  1. I was bummed that Moretti lost her TV title but if we get a cage match between Moretti and Majors, then this was all worth it. You're doing a great job with the post match interviews. Really keeps the storylines moving. Richter defiantly deserves the hype. Combs vs, Medusa is big time. Experience comes into play as Combs pulls off the tough win and takes both titles! Great match.

Great to see you back and going full throttle. You're doing an incredible job with an amazing roster. I remember reading your shows before I got started on here and you clearly haven't lost your touch.

Rheingans hits an atomic drop then quickly grabs Watkins and executes a bridging German suplex for the win. Ken Resnick waits in front of the ring as Rheingans heads over for an interview. Resnick: Ok, great win tonight Brad. You and Bob Roop had tremendous success teaming up as the Technicians. I understand, you're now pursuing a singles career. Rheingans: That's right Ken. I enjoyed my time with Bob and learned quite a bit from him. I'm flying solo now and looking to climb the ladder for a title opportunity. Resnick: Well, good luck Brad, looking forward to big things from you. Commercial Break AWA World Tag Team Champs The Bruise Brothers vs. Curtis Moore and Tim Thompson The fans are up and cheering as 'Boogie Fever' plays over the speakers. Great showcase for the champs as they look sharp tonight. Cash swings Moore to the ropes and hits a flying press/headbutt, then tags in Snowman. Snowman hoists Moore on his shoulder and finishes things off with a running powerslam. Bruise Brothers cut a promo and say they're feeling on top of the world and ready for all comers! The Ref signals for the DQ. Duncum staggers up and joins in the 2 on 1 beat down. They swing Manny to the ropes and double clothesline him. Satisfied, they raise there arms up and exit. Commercial Break Resnick: Fans before we get back to the action, I'm standing here with Hangman Bobby Jaggers. Bobby, I understand your partner Dutch Mantell has left the area. Jaggers: Sorry to say it but yea, Dutch has some business to take care of and will be taking care of that. However, I'm not going anywhere so the Hangman will be staying put in the AWA! Resnick: Good enough for me. Let's get back to the ring. Alexis Smirnoff vs. Ken Jenkins Smirnoff gets some good 80s heel heat as he walks around the ring waving the Russian Flag. Smirnoff breaks all the rules and finishes Jenkins off with a knee drop from the middle ropes. Resnick: Alexis Smirnoff, next week you will face Scott Casey for the TV title. Smirnoff: I came to the AWA for money and titles. I will put that weak so called American champion down next week and win the TV title with great ease. Commercial Break "Golden Boy" Dan Spivey vs. Vic Dutro Spivey looks good in his AWA debut as he executes a delayed vertical suplex. Spivey swings Dutro to the ropes and hits a sidewalk slam for the 1..2..3! Lance Russell: Great win for Dan Spivey. Fans, this next segment has been paid for by Les Thornton. Let's hear from Mr. Thornton. Thornton is standing in front of a UK flag. Thornton: Let me clue you clueless people in on something. The AWA stripped Tony St. Clair of his TV title because they knew nobody would ever beat him for it. He never lost a match. That's right! For over a year, he was undefeated. Did they think we wouldn't be doing anything during his suspension? Quite the opposite. I have promoted a "Simply the Best" European tour. Just take a look at the footage. Footage shows Tony St. Clair defeating an opponent in Manchester. Commercial Break The Superflys (Siva and Snuka) vs. Sam Smith and Ty Burrows The Superflys give the fans a lot to cheer about as they work their opponents over with chops, slams and dropkicks. Siva drops Burrows with a jumping headbutt then tags in Snuka. Snuka goes to the top ropes and hits the Superfly Splash for the 1..2..3! Resnick: Huge shocker last week as Jimmy Snuka showed up with Siva Afi to get some revenge on the Cartel. Siva: My brotha Jimmy Snuka saw what the Cartel did to Cocoa. Jimmy called me up and said I'm coming to help brother. Snuka: Cartel! We got you Fidel! Estrada! Santana! The clock ticks forward and the Superflys are getting closer. Get ready. Commercial Break The Spoiler vs. "Crippler" Rip Oliver w/Paul Jones On the way to the ring, Spoiler is jumped by Rip Oliver, Matt Borne and Shaska Whatley along with Paul Jones! They give Spoiler a beatdown but it could of been worse because luckily Ron Garvin and Bobby Jaggers come out swinging chairs. Commercial Break Resnick: Ok, Paul Jones, just what was that all about? Jones: I'll tell you what this is all about. It's about my army destroying the Spoiler! Yea! Just look at my army now! I have a crippler, a maniac and my dear old friend Shaska Whatley! I can't lose! Now it looks like some others want to get involved. Garvin! Jaggers! Big mistake! Number one Paul Jones's army is bigger and better than ever! Resnick: A very dangerous stable indeed. Speaking of dangerous, back to the ring. Oh, hold on, looks like Kevin Kelly wants to say something. Kevin, you have a national title match with Rocky Johnson coming up on April 17th in St. Paul. You want to talk about that? Kelly: Vinnie, if your out there and can hear me. Please call. I haven't heard from you since The Happening and I need you in St. Paul. This is my big shot. Please, Vin Man, call me. Kelly puts his head down and exits. Resnick pauses then takes us back to the ring. Kamala w/Curtis Iaukea vs. Todd Rooney Kamala destroys Rooney before taking him out with the big splash! Resnick: Devastating win for Kamala... Iaukea interrupts. Iaukea: Devastating is an understatement! I told you the monster is hungry and there's only one thing that can satisfy his appetite. That is the AWA world title! Yes! We want the title and we want to rule the AWA! Commercial Break The camera zooms in on the glowing pink 'Beauty Shop' sign then pans down to Brenda Britton. Britton: Hi everybody and welcome to the number one rated segment in wrestling, the beauty shop. This is a very special episode because I don't have a guest. I told you that I get all the inside information first and tonight I have some good stuff. Now, I know all of you are dying to know where Champagne Gerry Morrow and Mr. Money Carl Fergie have been. BOOOS! Britton: This show is all about positive vibes so knock that off! (Holds up a postcard) I have here a postcard from none other than Gerry Morrow. It's from Tahiti. He says him and Carl are resting and recharging and having the time of their lives. Soaking it up in hot tubs with pretty ladies, laying out on the beach enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. They will come back when they feel like it and when they do, they're coming for some tag team gold. (puts down the postcard) I'm so happy for them. They really deserved this vacation and I can't wait to have them on my show when they return. Until next week toooodles. Commercial Break Footage from last week is shown as Roy Lee Welch beats Jerry Lawler with his scepter. Resnick: Please welcome out Jerry "The King" Lawler! Huge pop as Lawler comes out with a bandaged forehead. Lawler: Ken, I'll get right to the point. The AWA isn't big enough for two Kings so I have a solution. Welch, you and me, April 17th in St. Paul, a loser leaves town match! One man leaves and one King reigns. Let's see if you have the guts. Resnick: Ok, the challenge has been made. King verses King, loser leaves town match. Back to the ring. AWA National Champ Rocky 'Soul Man' Johnson vs. Carl Kellerman The fans are on their feet cheering as Johnson hits Carl with several arm drags. Johnson swings Carl to the ropes and puts him down with a high dropkick then follows with a jumping elbow drop for the 1..2..3! Johnson cuts a promo and says Kevin Kelly better be focused on him come April 17th because the National Champ is bringing his A game baby! Commercial Break Resnick: Before we get to our main event, next week the Cartel, Jose Estrada and Ricky Santana will be in tag action. Ron Garvin takes on Shaska Whatley. Billy Jack Strong will be in the ring. Scott Casey defends the TV title against Alexis Smirnoff and Austin Idol will be here. Ok... Manny Fernandez storms out. Manny: Highwaymen! You're good at two on one but how about you meet me and my mystery partner on April 17th in St. Paul? Let's see how tough you boys really are! Resnick: A very upset Manny Fernandez but it looks like he has a plan. Ok, main event time and it should get pretty crazy. Carlos Colon vs. Abdullah the Butcher The bell rings and the fight is on! It gets brutal quick as these guys just hammer and pound away on each other. It doesn't take long before the fight spills outside the ring. The Ref is counting as they continue to brawl. Abby swings Colon into the steel post. Colon sits against the post as Abby charges but Colon moves and Abby hits the post. Colon slides in the ring as the Ref hits the 10 count. The fans cheer as Colon gets the c.o. win. Abby slides back in the ring with his fork and nails Colon from behind. Abby starts carving away on Colon's forehead as the blur goes across the TV screen then cuts to a commercial. Commercial Break Footage from last week is shown as Ricky Steamboat wins a battle royal to earn a world title shot. Resnick: Things have settled down but that feud between Colon and Abdullah is far from over. Before we go, I want to bring out the man who will challenge Terry Funk for the AWA world title in St. Paul on April 17th. Please welcome out Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat! Big Pop as Steamboat comes out waving to the fans. Steamboat: (Shakes Ken's hand) Great to be here Ken. I've been training like a madman for this opportunity and believe me I'm ready. Boos as Terry Funk comes out. Resnick: Hold on Terry, please I don't want trouble. Funk: (Holds his arms out) There's not going to be trouble. (looks at Steamboat) I'm not going to call you an egg suck'n dog but anybody who waltzes in here and thinks they're going to take my world title....well I will call you a jackass! Steamboat: You know Terry, I've been watching your title reign for months and what stands out most is you like to talk tough. You can call me anything you want but when we step into the squared circle, trust me, I'm taking that title. Funk: Well, I change my mind, not only are you an egg suck'n dog but you're a yellow belly spineless egg suck'n dog! I see it in your eyes. You lack grit boy. Funk lightly slaps Steamboat a couple times. Funk: Go ahead Steamboat, turn the other cheek. Funk slaps him a couple more times. The fans roar as Steamboat pushes Funk then slaps him across the chest, sending him down. Resnick gets out of there as the show ends.
  4. Show kicks of with a bang as Smiley scores a huge upset on Beautiful Bobby. Finlay has gone to war with the British wrestlers. I wonder if Tony St. Clair is watching what's going down in Pacific. I was thinking the same thing. Orton and Miller just have that experience factor going for them. Maybe Windham and Rotunda should take them on. I knew it was only a matter of time before the Bullpen and Wild Dogs started going at it LOL. Next time they meet, I'm sure there will be extra security everywhere. Dutch makes a huge announcement as Vegas Vengeance is coming! The main event alone would guarantee a huge crowd. Adding the tag tournament will defiantly sell the arena out. With the stacked tag division, this tournament is going to rock. YES!!! Iron & Steel get a shot at the Wild Bulls! I cant wait for that match. Vic and Adams get their long awaited one on one and they go at it. Vic gets the quick 3 but as we saw this feud is far from over.
  5. AWA @ The Auditorium, Milwaukee Wisconsin 4-3-86 Billy Jack Strong defeated Rene Goulet, with a delayed vertical brainbuster The Highwaymen (Phil Hickerson and Bobby Duncum) defeated Tony Garea and Steve O, with a spiked piledriver on Steve O "Rugged" Ron Garvin and "Maniac" Matt Borne, battled to a very hard hitting 10 minute draw. "The Universal Heartthrob" Austin Idol defeated Brad Rheingans- Rheingans was in total control when he swung Idol into the corner and charged in but Idol raised his boot nailing Rheingans, then flipped him back and put his feet on the turnbuckles to get the pin. AWA World Tag Team Title Bout The Bruise Brothers (C) defeated "The Great" Gagne and Duke Myers- After getting fed up with Gagne and Myers rule breaking, Bruise Brothers double headbutt Myers through the ropes. Cash atomic drops Gagne, Snowman quickly grabs Gagne, hoists him up and gets the pin after a running powerslam! Carlos Colon and Abdullah the Butcher battle to a bloody double count out. AWA World Title Bout Terry Funk (C) vs. The Spoiler After winning his feud with Super Destroyer, Spoiler is rewarded a world title shot. Spoiler makes the most of this opportunity as he takes it to Funk. Funk rolls out of the ring several times to avoid Spoiler's onslaught. Finally Spoiler goes out after him and puts a pounding on Funk before hurling him back in the ring. Spoiler works Funk over with slams, suplexes, a backbreaker, followed by a knee drop from the middle ropes but Funk got his foot on the rope right before the 3 count. Spoiler swings Funk to the ropes and puts him down with a big right punch. Funk wobbles up and the fans go crazy when Spoiler applies the claw! Funk is swinging his arms and flailing like a madman as one of his arms hit the Ref. The Ref is down. Spoiler wrenches away and now Funk is down. Funk is laid out but so is the Ref. Spoiler releases the claw and checks on the Ref. The Ref slowly gets to his knees. Just as Spoiler turns around, Funk crawls over and lowblows him hard. Funk follows with a swinging neckbreaker as the Ref counts 1..2..3! Winner and still AWA World Champ- Terry Funk
  6. AWA releases Cocoa Samoa, Fidel Sierra and Dutch Mantel AWA picks up Grizzly Boone, Alexis Smirnoff, Tony Garea, Rene Goulet and Steve O
  7. TV champ Moretti continues to be a highlight. Nasty Girls get a nice win. I like the post match emotions where Mitchell is upset while Pardue down plays things. Wild 8-Woman tag ends the show in chaos. Great way to put some serious heat on this entertaining feud.
  8. AWA TV @ The Hammond Civic Center 4-2-86 The animated AWA logo spins around as you hear a voiceover. "From coast to coast, continent to continent, and border to border. Welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling" Highlights are shown of the USWA's last event, The Happening. Lance Russell is standing in front of the AWA banner. Lance Russell: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. We're very happy and excited the American Wrestling Association is back. On behalf of Jerry Jarrett and Verne Gagne, we want to welcome all our fans watching across the globe. Tonight you will see some outstanding in ring action. Right now please welcome out Jerry Jarrett who has some exciting announcements. Jarrett: Thank you Lance, this is exciting isn't it? The AWA is back! (Cheers) Ok, let's get down to business. As you recall, Tony St. Clair was stripped of the TV title due to his part in that despicable attack on El Canek at The Happening. I'll tell you, we were very close to an international incident, especially after St. Clair threw Canek's UWA title in the trash. St. Clair and Les Thronton have been suspended for 30 days as well. Giant Haystacks was never employed here and was escorted out. As for El Canek, he suffered a concussion and broken ribs. We wish him a speedy recovery and once again the AWA sends its most sincere apologies. Now, tonight we will have a match for the AWA TV title. I think the fans will enjoy it, especially the ones in Texas because it will be Scott Casey taking on Jose Estrada and the winner will be TV champion. These two have had quite a rivalry and I thought they should get a conclusion, so why not for the TV title. Tonight, you will also see a battle royal and the winner will get an AWA world title shot against Terry Funk on April 17th at the St. Paul Civic Center. I know Verne is excited that the AWA is returning to St. Paul. I'm telling you Lance, this is one star studded battle royal. All that and a lot more. Boos as Terry Funk comes out wearing a black cowboy hat, jeans, no shirt and the new AWA world title on his shoulder. Funk: How dare you start this show without the AWA world champ! I whipped that egg sucking dog Dusty Rhodes at The Happening! I was the last man to hold the USWA world title and now I have this here new AWA world title! But do either of you two jackasses mention that? No! Instead you mention a battle royal where the winner faces me. Good luck to all those sorry excuses for wrestlers because the only thing they're going to win is a first class ass whoop'n by me! Funk storms out. Lance: I wish he wouldn't use such bad language. If he would've waited, I was going to invite him out. Oh well, let's get to the ring. "Mr. Magnificent" Kevin Kelly vs. Clarence Wilks Kelly looks good tonight as he hoists his opponent up and executes a delayed vertical suplex. Kelly swings Wilks to the corner and follows with a charging clothesline. Kelly quickly grabs Wilks and finishes things off with a Russian Leg Sweep for the win! Lance: You look good tonight Kevin but I have to ask, where's the Vin Man? Kev: (shrugs) I have no idea. I know Doug Sommers and Chick Donovan have left but I haven't heard anything from Vin. Lance : Well, you get a long awaited shot at some gold. On April 17th, you get a shot at the National title against Rocky Johnson. Are you a bit thrown off by Vinnie's absence? Kev: I can't be. I've plowed through a lot of competition to get to this point and believe me, Rocky Johnson you better be ready cuz I'm going to get that title! Commercial Break Lance: Fans, before we get to our next match, I want to give you an update on Cocoa Samoa's condition. As you saw, he was brutally attacked by the Cartel at The Happening. I understand he suffered serious neck injuries and will be out of action for quite some time. Get well soon Cocoa. AWA National Tag Team Champs The Beasts of Burden w/Ox Baker vs. Todd Rooney and Kris Ryder All Beasts as they simply destroy their opponents. They double clothesline Ryder over the top rope, swing Rooney to the ropes and put him down with double boots to the face for the win! Ox cuts a promo and warns all the AWA teams that if they want a shot at the titles they will be annihilated! Commercial Break "The King" Roy Lee Welch (wearing a crown, cape, sunglasses and holding a scepter) appears with Lance. Welch: Lance! I can't tell you how upset I am! Lawler! You peasant! You lowlife! You no good phony imposter! You ruined everything! Lance, the fact is at The Happening, he cheated with a cheap shot! Lawler! I challenge you right here and now! Let's see if you got the guts when I'm looking right at you! You and me! Right now! Lance: Ok, Welch is heading to the ring. Special Challenge Match "The Real King of Wrestling" Roy Lee Welch vs. Jerry "The King" Lawler Mass eruption as Lawler hits the ring. Just as Lawler enters, Welch blasts him over his head with his scepter! Welch just unloads on Lawler, hitting him several times with the scepter. Lawler is bleeding. He grabs the ropes and helps himself up. Lawler is dazed as he wobbles right into another scepter shot that puts him down! Welch puts his foot on Lawler's chest and holds up his scepter to thundering boos. Commercial Break Lance: My goodness, well, Lawler had to be helped out of here. Welch has started something big here. I hope he's prepared. Let's get back to the ring. Adrenaline Rush vs. Gil Gaynor and Ken Jurgens Bassarab and Takano have been on a roll, most recently defeating Hart's Afire at The Happening. Tonight their chemistry is on. Takano hits an inverted piledriver on Jurgens then tags in Bassarab, who finishes things off with a flying leg drop from the top rope! Lance announces Adrenaline Rush will get a AWA National tag team title shot on April 17th in St. Paul. Commercial Break Lance: (AWA TV title is sitting on the podium) Ok fans, this next match is for the TV title and should be a wild one. This feud was tearing it up in Texas and now it comes to the AWA. Let's go to the ring. For the AWA TV Title "Cowboy" Scott Casey w/Sunshine vs. "El Jefe" Jose Estrada Sunshine is all smiles as the fans give her a nice reaction. Casey gets a big pop as well and shows his appreciation. The mood changes quick as Estrada strolls down the aisle with a cigar in his mouth. He enters the ring and says some distasteful things to Sunshine. The bell rings. Casey charges but Estrada throws the cigar in his face and kicks him a bit low. Sunshine is guided out by the Ref. Estrada stomps on Casey and follows with several rabbit punches to his back. Estrada drops a few elbows on Casey's back the hurls him out of the ring. Estrada goes to the outside, picks up Casey and rams him back first into the steel post. Estrada drops Casey then walks over to Sunshine. Estrada yells at her then grabs her by her arm and threatens to slap her. The Ref goes out and warns Estrada. Estrada pushes Sunshine back and raises his hand at the Ref. Casey gets to his knees. Estrada grabs Casey and hoists him up for a piledriver but Casey fights it and back drops Estrada on the concrete! Both men are down. The Ref gets in the ring and starts the count. At the count of 8, Casey rolls in to break it, then rolls back out, grabs Estrada and hurls him back in the ring. Casey favors his back and regroups. He swings Estrada to the ropes and nails him with a back elbow smash. Casey clamps on a headlock and unloads with several punches. Casey swings Estrada to the corner, hops up on the middle ropes and does the customary 10 punches as the fans count along. Casey hits a monkey flip and covers 1..2..Kick Out. Casey swings Estrada to the ropes and goes for a back drop but Estrada kicks him hard. Estrada falls back against the ropes and shakes the cobwebs. Casey staggers up but Estrada puts him down with a clothesline 1..2..Kick Out. Estrada chokes Casey, then drags him to the corner and stomps away. Estrada stops stomping, rakes Casey's eyes, chokes him, then starts stomping away. Estrada hits a gut wrench suplex 1..2..Kick Out. Estrada hits a backbreaker, then applies the Boston Crab. Estrada wrenches away. The fans fire Casey up as he fights it. Casey muscles his way up and grabs the ropes. The Ref tells Estrada to break. Estrada wrenches away until the Ref hits the 4 count. Estrada looks down at Sunshine and gives her an obscene gesture. Sunshine is livid. The Ref is looking at Casey. Estrada puts his head through the ropes and says something to Sunshine. The fans go wild when Sunshine slaps him! Estrada is livid. He's about to run out after Sunshine but Casey gets up and dropkicks Estrada through the ropes. The Ref is looking down at Estrada and starts the count. Massive boos as The Cartel (Ricky Santana and Fidel Sierra) runs down the aisle and into the ring. But wait! Two men from the crowd hop the railing and hit the ring! It's SIVA AFI and JIMMY SNUKA!!!! Siva and Snuka hammer away on the Cartel and punch them through the ropes. They double headbutt Santana, then grab Fidel and double drop him neck first on the railing! While all that's going on, Casey breaks the Ref's count by going out and throwing Estrada back in the ring. On the outside, Siva and Snuka double drop Fidel once again neck first on the railing. Exactly what the Cartel did to Cocoa. Siva and Snuka hop the railing and through the crowd. Back in the ring, Casey swings Estrada to the ropes and back drops him. Casey pumps his fists. Ricky Santana staggers up and starts to head to the ring but Sunshine jumps on his back! Santana is swinging her around. Estrada staggers up, Casey swings off the ropes and nails Estrada with a bulldog 1..2..3!!!!! Sunshine jumps off Santana's back and runs into the ring and hugs Casey. Santana looks up at the fallen Estrada then looks in shock at his partner Fidel on the ground gasping for air. Scott Casey is the new AWA TV Champion! Commercial Break During the break, Fidel was stretchered out. Santana helped Estrada out of there. Clearly these guys didn't know what hit them. The camera zooms in on the pink now glowing 'Beauty Shop' sign, then pans down to Brenda Britton. Britton: Hi everybody! That's right, the Beauty Shop is now with the AWA. Come on, did you have any doubt? This is the highest rated segment in the entire wrestling world and trust me Verne Gagne, my show will draw astronomical ratings for the AWA. Just ask Jerry Jarret, he'll tell you what I did for the USWA. Now, I wanted my first AWA show to be a big one, not that all you idiots deserve it but I do have a reputation. My guests tonight stood tall at the end of The Happening so without further adieu, please welcome the Fabulous Ones! The Busboys 'Boys are back in Town' plays over the speakers as The Fabs come out to a rousing ovation. Britton: Well now, you boys certainly have a following. Lane: And we love every bit of it! (Looks at the fans) Thank you! Keirn: Yea we do! These fans supported us all the way and I hope we did them right by finally putting an end to the Fullers. Britton: Well, I think you boys were a bit lucky but hey let's move on. As you know I get all the scoops and I heard that you guys are heading to Japan for a lengthy tour. Looks to me like you're turning your backs on the fans here. How about it? Lane: Couldn't be farther from the truth. We love these fans and all the support they've given us. Keirn: We signed up for this tour months ago and we want to show the fans of Japan what the Fabs are all about. These great fans here will be in our hearts and that's a fact. Lane: Exactly! We've got a few weeks left before we leave and we want to make sure were ready for Japan. But don't you people worry, the Fabs will be back and better than ever! Big Pop! Britton: Yea ok, still sounds like you're ditching these wonderful people. That's something I would never do! Until next week tooooodles. Commercial Break Kamala and Curtis Iaukea are standing in front of a volcano. Kamala is pacing, slapping his belly. Iaukea: My Monster Kamala was the last man standing at The Happening! He survived the brutality and dominated! Now it is time! It is time to rule the AWA! Brace yourselves because this monster is hungry! Back live Lance: Ok, Scott Casey, Sunshine, come on over. Great match with a lot of craziness but in the end you're the new AWA TV champion. Let me present this belt to you and congratulations. Casey holds the title up as the fans cheer. Sunshine: What a great moment. Scott Casey was the Texas All-Star Champ and I have to say that AWA TV title fits him well. The man is a champion and will be a fighting one. Trust me. Casey: Words can't express my joy. I was worried for a bit but looks like things worked out and I couldn't be happier. I had no idea what happened during the match until I just watched the footage. I want to personally thank Jimmy Snuka and Siva Afi for having my back. Looks like karma came back to bite the Cartel. Lance, Sunshine and I are excited to be here and I'm excited for all the upcoming challenges for this here title! Feels great! Lance: Ok, AWA TV champ Scott Casey along with Sunshine. Let's go back to the ring. Curt Hennig and Brian Adias vs. Trent Watkins and Rudy Klein Hennig and Adias use quick tags and maneuvers to throw their opponents off. Adias executes an airplane spin on Klein, drops him and tags in Hennig. Hennig hits a bridging cradle suplex for the win. Cheers as they head to the podium. Lance: Impressive win. So what brought you two together? Hennig: Well, to tell you the truth it just happened. Brian and I ended up on a car trip together, had a long talk and realized how much we had in common. Adias: We have the same wrestling goals and are determined to win gold. So we decided to team up and go for some tag gold. Hennig: I think we have a lot to offer and I'm excited about this new venture. They high five as the fans cheer. Lance: There you have it. Curt Hennig and Brian Adias looking to make waves in the AWA. Commercial Break Lance: Fans, next week National Champ Rocky Johnson will be in action as well as the AWA World tag team champs The Bruise Brothers. Also next week... Boos as Greg Gagne and his bodyguard Duke Myers appear. Duke grabs the mic from Lance and hands it to Gagne. Gagne: Thanks Duker. Not one word Lance. My last name is Gagne which means I'm running the show. My first order of business was booking me in tonight's battle royal, which I will win. No question about it. I have big plans as AWA world champion and it starts tonight. I'll see you after I win the battle royal because I have a lot to say. Duke pushes the mic at Lance then leaves. Lance: (rolls his eyes) As I was saying, starting next week Ken Resnick will be handling the interviews which will now take place by the ring. Looking forward to working with you Ken. 9. Severn is becoming a very intriguing character. He's with a heel faction but respects the rules. Good story going here. An all out fight is looming between Bubba and Burke. Busick scores a big time win over Buddy. Busick has really become a star here. Scorpio and Pillman put on a classic. Maybe we'll get an extended time limit match in the future. The Bullpen had reason to celebrate on this loop as the Wild Bulls get in 2 title defenses. Bull have become a very cohesive unit and that could mean a long reign on top. Yamada gets the co win and no doubt will get a rematch. Smothers better quit riling up Severn. Mega Man and Gator benefited from Brickhouse as they get a satisfying win. You know I'm happy when Iron & Steel get a win. Taylor and Finlay go at it in what looks to be the early stages of a brutal feud. Man, you called it. Hansen is defiantly a game changer! Gilbert takes advantage of Steamboat and Adams hate and gets the quick rollup on Adams. However, Muta once again gets the last blow on Gilbert. Exciting loop as a lot of feuds are really heating up. .
  10. Love the Moretti character and the attention she's getting. I can tell she's going to be a future big star here. Kai and Martin are great together and it's going to be hard getting the tag straps off them. Little Heart gets a nice showcase win as she gets ready for Moretti. Another new champ crowned as Medusa wins the dual titles. Medusa is another favorite of mine. Richter is so awesome and I couldn't think of anybody better to represent the company as world champ. I was watching some of her pre WWF work recently and she really had the psychology down. Nellie proves she has a lot of heart but in the end Richter was just to much. Great show!

USWA puts the Kansas Jayhawks on the block
  13. To LA, Oh yea, Atlas and Cameron get a nice win. I wonder how long until Severn completely snaps on the Blondes. Vic's obsession with Adams is costing his team some matches. I think it's time for a one on one. WHOA! Pringle has put together a devastating force! Hansen is defiantly the big catch. Will the Brigade be able to stop these guys? Will anybody? Bigelow retains over Adams. This win gives Bigelow tremendous credibility as champ. Gilbert and Muta is becoming one hot feud. After what just happened, the heat is on!
  14. Finlay is defiantly here to fight! Douglas tells his side of the story. I wonder what Morton's problem was? Guess he had to blame someone. Young Jarrett wants to make it on his own and respectfully turns down the Army's offer. One thing about Pacific, you need friends. Pillman and Hart put on a good one. The Hart Foundation are closing in on the Snowbirds titles. Brigade scored big time with Brickhouse but better be worried about Pringle. Can the Guerrero's dethrone the Wild Bulls? Badd Co. takes advantage of all the chaos and scores the win. The tag division is on fire!
  15. USWA releases Bob Roop, Bruce Hart, Keith Hart, Kendo Nagasaki, Mark Lewin, The Stomper, Scott Irwin, Doug Sommers and Chick Donovan.

Great to have Lawler back as we are set to venture into the AWA. Ok, Jerry Jarrett come on over, I know you have something to say regarding what happened in the International match. Jarrett: Lance, that was just disgusting. Many UWA reps were in attendance and I was in the back assuring them this isn't what the USWA is about and I certainly don't want them thinking this is what the AWA will be about. They're extremely upset and rightfully so. So right now I want to announce that Tony St. Clair will be suspended and stripped of the TV title! Kendo Nagasaki is eliminated. The door opens and security escorts the fallen Kendo out, but before the door closes freakn ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER runs in with a fork and goes crazy on Colon!! Iaukea is loving it as Abdullah carves Colon's face with his fork! Abdullah pushes security away as he storms out. Kamala stands over his prey and slaps his belly. Iaukea is maniacally laughing. Kamala swings off the ropes and hits the big splash. Kamala gets up and hits another big splash 1..2..3! Carlos Colon is eliminated. The winner and last man standing- Kamala Lance: My goodness! Abdullah the Butcher arrived and just brutalized Carlos Colon. As you all know, those two men have a very bloody history. I have to wonder if Curtis Iaukea played a role in that. What a brutal match. I'm almost afraid of what's going to happen in the next one. Fans, this has been quite a night as the USWA says goodbye. I'm looking forward to being a part of the AWA and I'm sure you're going to like it as well. Don't forget, it all starts next week at the Hammond Center as AWA All-Star Wrestling comes back to TV. Let's go to the ring for our final USWA match. 6-Man STEEL CAGE TAPED FIST TORNADO MATCH! "Unpredictable" Dick Slater and the Fabulous Ones vs. Tully Blanchard and the Fullers w/Baby Doll and Jimmy Golden The Ref's only job is to make the 3 count Slater and the Fabs wait in the ring wearing boots, jeans, T-Shirts and of course taped fists. Fullers, Tully, Baby Doll and Golden (on crutches) are a bit hesitant as they plan strategy on the outside. They're also wearing jeans, cowboy boots and taped fists. Slater and the Fabs have enough and run out of the cage to start the fight! Fabs pound away on the Fullers as Slater chases Tully around the ring. Slater tackles Tully and unleashes his fury. Keirn drags Rob into the cage and grinds his face up and down the cage drawing first blood. Lane is dragging Ron into the cage but Jimmy Golden comes from behind and nails Lane with his crutch and continues to hammer him with it. The Ref signals to the back. Several officials come out and escort Golden out. Golden is kicking and screaming the entire time. While that is going on, Baby Doll runs over and rakes Slater's eyes from behind. Ron throws Lane into the cage. Tully staggers up. Slater pushes Baby Doll into him, grabs Tully and drags him into the cage. The door slams shut. Keirn is kicking away on Rob. Slater picks up an unconscious Tully and delivers a swinging neckbreaker for the fun of it. The fans are exhausted by can't help it as they stand up and cheer. Slater walks over and holds up the Fabs arms. Bloody and victorious. Winners of the match- Dick Slater and The Fabulous Ones Lance: What a match and what a satisfying victory for Dick Slater and the Fabs and what a way to end the USWA. Fans, I want to thank you all for being a part of the Happening and for supporting the USWA. It's been quite a ride but don't worry, this is only the beginning. Next time I see you will be under an AWA banner. Good night everybody and so long.
  17. I'm loving Moretti's TV title run. Somehow, someway, I would love to see her take on Richter for the world title. Speaking of Richter, looks like she has a tough challenge ahead with Babyface Nellie. I like how you give the ladies a lot of time to show their stuff. That tag match is a perfect example. Awesome main event as Misty Blue defeats McIntyre for both titles!
  18. Simmons is really taking Pacific by storm. Vic Steamboat and Brian Adams is going to be a fun undercard feud. Snowbirds and Blondes would defiantly give the fans a fast paced match. These young guys can go. Bigelow proves he's got what it takes to be a fighting champ as he successfully defends against the very credible Hector. Yamada vs. Hito is such a great opener. Miller, Deaton and Pringle are making life rough for Gator and Mega man. I like how the Hart Foundation made sure they got the fall in that 8 man match. I'm all for a Harts/Snowbirds program. Hacksaw gets the fall but that is one feud that's far from over. YES! I was hoping my guys Iron & Steel would get a shot at the Wild Bulls. Bulls prevail but they were seriously challenged. I can live with that LOL. Muta shows Gilbert he's still a threat. I like how you mix things up on your house shows to keep things fresh on a weekly basis. Nice job.
  19. Young Jarrett has arrived in Pacific but Hito showed him the competition here is no joke. Hansen's path of destruction continues. I hope he gets a Pacific title shot before his craziness sends him packing. We get Morton's explanation and hey it seems pretty valid lol. Smothers is going to have his hands full with Yamada. A slap in the face by Miller might be what Orton needed to snap out of his slump. The mystery man makes another appearance. Whoever he is, he seems to be one tough dude. Vic Steamboat returns and Adams better be ready to fight. Things are getting tense between Gilbert and Muta. To the Cow Palace, Scorpio is having a tremendous run as LHW champ. Mega Man didn't have a chance dealing with both Miller and Pringle on the outside. I think Yamada earned his shot at Smothers scoring the fall on him. Gator gets an impressive upset over Mando. FINLEY! I should've of known! He's beating up all the Brits. Looking forward to seeing where this goes. Looks like we're heading into a Burke/Bubba showdown. I can't wait to see these guys slug it out. Playboy Club get the win tonight as this feud is getting red hot. Wild Bulls are really getting it together and I think this is only the beginning. Round 1 of Gilbert/Muta ends in a double c.o. Perfect way to start the feud.

USWA TV @ The Knoxville Civic Center 3-19-86 Lance opens the show with Jerry Jarrett on one side and Verne Gagne on the other. Lance Russell: Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of USWA wrestling here on the USA network. Well fans as you can see, joining me right now is Jerry Jarrett along with none other than former AWA owner Verne Gagne. For the past few weeks these men have met for several meetings. I understand Jerry and Verne have a very special announcement to make, so Jerry go right ahead. Jarrett: Thank you Lance. I couldn't be more happy because today is a historic day for wrestling. Verne and myself have entered into a partnership. The USWA will morph into the AWA. That's right. The AWA is back in the wrestling world and I'm thrilled to be a part of that great AWA history and tradition. Verne: Lance, great to be here and I'm looking forward to working with you. Jerry, thank you for helping making this all possible. I'm very excited the AWA is back in business and this time we're going to have some USWA seasoned into it. I think this is a great combination and will be a successful one. I will be working behind the scenes and Jerry will remain as acting President. Jarrett: Right now I can tell you that the upcoming closed circuit event the Happening will be the last event under the USWA banner. I can officially say, the USWA world title will become the AWA world title. The Mid America title will become the AWA National title. The USWA tag team titles will become the AWA world tag team titles. All current title holders will remain. Our first order of AWA business at the Happening is the match between the South Pacific Connection and the Beasts of Burden will be for the AWA National tag team titles. The USWA is going out on a strong note but it's also the beginning of a new and exciting venture. Verne: It is indeed. We'll have a lot more information in the weeks to come and I'll see you at the first AWA TV show on April 2nd. Jerry and Verne shake hands and exit. Lance: Blockbuster announcement indeed. Wow, exciting times in wrestling. Tonight we'll be talking about the Happening. You'll see The Stomper versus Kendo Nagasaki. The King Roy Lee Welch will grace us with an appearance. And tonight's main event will be the Fabulous Ones taking on the Fullers, which will no doubt be a preview to their upcoming cage match at the Happening. Let's get to the ring. Adrenaline Rush vs. Sam Smith and Trent Watkins The fans are into this one as Adrenaline Rush gives them plenty to cheer about. Takano hits the inverted piledriver and tags in Bassarab, who follows with a flying leg drop from the top rope for the win! Adrenalin Rush cuts a promo and says Hart's Afire are making a huge mistake underestimating them and they're going to show them why at the Happening. Commercial Break "Champagne" Gerry Morrow vs. Todd Rooney Morrow infuriates the fans with his sheer arrogance. After toying with his opponent he finally finishes him off with the sleeper. Morrow grabs his Billionaire's title and heads to the podium. Morrow: Hello Lance, did you miss me? I'm happy to announce that my best friend Carl Fergie is progressing well and should be released from de Hospital very soon. Now, you might have noticed I don't have a bottle of champagne with me today. I have got a very special bottle on its way directly from France. I will open de bottle after I defeat Rocky Johnson for de soon to be AWA national title at de Happening. Can you think of a better man to represent de AWA on a national level than myself? You can not. Rocky Johnson, I am going to humiliate and defeat you once and for all. You're nothing but a talker and it's about time I shut you up. You're going to end up like George Wells and I will make sure of that. Maybe they both can be my butlers HA HA HA, goodbye Lance. De pleasure was all yours. Lance: (rolls his eyes) Fans, we'll be right back Commercial Break Kansas Jayhawks vs. Carl Kellerman and Neil Jurgens Jayhawks dominate and finish things off with a double clothesline. Cheers as they head to the podium. Lance: Ok, at the Happening, you boys will be taking on the former USWA tag champs Karachi Vice. It seems they've taken a disliking to you. Dutch: That don't matter, we're not very likeable and we don't care. Jaggers: That's right! Karachi Vice wants a fight? Well, we're two guys that are gonna give em one! Commercial Break The Stomper vs. Kendo Nagasaki w/Curtis Iaukea The bell rings and the fight is on! They fight in and out of the ring and all around the ring. They're back outside and Iaukea tries to hit Stomper but Stomper puts him down and stomps away. MARK LEWIN runs out and attacks Stomper. The Ref signals for the DQ. Nagasaki gets his kendo stick but BILLY JACK STRONG runs out and clotheslines Nagasaki. KAMALA comes out and puts Strong down with a double thrust shot. Wait a minute! CARLOS COLON storms out and fires away on Kamala. Mass chaos as a commercial hits. Commercial Break Lance: Once again we get a pier six brawl between those six men. I'm sure things will finally get settled at the Happening when they meet in a 6 man elimination cage match. I've been told that when a wrestler is eliminated by pin or submission, the gate will be opened and 10 designated wrestlers will escort him out of there. It truly will be a match of survival. Ok, here comes Iaukea and his monsters. Iaukea: Can you feel it Lance? I sure can. The end is coming for the Stomper, Strong and most of all, you Carlos Colon! Nothing can save you! You will be locked inside a cage with these three. Three men who show no mercy. Three men who love the sight of their enemies blood. Three men who will show no remorse for what they do. One by one you will be eliminated. Oh I can just taste it Lance. Victory will be ours! Lance: I can tell you, I wouldn't want to be inside a cage with any of those men. It all goes down at the Happening. Speaking of the Happening, The King Roy Lee Welch has issued an open challenge. Welch will be here a bit later but right now we have a pre recorded statement from Welch who was at a very special location earlier this week. Let's check it out. You see the Graceland Mansion. Roy Lee Welch walks in front of it. He's wearing his crown, cape, sunglasses and carrying a scepter. Welch: Yes indeed, what a glorious sight this is. The one and only true king of professional wrestling standing in front of the home of the second most well known king. This just feels right. Welch smiles and takes it all in. Commercial Break The Beasts of Burden w/Ox Baker vs. Vic Dutro and Willie Lopez Total squash! Morgan and Nord send Lopez over the top rope with a double clothesline. They swing Dutro to the ropes and put him down with a double boot to the face for the win! The Beasts pick up a lifeless Dutro and hold him as Ox Baker nails him with the heart punch! Poor Dutro is stretchered out. Lance: Ok Ox, what was the point of that? That poor kid suffered series injuries. Ox: I don't care! That was a message to those island savages. I told them to stay out of the Beats way and if they don't they're going to get a lot worse! Morgan: (Stops stomping and huffing) We're coming to the Happening to get those titles! Nord: And we're going to beat those boys badly to get our titles! Huff! Huff! Huff! Ox: You see, those islanders don't have a prayer. Commercial Break The camera zooms in on the pink "Beauty Shop" sign and pans down to Brenda Britton. Britton: Hi everybody and welcome to the number one rated segment in wrestling today, the Beauty Shop. I want to put everybody at ease. The Beauty Shop will be a part of the AWA so I'm not going anywhere. Boos Britton: You people are so mean. Now, don't forget, yours truly will be the guest ring announcer for the USWA World title bout at the Happening. I hope they let me present the new AWA world title to the winner. I think they should. Ok, speaking of the Happening, my next guests will be defending the USWA tag titles against the charismatic team of Bodacious. Please welcome out the USWA champs, the Bruise Brothers. The fans cheer as 'Boogie Fever' blasts over the speakers. Cash and Snowman come out smiling and wearing black suits and sunglasses. They hold up their titles and high five each other. Britton: Well, I have to give you credit. You guys do have pizazz. However, I don't think you have the soul and charisma of Bodacious. Those guys just ooze coolness. Cash: They think they're real cool alright but not only are we full of cool but we get the job done inside the squared circle baby. Snowman: We've held titles since December and believe me when I tell you, we aint gonna lose them at the Happening. Boos as The Vin Man Vinnie Valentino strolls out. Britton: My oh my, what a pleasant surprise. Hey Vin Man, welcome. Vin: Brenda, it's all my pleasure baby. (Vin kisses her on the cheek) Britton: What a sweet gentleman. So what brings you out? Vin: After hearing these two bore brothers I figured this week's show needed a shot of the Vin Man. (Looks at the Bruise Brothers) Now let's get something straight. You two don't stand a chance against Bodacious. They have all the goods. They got charisma, ability, unity, experience, they can defiantly sing and most of all they got more soul in their fingers then you two bores have in your entire bodies. So do the right thing and just hand over those titles and I'll go and exchange them for the AWA World titles. I want to make sure they look good on my guys. You two clowns picking up what I'm throwing down? Cash and Snowman look at each other, converse and smile. The fans go wild as they grab Vin Man, hoist him up, run him over to a trash can and throw him in! Britton: (screaming) Hey! The show ends with the Bruise Brothers holding up the titles with Vinnie upside down in a trashcan as Brenda frantically yells "Tooooodles" Commercial Break Karachi Vice vs. William Hillman and Dave Dougherty Karachi Vice are aggressive tonight. Makhan slams Hillman, turns him over and hits a splash on the back. Makhan tags in Gama. Gama finishes things off with the camel clutch. Lance: Ok, Karachi Vice come on over. You heard the Kansas Jayhawks earlier and they're ready for a fight at the Happening. Makhan: Oh are they? Do they know who they're getting in the ring with? Gama: Brother Makhan is right. We held the USWA tag team titles for 9 months! We should be getting the shot at the titles but instead we are going against two uncivilized dirt farmers. Jayhawks! You are nothing but a stepping stone for us because we want nothing but the titles. We are going to make an example of you at the Happening. I hope Jarrett and Verne Gagne are watching closely because Karachi Vice is going to rule the AWA just like we did in the USWA! Commercial Break Lance: Ok, please welcome out the self proclaimed true king of wrestling. Roy Lee Welch. The Elvis version of Also Sprach Zarathustra plays. After a minute, Welch comes out wearing his crown and cape. He stops in front of the podium, smiles, slowly puts his arms out and spins around. Lance: Glad you could finally grace me with an appearance. Welch: Trust me Lance Russell, you obviously weren't my first choice. I shouldn't even be talking with a peasant who idolizes a false king like Jerry the Jester Lawler. You know who's a class act? Brenda Britton. You saw how she welcomed me. That was truly fitting for the real king of wrestling, Roy Lee Welch. And not to mention, President Ronald Reagan's favorite wrestler. Lance: Ok, alright, well at the Happening you've issued a special King's court open challenge. You sure you want to put yourself out there like that? Welch: (Laughs) You make me laugh Lance. I'm the true king of wrestling. Why would I be worried? Brother I get the job done in the ring. You don't get to be king by losing you fool. I chose the Happening for my long awaited debut because the king is happening. I'm going to showcase my superior wrestling skills on some poor sap stupid enough to be embarrassed on a national platform. I'm winning this one for the Gipper. All eyes will be on the king at the Happening and I know the AWA is ecstatic that the one and only true king of professional wrestling has arrived. The music hits as Welch raises his arms and holds out his robe. Commercial Break "The Great" Gagne w/Bodyguard Duker vs. Clinton Stitch Duker cheap shots Stitch with a loaded forearm to the back from the apron. Stitch stumbles into a high dropkick by Gagne for the win. Lance: I have to ask Greg, what do you think about the AWA coming back and your father holding a behind the scenes authority position? Have you two spoken? Gagne: My last name is Gagne which means I'm a partner. I have nothing but respect, loyalty and love for my father. Lance: Wait a minute. For the past year, you've been nothing but... Duker snatches the mic from Lance and stares him down. Gagne: Thank you Duker. Quit causing trouble Lance or I'll fire you. Now, the first order of business of mine will be to sign me for a AWA world title match after I beat Curt Hennig at the Happening. You see, Curt Hennig is a guy who lives off his father's name. He doesn't want to earn anything on his own merit. No room for guys like that in the AWA. At the Happening I'll take care of Hennig and then I'll get my long awaited and extremely overdue world title shot. Commercial Break The camera is shaking as it follows a brawl between the Spoiler and Super Destroyer in the back. Paul Jones is laid out as Spoiler and Super D have a furious exchange. It's finally broken up by numerous wrestlers. Commercial Break Lance: My goodness, the Spoiler and Super Destroyer were just involved in a very heated confrontation in the back. Those two will defiantly resolve their issues at the Happening when they meet in a mask versus mask match. Ok, I had to catch my breath. Time for our main event. Should be another wild one. The Fabulous Ones vs. The Fullers w/Jimmy Golden (On crutches) The bell rings and tempers of course flare and before we know it, fists are flying! Ron pounds away on Keirn in the corner as Rob hammers away on Lane in the opposite corner. Fullers whip the Fabs into each other but Lane leapfrogs over Keirn and dropkicks Ron into the corner as Keirn nails Rob with a clothesline into the corner. Fabs make the signal and swing the Fullers into each other. Fullers bump and bounce to the outside. Golden is threatening the Fabs with his crutches and yelling at them. Fullers stumble around. Fabs go to the outside, pound away on them and hurl them back into the ring. The Ref gets control. Keirn swings Ron to the ropes and back drops him, then tags in Lane. Keirn swings Ron and Lane puts him down with a superkick 1..2..Rob breaks it. Keirn is all over Rob. The Ref guides Keirn back to the corner which allows Rob to drop a knee on Lane. The Fullers double vertical suplex Lane. Ron tags in Rob. Rob works over Lane. Ron sticks his boot out and Rob slams Lane's head on it then tags in Ron. Fullers execute a double rib breaker. Ron covers 1..2..Keirn drops a leg on Ron's head. Rob runs in and him and Keirn trade punches. The Ref finally gets control. Ron tags in Rob. Rob swings Lane into the corner and charges in but Lane moves, dives over and tags in Keirn! The fans are up and cheering as Keirn is all over Rob. Keirn hoists Rob up for an atomic drop. Ron runs in but Keirn atomic drops Rob into Ron! Ron bounces through the ropes. Keirn cradles Rob 1..2..NO! TULLY BLANCHARD runs in and starts stomping on Keirn. While this was happening, Golden smacked Lane's back with his crutch before Lane could get in the ring. The Ref signals for the DQ. Ron gets back in the ring. The Fullers and Tully work over Keirn but not for long. The fans roar as DICK SLATER storms the ring swinging a chair! Fullers get out. As Tully runs to the ropes, Slater blasts him with the chair and sends him flying out of the ring. Baby Doll runs over to help Tully. Lane slowly slides into the ring. Him and Slater help Keirn up. They head to the podium. The Fabs are still reeling. Lance: At the Happening, you three will take on those three in a steel cage, taped fist tornado match. I don't think I've ever seen that type of match but it seems like the only way to end all this. Slater: Tully Blanchard! You're nothing but a cowardly weasel boy! You and I have a score to settle and brother I will settle it inside that cage! I'm going to pound and pound on that head of yours until it's bleeding and your unconscious. At the Happening, you're all mine Tully because I know these guys will handle the Fullers. Keirn: You got that right Slater. Fullers drew first blood but at the Happening we're going to end you. Lane: Nowhere to run boys and nowhere to hide! Commercial Break Lance: What a show we had. The Happening will be the last event under the USWA banner but I'm really excited about the future of the AWA. On that note, after the Happening either Terry Funk or Dusty Rhodes will be the AWA world champion. Let's hear pre recorded comments from both men. Fans, I'll see you next Friday night at the Happening. Footage is shown from last week's show as Funk and Dusty were involved in an impromptu match. Both men used their boots and both men were bleeding. Dusty: Excitement is in the air babay! The Happening will be happening if you will. Terry Funk, another chapter in our long saga continues as we once again do battle for the USWA world title. Everybody is buzzing about the AWA. I would love to be the last holder of the USWA title and then be presented the AWA world title. All the history and legacy the AWA world title brings is more than enough to want it. Terry Funk! All I have to do to get it is go through you. What else can be said. We've spilt blood sweat and tears over the years and we about to do it again. You and me! One more time! Funk: Over my entire illustrious career, one man has caused me more grief, pain and sorrow than anybody on the face of this planet. It's that egg sucking dog Dusty Rhodes! He's a sickness that needs to be stopped. Let's get something straight you pig. I'm going to be the last man holding the USWA world title and I'm going to be holding the AWA world title. That's a straight hardcore fact. There's no way in hell a putrid pig like you is going to represent the AWA as world champ. I'm not only going to defeat you at the Happening but I'm going to make sure you never set foot in the ring again. I must stop the madness! 21. Pringle is making his presence known. Could Deaton and Miller be the start of the dynasty here in Pacific? Successful loop for the Brigade as all members scored some big wins. Dog Pound seem to have a mysterious friend. Wonder who this is? Bigelow is tearing it up as TV champ. Like Den, I thought the Guerreros won the straps! LOL, nice swerve. They get the c.o. and prove they're still contenders. I think the Wild Bulls are realizing it's hard being at the top. I've said this before but man, Duggan and Busick is one hard hitting duo. Just ask Easy Ed. Can't wait for that inevitable Gilbert/Muta title match. I think Cornette needs to come up with a better plan then his racket. New tag feuds starting between Blondes/Black Gold and Hart Foundation/Snowbirds. I'm intrigued with what's going on with Orton. Fun loop. I like the direction you're taking Pacific.
  22. It's so awesome seeing all these great female wrestlers under one banner. Now they get the shine they all deserve. Moretti is one of my all time favorites, so I'm happy she's the current TV champ. It's great seeing Richter get the world title run she deserves. She defiantly has a firm grip on the title. Will anyone be able to dethrone her?
  23. Again, love the addition of pictures. Looks like the Mega Man has found a good home in Pacific. Hanging with the Brigade will do wonders for his career. That's proven with a big win over the returning Jimmy Del Ray. Suicide blondes, what a name. Perfect pairing of two guys with an attitude. Huge win for Scott Hall, taking down former TV champ and ring vet Bob Orton. It still trips me out how different this Scott Hall was from his 90s look LOL. Outlaw Deaton has arrived and he brought along Pringle as well. This defiantly gives Deaton some buzz right off the bat. Busick and Easy Ed engage in another hard hitting fight. Rose causes another DQ but Duggan is all over him. I really like how you use alliances and factions. It's such a great tool to add longevity with feuds. Being able to use all the different pairings keeps things fresh and interesting. Awesome way to end the show with Yamada coming out and staring down his former friend Smothers. I think we have another exciting feud coming.
  24. There's a serious UK invasion going on in Pacific.
  25. USWA releases the RPMs (Mike Davis and Tommy Lane) and Scott McGhee.
