The Southern Boys are unhinged and might be wearing gold soon. Steamboat vs. Adams is an awesome match up. The fans got their money's worth on that one. Eugene, Williams and Gordy are such an awesome team. I know Cornette relished Condrey's win over Vic. Chono gets an impressive win. Blackman has been on a terror since his return. It seems all the members of the Playboy Club just can't lose right now. It's going to be an explosion when Rhodes and Gunn meet the Southern Boys. Austin's bending the rules but it's been paying off.

Why do I have a feeling that Funk really isn't joking with Savage. SNME is loaded! I'm very interested in who Haku's mystery partner is. You've done a great job building up a lot of contenders for Savage. So many possibilities await after SNME, that is if he gets by Bossman.

Graham: That's right brotha, the Superstar is back in the game and right here in the AWA brotha and I'm having a blast. A 68 red mustang convertible enters the parking lot. Tom Brandi is all smiles as he steps out of his brand new car. Graham: Tom Brandi! The thrilla himself. Hey man, I'm loving that new ride. I understand it was a gift given to you for your winning performance at Champagne Slam. Brandi: Oh wow, it's an honor to be talking with the Superstar. Yea man, Gerry Morrow told me to pick out a new ride and this is it. Graham: Looking good brotha. You earned it. I'm telling all you fans right now that this kid Tom Brandi is the future of the AWA. Tom, good luck brotha, you're on the fast track daddy. Brandi: Thanks Superstar. Means the world coming from you. Graham: Alright, the Superstar is off and running in the AWA. Commercial Break The San Juan Saints vs. Cleet Walker and Julius Jackson The Saints are in sync tonight and win the match with a double back elbow smash followed by stereo elbow drops. Saints cut a promo on winning at Champagne Slam and now have an AWA national tag title shot against the Olympians in Japan on May 25th. They say the time is right and they're ready to take home the gold. Commercial Break 'The World's Strongest Man' Bill Kazmaier vs. 'The Fortunate One' Gary Young w/The Vin Man The first few minutes is Kazmaier slamming, tossing and pinballing Young all over the ring. Vinnie tries to get involved but backs down when Kazmaier smiles and motions to come on. While Vinnie distracts Kazmaier, Young nails Kazmaier from behind with a forearm blast. Young swings Kazmaier to the ropes but misses a clothesline, Kazmaier swings back and sends Young through the ropes with a shoulder block. Vinnie runs over and helps Young regroup. Young slowly gets on the apron. Kazmaier grabs him and hoists him up for a suplex but Vinnie reaches in and trips Kazmaier. Young falls on top. Vinnie holds onto Kazmaier's feet as the Ref counts 1..2..3! Vinnie pulls Young out and gets out of there quick as Kazmaier exits the ring and chases after them. Commercial Break 'The Foreman' Spike Huber vs. Harold Bannister It's all Huber as he wins the match with an airplane spin followed by a jumping knee drop. Nelson: Spike, it appears Glamour Doll is issuing some serious threats towards you. Huber: That glamour geek started something and what happened? I caved his face in with this (holds up his sledgehammer) Doll! You want more? I'm on the job, so come and get it! Commercial Break We see David Sammartino running in a park. His hair is short and slicked back. He's also looking more trim and muscular. There's a voiceover. Sammartino: It wasn't easy stepping into this business with the last name Sammartino. I was young and didn't know how to handle the pressure. Due to my immaturity, I made a lot of bad choices. It's time to right all my wrongs. It's time to embrace the Sammartino name. My name is David Sammartino and I'm coming to the AWA. Commercial Break Iceman Parsons vs. Cannonball Griz Griz attacks at the bell and pounds away on Parsons. Griz slams Parsons and follows with a standing leg drop 1..2..Kick Out. Griz swings Parsons to the corner and charges in but Parsons moves. Griz hits hard and lays against the turnbuckles. Parsons regroups. Parsons swings Griz to the ropes and hits a flying press 1..2..Kick Out. Parsons applies a headlock and wrenches away. Griz slowly rises, then back suplexes Parsons. Griz chokes Parsons, then pushes him against the turnbuckles. Griz hammers away on Parsons in the corner with punches and knees to the mid section. Griz hoists Parsons up, walks with him and powerslams him over. Griz then goes to the top rope and crashes down with a splash but Parsons moves. Parsons clears the cobwebs. Griz slowly staggers up as Parsons swings off the ropes and nails Griz with the Hip Attack 1..2..3!! Commercial Break We come back and see the Olympians on vacation. They're on a beach while some pretty women are shining up their National title belts. Rheingans: As you can see, thanks to our epic performance at Champagne Slam, we're enjoying a well deserved vacation. Champions like ourselves should enjoy the spoils. No doubt about it, we earned it. Patera: And you know something Brad? We'll be on an extended vacation because at Title Night in Japan, we'll be defending our prized titles against the San Juan Nobodies. Is that the best the AWA could come up with? Well, at least Japan has good food. The Olympians laugh and sip their drinks. Rheingans then looks at the women and tells them they missed a spot. Commercial Break Tony 'Simply the Best' St. Clair vs. Todd Rooney Tina Turner's Simply the Best plays as St. Clair enters the ring wearing a gold sequence robe. He takes off his robe and has on shiny gold wrestling pants and gold boots. Nothing but the best for him. St. Clair makes short work of his opponent and wins the match with a floating butterfly suplex. Nelson: Mr. St. Clair, after your winning performance at Champagne Slam, I understand you haven't picked out your reward yet. St. Clair: Well, since I'm already simply the best, what more do I need? I'll get with Gerry when the time is right. Commercial Break Nikita Koloff vs. Ray Glader Nikita hits the Russian Sickle and it's all over! WHAM! From behind. Sgt. Slaughter nails Nikita with a chair! Slaughter clamps on the cobra clutch and swings Nikita around like a ragdoll. Slaughter then hurls Nikita out of the ring. Slaughter goes out and swings Nikita into the steel post. Nelson: Ok, enough! Slaughter: This is just a taste! In 2 weeks, me and that puke Nikita Koloff will battle in a boot camp match! From the beginning my mission has been to terminate Nikita Koloff and rid the AWA of that no good commie red! In 2 short weeks, Nikita Koloff will enter into my world! My battlefield! You're history Nikita! My mission will be accomplished. Plain and simple! As for you Nelson, you're dismissed! Commercial Break AWA Southern Champ 'Lethal' Larry Cameron w/Skandor Akbar vs. Carl Kellerman Akbar is beyond pleased when Cameron wins the match with a flying shoulder tackle. Nelson: Last week, AWA C.O.O. Gerry Morrow unveiled the new AWA International title. On May 25th at the Sumo Hall in Japan, AWA Mid American Paul Orndorff and this man, AWA Southern Champ Larry Cameron will wrestle in a unification match and the winner will be crowned International champion. Akbar: Gerry Morrow should just give us the International title right now. Cameron: Orndorff! You're no challenge boy! I put you in a neck brace and that was just to easy. In Japan, I'm gonna pummel you into the ground and walk away with the International title! You're going down Orndorff!! Commercial Break The Gunslingers vs. The British Bombers w/Skandor Akbar Akbar stays out there as his Bombers enter the ring. Huge pop as the former National tag champs, the Gunslingers enter the ring. Solid see saw tag match as both teams go all out. Pier six brawl breaks out and the Gunslingers take control with stereo back drops. Bombers get up but the Gunslingers double clothesline them down. Mantell works over Taylor and tags in Casey. They swing Taylor to the ropes. Mantell kicks Taylor as Casey hits a sunset flip 1..2..Smith breaks it. Another pier six brawl breaks out. The Ref is distracted with Mantell and Smith fighting in the corner. Casey hits a running bulldog on Taylor. Casey is covering but the Ref is still distracted. The Ref guides Mantell back to the corner which allows Smith to nail Casey with a knee to the head. Taylor rolls over onto Casey as the Ref runs over and counts 1..2..3! Good night for Akbar's men. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, don't forget, next week Hulk Hogan will be here live and in person. I can't wait for that. Ok, joining me now is the AWA world champion Jumbo Tsuruta along with Ray Stevens. Ray is wearing jeans and a sports jacket. Jumbo is wearing a black suit with the title on his shoulder. Nelson: On May 25th at the Sumo Hall in Japan, Jumbo Tsuruta will defend the AWA world title against Big Van Vader. Before I get to you Ray, here's some pre recorded comments from Big Van Vader. Vader: I went to Champagne Slam and conquered every unlucky soul who stood in my way! They all went down! Jumbo Tsuruta! You're the next poor soul in my way! I own Japan and at Title Night I'm going to own you and own the AWA world title! Nelson: Ray, I think the world champion might have his hands full with Big Van Vader in Japan. Stevens: First off, don't ever try and overshadow the AWA world champion Jumbo Tsuruta by mentioning Hulk Hogan's name before we come out. Got it! And next, you better show some respect and call the AWA world champion by his name. Nelson: I apologize. The AWA world champion, Jumbo Tsuruta Stevens: That's better. I want Big Van Vader to listen and listen good. Jumbo Tsuruta dominated Japan, and now has dominated America. Jumbo owns the world! At Champagne Slam, Jumbo defeated one of the best wrestlers in the world, El Canek, fair and square. The AWA has sent in all the top dogs but Jumbo has knocked them all down. Because Jumbo is a human wrecking bone crushing machine! Big Van Vader! You're no different. Sure, you're big, bad and powerful but so is Jumbo. You're out of your league Vader. Jumbo's going to Japan as the world champion and is coming back to America as the world champion. End of story. The show ends with Jumbo holding up the world title.

Kevin Von Erich is going to rock the NWA!! This is Sullivan at his best. His monsters are going to terrorize the NWA. Very cool seeing the Jr. title coming to the NWA. Silver King is a great choice to bring the belt in. Smart move by Jones. Picking up a strong young team like the Eliminators will add more muscle to the Army.

I agree, Savage has a lot of contenders knocking at his door. Something interesting caught my eye. Power and Glory as faces? I'll be watching that. Vancouver, Malenko is looking to make a run at the LHW title as is Scotty the Body. Finlay puts up a fight but the Hitman prevails. Man, I hope Severn snaps out of it or worse, he might snap like the Southern Boys. WOW! Another return as Atlas helps Austin win the CA title. Like AD said, very curious. I think we're heading into a Hart/Austin program. A lot went down in this match. Soultaker gives the world champ a fight. No shame in losing to Steamboat, but I'm sure he's concerned with dropping 2 in a row following a brutal win streak. Kelowna, Condrey's off to a good start. Blackman's on his game. Azul keeping the fire gong in the LHW division. Dreamboats tried but the Midnights are on a totally different level right now. Sending Taker packing has given Lee a serious career boost. AWWWWW sorry to see the FOJ part ways. I loved that team. So much great stuff happening in Pacific.

Damn! The Rockers, Sherri, Condrey's return. That was one hell of a way to open the show. The Rockers vs. Midnights will be money!! Ok, it's now official, the Southern Boys have snapped and are now cemented heels. At least Gunn has some back up with Rhodes. I agree, Douglas did bring some sunshine. I knew Rose would be beyond smug and arrogant and he didn't disappoint. Another surprise return as Reno slips right back into things. Can Ams keep their momentum going. NO WAY!!!! After quite a build the Triangle of Terror is finally revealed. Dibiase, Gordy and Williams! What a faction! Huge moment in PCW. This might have been the best PCW TV show ever. Awesome job!

AWA Major League Wrestling
AWA TV @ The Hammond Center 5-3-89 Larry Nelson: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. Big show tonight as the fallout from Champagne Slam continues, because you'll see The Rose Cousins take on the High Chiefs. Mike Miller clashes with Leo Burke and Carlos Colon goes one on one with Chicky Starr. And get this, the 2 names drawn for the TV title contender's match are Nick Busick and Billy Jack Strong. That's right, the Bruisers will wrestle for the TV title shot at the Sumo Hall in Japan next month. And listen to this. Tonight, you will see a special sneak peek at Hulk Hogan's upcoming movie No Holds Barred! I can't wait for that. Let's get to the ring. 'Bullet' Bob Armstrong and 'Superstar' Bill Dundee vs. Sam Smith and Joe Palmer Armstrong hits a jawbreaker on Smith, then Dundee follows with the Bombs Away for the win. Nelson: The two of you survived your match at Champagne Slam and now Gerry Morrow has rewarded you with a world tag team title shot in Japan, at Sumo Hall on May 25th. You guys look tuned up and ready. Boos as the world tag champs, Hector and Chavo Guerrero walk out. Hector: Hold on just one second Nelson. Why are you talking to these washed up fools? You should be talking to us, the AWA world tag team champs. Chavo: That's right! We've held these titles for an entire year and nobody has come close to beating us. We don't care if they survived at Champagne Slam, they won't survive Los Guerreros. Armstrong: Bill and I have been around the block a few times but let me tell you something right now, we're far from being washed up. Dundee: Have mercy! If you boys want a little sample before Japan, we can do this right here, right now! Big Pop Hector: You don't call the shots. Chavo: We do! The Guerreros head back while holding their titles up to the booing fans. Commercial Break Leo Burke vs. Mean Mike Miller Miller attacks at the bell and pounds away on Burke. Miller swings Burke to the ropes and goes for a back drop but Burke kicks him. Miller staggers as Burke clotheslines him down 1..2..Kick Out. Burke takes control for a bit before a low blow from Miller stops his momentum. Miller works over Burke with angry stomps and punches. Miller slams Burke and follows with a big knee drop 1..2..Kick Out. Miller chokes Burke, then picks him up and chokeslams him down 1..2..Kick Out. Miller swings Burke into the turnbuckles and charges in but Burke lifts his boots and nails Miller in the face. Burke grabs Miller and executes a bridging back suplex 1..2..3! Burke rolls out of the ring, shakes the cobwebs and raises his arms in victory while Miller hits the canvas with his fists. Commercial Break Glamour Doll vs. Trent Watkins Doll hits a slingshot splash for the win. Nelson: Glamour Doll, I know you're upset about missing Champagne Slam. However, Big Van Vader took your spot and was the last man standing in the end. Vader will get an AWA world title match with Jumbo Tsuruta in Japan on May 25th. Doll: (gives Nelson a dirty look) Oh, that's just wonderful! Spike Huber, you broke my face and now you're going to pay! My looks are what I'm all about. It's not easy looking this good. Huber tried to take that away from me and now he's in big trouble. I mean serious business Huber, so get ready! Commercial Break Before the next match, Sweet Dreams (Dream Machine and Sweet Brown Sugar) join commentary to give thoughts on the tag team division. The Rose Cousins vs. The High Chiefs A lot of hatred in this one and it shows. It's a hard hitting back and forth aggressive match with numerous pier six brawls. Rose's take control as they double clothesline Lightfoot over the top rope. Randy slams Sivi down, then hops up on the turnbuckles. Pat picks up Sivi in a vertical suplex position and is going to set him on Randy's shoulder for the Rose Bomb, but Lightfoot jumps on the apron and nails Randy with the War Club! Randy goes down and into Sivi. Sivi falls down on Pat as the Ref counts 1..2..3! Lightfoot helps Sivi out of there. The Rose's are in a daze. Sweet Dreams are on commentary and tell Nelson they're going to show everyone what tag team wrestling is all about. Sweet Dreams run in the ring and put the boots to the Rose's. They swing Pat to the ropes and double clothesline him down. They pick up Randy and double hot shot him on the ropes. Dream Machine looks into the camera and yells "Sweet Dreams babay!" Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, next month Hulk Hogan's movie, No Holds Barred will open in theaters across the nation. This is sure to be a blockbuster. Right now, here's a special sneak preview. Clips from No Holds Barred is shown. Nelson: Wow! I know I'll be watching that one. HulkaMania is running wild in the AWA and will be running wild in the movie theaters. I've been told that in 2 weeks, Hulk Hogan will be here live and in person! Commercial Break Kokina w/Skandor Akbar vs. Vic Dutro and Willie Lopez Straight up squash match! Kokina Samoan Drops both men, then hits a standing leg drop on both of them for the easy win. Nelson: Akbar, you have a big night coming up on May 25th at Sumo Hall. Your Southern Champ Larry Cameron will face Mid American Champ Paul Orndorff in a unification match. And, this man, Kokina will go one on one with the immortal Hulk Hogan. Akbar: First off, you better acknowledge the fact that both Cameron and Kokina were the ones left standing in their Champagne Slam match. Now, Paul Orndorff is nothing but a phony and paper champion. Larry Cameron is the real deal and in Japan, he's walking out a unified champion. Oh and as for you Hulk Hogan. Yea, we all saw your movie preview and I'm sure you're having a great time bumping shoulders with big wigs in Hollywood. Well, reality check! In Japan, you will have to face this monster, Kokina! This isn't a movie Hogan. You're going to be destroyed! End of story! Kokina lets out a yell, that shakes Nelson. Commercial Break Carlos Colon vs. Chicky Starr These two have had quite a rivalry of late and want to finish business tonight. Colon starts off strong and pinballs Chicky all over the ring. Chicky stops things with a mule kick and follows by breaking every rule he can. Colon makes a brief comeback but Chicky kills it with a vicious eye gauge. Chicky swings Colon to the ropes and gives him a double thrust shot. Chicky swings off the ropes and hits a corkscrew elbow drop 1..2..Colon gets his shoulder up. Chicky spends to much time arguing with the Ref. Chicky hoists Colon up for an atomic drop, but Colon flips up and over and dropkicks Chicky into the turnbuckles. Chicky staggers back as Colon executes an overhead suplex. Colon grabs Chicky's head and pounds it several times into the canvas. Colon picks up Chicky and drops him with a brainbuster 1..2..3! The fans cheer as Colon does a cartwheel and pumps his fists. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, joining me now is the AWA mid American Champ Paul Orndorff. Orndorff comes out wearing a tank top, jeans and is also wearing a neck brace. Nelson: Paul, at Champagne Slam, Skandor Akbar hit you from behind with a chair, then Larry Cameron executed an inverted piledriver on that same chair. I see you're still suffering from that. Will that be an issue in the upcoming unification title match in Japan? Orndorff: (pauses and looks down) Let me say this. It's going to take a lot more than that to keep Mr. Wonderful down. Akbar! Cameron! Your best isn't good enough! You didn't finish the job. But I can damn well guarantee you this, in Japan, Mr. Wonderful is going to finish the job! I'm walking out as the unified champion and everybody can bet on that! Commercial Break Brenda Britton is standing with AWA C.O.O. Gerry Morrow. Britton: Hi everybody! The greatest thing ever to happen to the AWA, Gerry Morrow has something to say. Go ahead Gerry. Morrow: AHHHHH thank you so much Brenda. As we've heard, Paul Orndorff and Larry Cameron will wrestle in Japan to unify de Mid American title and de Southern title. I have decided dat de winner of dat match will be de AWA International Champion. Dat is right, I am bringing back de International title. Morrow opens up a briefcase and pulls out the newly made AWA International title. Britton: WOW! That is beautiful. Gerry, you've outdone yourself again. Until next time, tooooodles. Commercial Break Winner gets an AWA TV title shot in Japan Nick Busick vs. Billy Jack Strong The Bruisers high five and get ready to rock. As you might remember, before they formed a tag team, these two had a brutal feud that ended in a SuperClash cage match. They hold nothing back as they hammer away on each other. Busick gets the upper hand and puts Strong down with a back elbow smash off the ropes. Busick picks up Strong and hits a delayed vertical suplex 1..2..Kick Out. Busick slams Strong and goes to the middle ropes. Busick goes for a knee drop but Strong moves. Strong regroups. Busick staggers up as Strong puts him down with a running forearm blast. Strong picks up Busick and hits a snap suplex 1..2..Kick Out. Strong swings Busick to the ropes and hits a sidewalk slam 1..2..Kick Out. Strong swings Busick into the corner and charges but Busick charges and puts Strong down with a shoulder block. Busick rests on the ropes. Strong slowly rises as Busick grabs him and hits a neckbreaker 1..2..Strong gets his foot on the ropes. Busick grabs Strong but Strong quickly gets Busick in a bear hug, hoists him up and snake eyes Busick on the top turnbuckle. Both men stagger up. Strong swings Busick to the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Busick ducks it. Busick swings back but both men clothesline each other down. The Ref starts the 10 count. Both men start to move. The Ref hits 9 as both men stand up. Busick grabs Strong and hits a spinebuster slam out of nowhere 1..2..3! After a moment, Busick helps Strong up. Strong pulls Busick in and hugs him. Strong raises Busick's arm as the fans cheer.

Zero Fighters get the big win, but it seems a mysterious individual has an interest in the Blasters. Great promos from both Jones and Whatley. This will be a fun feud, especially with Valiant involved. Stud Stable have a pretty firm grip on the 6 man titles. Baby Doll has Badd Co. looking good. Hopefully they make a run at the titles soon. Oh no! Sullivan has arrived and has already put together a horrifying stable. Worldwide, Wright, Eliminators and Pitbull get in some nice showcases. Uncle Ivan can still get the job done, just ask Perez. I really think Kevin Von Erich is going to light the NWA up. High stakes at Battlebowl.

Kakihara and Tamura get things going with a fun draw. Paulson beats Yamada with the always effective guillotine choke hold. It's only fitting that Senerchia scores the first UWF pinfall. What a suplex display. After one hard hitting match, Funaki is able to submit Nakano. They really won the crowd over. Koslowski and Zangiev change the pace with Koslowski showing off some nice wrestling to get the pin. Duane didn't fare as well as his brother, but no shame because Hashimikov is at the top of his game. Kopylov hangs tough and gets a surprising win over Han. Karelin put on quite the display as he dismantles Yamazaki. Fujiwara puts up one heck of a fight, but that slam leading up to the crossface chicken wing sealed the deal. Maeda and Allen deliver in the main event. I thought Allen was going to take it, but Maeda came on strong at the end to send the fans home happy. Fun show. Always a great read.

Bossman takes down Dream and gets his title shot. Bossman has been on fire! Looks like playing the tweener is over for Savage, thanks to the attack by the Heenan family. Savage has got a lot on his plate right now. I think the Dangerous Alliance might past the Heenan family as the top heel faction. Time will tell. Huge title defense for the Rockers. Yea, these guys are definitely over with the fans. At this point, it's always nice to see Andre with another feel good moment. The WWF is rock'n right now.

Viva Las Vegas baby! After a series of classics, Lynn gets the blow off win at the big event. After that loss, I have a feeling the Southern Boys are going to go off the rails. O'Grady gets in another big pinfall. Finlay has taught him well. I was really intrigued with the Gunn/Soultaker match. Both raw wrestlers have been on a roll. Gunn's the one who gets elevated tonight. However, I'm sure Soultaker will come back from this even more ruthless. SCS take out their rivals to advance. Oh yea, FOJ move on. If you're not 100%, there's no way you can beat Chono. Bad night for Silver King. Hart beats Windham in yet another classic. Looks like Windham has another priority right now. Damn! First the Crockett Cup and now they regain the titles. The Midnights are on the biggest roll in the game. Also, that masked man better keep running because the Rainbow Warriors are going to hunt him down. Christopher had a fun run, but now it's Eddie's turn. After a storied history, Hall finally puts an end to Hennig's Pacific run. Absolutely, never count Rose out. I thought this story was so well done. Night 2, Whatever that is the Jackal is spewing, it's working. Say what you want, but Adams is consistent with wins. What's going on with Severn? And, what's it going to take to bring him back? I think Bigelow just got an ally. DDP better bring in a big gun. Mike is an awesome henchman and is awesome in the ring. Can Ams end the luck of the Irish. YES! My guys the FOJ are in the finals. Whoa, Austin gets crazy with Jack and even Bret is concerned. After a great chase, Stormfront gets their big moment. I wonder what DDP is thinking. WOW! Lee sends Taker packing. I didn't see that coming. This will do wonders for the Bulldozer. Regal retains and shows some class. Maybe he is a true gentleman. Can Ams win the tournament after an amazing final match with the FOJ. Well, if my guys weren't going to win it, I'm glad the Can Ams did. After 2 incredible nights of action, Steamboat and Tenryu put on a masterpiece. The end result means a rematch. I could watch these two go at it forever. Bring it on! Two thumbs up brother!

WrestleWar! Here we go! Sting kicks off the night with a bang as he wins the TV title and advances! Poor Gilbert, he's fallen on hard times. Reed goes down, but he did take a lot out of Sid. With a big win over Funk, Luger has some serious momentum going. What else would we expect from Debeers. No doubt about it, the Woman's division is on fire! Damn! I can't believe Piper pulled that off! What a moment! Big things ahead for Piper. Sting's on a big roll tonight. Wins a title, ends a streak and advances. Finally! Debeers gets his comeuppance! Thanks to Woman, the Horsemen retain. Loved all the chaos caused by Woman in the Luger/Sting match. WOW! Luger completes a full on heel turn and nearly causes a riot in Memphis! Talk about heat! I was wondering when we would get a 4th horsemen and that question has been answered. Great show! This opened up a lot of interesting possibilities. Looking forward to the aftermath.

Looks like JYD still has unfinished business with the Stud Stable. I think we're going to get a totally unleashed Abdullah the Butcher. Watch out! I hope the Beasts of Burden get a title shot soon. Always great seeing Budro on TV. I could see him making a run at Garvin. After an amazing slow burn build, Whatley finally seals the deal and goes off on the Jones Army. I really love how Whatley has been treated in our world. Him and Valiant uniting against the Jones Army will be a lot of fun. After some solid TV showcases, I think a Scorpio/Poffo program could be a gem. I have a feeling Brad Anderson is on the verge of breaking out here. Big win for the Samoan Tribe. The NWA seems like a great fit for Kevin Von Erich.

LOL, Debeers gets the upper hand but form only a brief amount of time. He better be ready for Mr. USA! So many big names in the Crowning. I have no idea who's going to win it. I'm liking unhinged Sid. I was wondering if Terri would get fully involved in the Woman's division. Well, that's solved. Great job giving the Woman a nice spotlight. Dibiase playing mind games with the Horsemen is pretty smart. Gets them off their game. I want a Slamburger LOL. Flair vs. Lawler at the Mid South Coliseum! No need to say more. Sells itself.

Fun card in Huntington. Abby gets some serious heat as he goes on a rampage cutting people up. Old school Abby at his best. Always great seeing Super D. He's been booked very well here. Nightmares win the titles and looks like Jones is done with the Sheepherders. Big career boost for the Nightmares. Hahahaha, I liked how Robert got out of there and left his brother at the mercy of JYD. Great stuff.

Can't wait to see what Paul E has in mind for Spivey. I could see Spivey as a serious threat to the world title.
