  1. Hey everybody, sorry for holding things up. I'll pick Kerry Von Erich
  2. Looking forward to the RnR/High Flyers 80s dream match. Hall and Michaels seemed to have gotten in the head of the Marvelous Masked Manager LOL. Can they upset the Destroyers? Like the mid card feud going between Rogers and Gibson. Good to see them involved in a solid story. Rich vs, Wahoo is very intriguing. This match will be a big draw. Good job in building up the upcoming matches. Classic TV here.
  3. That Steamboat/Ito match looked like a show stealer. Guerrero's continue to roll as champs. They've taken on all comers. Dr. D and Gypsy is a brawl for sure. Zenk gets the best of Taylor in the tag match. Can he do it with the title on the line?

Lance Russell: Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of TNT wrestling here on the USA Network. Well as you just saw, WrestleStorm 84 was a huge success and a historic night for TNT wrestling. All I can say is I cant wait for WrestleStorm 85. We've got a big night of wrestling tonight. Because he won the battle royal at WrestleStorm, Tom Prichard will get his TNT title shot tonight against Bill Dundee. Also tonight will be a tag team battle royal and the winners will face the TNT tag champs Adrian Adonis and Dick Murdoch next week on our special Christmas show. More on that later. And Jerry Blackwell makes his TNT televised debut. Fans let's get to the ring. TNT Brass Knuckles Champ Carlos Colon vs. Gary Williams The fans cheer as the new brass knuckles champ makes his way to the ring. The match is all Colon. He swings Williams to the ropes and flips him over with a knee to the mid section. Colon climbs to the top rope. Williams staggers up and Colon nails him with a flying clothesline to get the pin! The fans cheer as Colon holds his brass knuckles title high. Colon cuts a promo and says he came here for the hard hitting competition and will take on TNT's toughest. Commercial Break Lance: As mentioned earlier, next week TNT will present a special Christmas gift for the fans. On that show every title will be defended. The winner of tonight's TNT title bout between Dundee and Prichard will defend the TNT title against Jerry Lawler! Austin Idol will defend the TV title against Rick Martel. Solidarity will defend the AWA Southern tag titles against The Super Samoans. Carlos Colon will defend the brass knuckles title against Boris Zhukov and the winners of tonight's tag battle royal will get a TNT tag title shot. Should be a fun night.... Boos as Johnny Valiant comes out. Valiant: Hold on just a minute baby. I'm here to make a bombshell of an announcement. That's right, I have acquired the rights to none other than The Amazing Ricky Vaughn! Boos as Vaughn arrogantly walks out in a glitter robe. Footage is shown from WrestleStorm as Vaughn attacks his partner McGhee during the battle royal and rams him into the steel post. Valiant: This phenomenal wrestler was held back by that loser Scott McGhee. Well now he gets the spotlight he deserves. I'm taking him to the stars and it starts now. "The Amazing" Ricky Vaughn w/Johnny Valiant vs. Steve Rooney Vaughn works over Rooney with ease then slaps his face. Vaughn swings Rooney to the turnbuckles and charges in with a clothesline. Vaughn suplexes him back then goes to the top rope and hits a diving knee drop for the win! Boos as Valiant raises Vaughn's arm. Vaughn points to himself and holds up the number one sign. Commercial Break TNT Tag Champs Dick Murdoch and Adrian Adonis vs. Sam and Sean Smith The champs make quick work of their opponents as Murdoch hits a brainbuster on Sam then tags in Adonis. Adonis clamps on the Goodnight Irene and gets the win! The fans boo as they head to the podium. Lance: Ok champs, you will be defending the titles against tonight's battle royal winners. Murdoch: Who cares who wins tonight because the only thing they win is an ass whip'n by us! Adonis: That's exactly right! There's nobody man enough to take these titles and we're going to prove that once again come next week. Murdoch: Bring em on! Lance: Ok they seem focused and ready. Fans, at WrestleStorm Mike Shaw and DJ Peterson were unable to participate in the battle royal. I understand we have some footage of what went down in the hallway right before the battle royal. Footage is shown of the Blonde Bombers (Jerry Grey and Steve Regal) attack Shaw and DJ. They beat them with chairs and slam them against the walls. Boos as Johnny Valiant once again comes out with his Blonde Bombers. Lance: Just what was that all about. Valiant: The theme tonight is that Valiant's men are no longer taking a back seat to anyone! Fat Shaw and Dumb DJ announced they were forming a team, well good for them but my Blonde Bombers are a real tag team and what you just saw was a statement. Those idiots want to be a tag team? Well my Blonde Bombers showed them what a real team is all about. Lance: Ok, well both of those teams will be in the battle royal. I don't think that was a smart move. The battle royal is next. Commercial Break TAG TEAM BATTLE ROYAL- Winner gets a TNT tag title shot Teams- Rolling Thunder (Shaw/DJ), The Blonde Bombers, The Cuban Assassins, High Octane (Poffo/Savoldi), Gino Brito and Tony Parisi, The Oates Wrecking Crew, Roughnecks, and Curt and Larry Hennig! When one member of a team is eliminated, the team is eliminated. The bell rings and it's chaos! Rolling Thunder go right after the Blonde Bombers and pound away. The Oates are fighting with Brito and Parisi, High Octane and The Roughnecks are trading blows. The Hennigs and Cuban Assassins are going at it. Brito and Parisi are eliminated as Ted Oates throws Parisi over the top rope. High Octane and The Roughnecks are both eliminated as all four men fight over the top rope. Blonde Bombers are eliminated as Shaw and DJ hoist Grey up and toss him onto the floor. Cuban Assassins are eliminated as the Hennig's double clothesline them over the top Steve Regal and Johnny Valiant jump into the ring and attack Shaw. DJ runs over and shoulder blocks them through the ropes. While that is happening, the Oates take advantage and throw Shaw over the top. It's down to the Oates and Hennigs. Both teams hammer away on each other. Gene Anderson is on the outside cheering his team on. Oates take Larry down and proceed to double team Curt. They hang him over the rope and try to hoist him over. Larry gets up. Gene shouts at his men. Ted looks back and gets clotheslined over the top rope just as Curt regroups and back drops Jerry over the top rope! The fans roar as Larry and Curt Hennig celebrate while Gene is throwing a fit. Commercial Break Lance: Larry and Curt, come on over. Wow! Congratulations. It's really good to see you two together. Curt: Lance, now that our issues with Tully Blanchard are all over, my Dad and I decided to have some fun and team up. Larry: I still have some fight left and I want to make the most of it by teaming with my son. The Hennig's are back together for one more run! Lance: Unbelievable. Back to the ring. Roosevelt Jones w/Sonny King vs. "Downtown" Denny Brown Before the bell rings, King says something to Jones and Jones runs over and nails Denny from behind. Jones throws Denny out of the ring and follows. King is shouting encouragement as Jones stomps away. Jones picks up Denny and rams him headfirst into the steel post, busting Denny open. Jones picks up Denny and slams him on the concrete. Jones gets up on the apron and is ready to jump down on Denny but Cocoa Samoa runs out and gets in front of Denny and warns Jones. Officials come out to stop this. Commercial Break Lance: Oh my, Denny Brown was stretchered out of here. Thank goodness Cocoa Samoa showed up. Boos as Sonny King and Roosevelt Jones come out. King: I told you and all these idiots, Roosevelt Jones was going to get his due. The Movement in TNT is alive and well. Denny Brown was just a victim and Cocoa Samoa, you want to stick your nose in our business? Jones: That just means you're next boy! Just ask George Wells what happens when you cross the movement. Lance: A very dangerous twosome indeed. Well joining me now are the new AWA Southern tag champs, Carl Fergie and Gary Young along with Art Crews and Mark Fleming collectively known as Solidarity. Well with a little help, you guys managed to upset the Fabulous Ones at WrestleStorm. Fergie: All for one Young/Crews/Fleming: And one for all! Fergie: We did it Lance! We really did it! Solidarity are the new AWA Southern tag team champions. And guess what? Since we are a unit we get to pull out the Freebird rule. Young: That's right, the Freebird rule. Crews: Yea, the Freebird rule Fleming: (smiling and nodding) the Freebird rule Fergie: That means any one from Solidarity can defend these here titles. So next week, Super Samoans, you just don't know which two members of Solidarity you'll be facing. (Laughs) Ah the beauty of being in a group and the perks of being champions. All of them: Solidarity! Commercial Break Hercules Ayala storms the podium. Ayala: Why don't I get the rematch with that gutless Colon next week!?!? Why?! Because he's afraid! That's my title Colon! Ayala yells at Lance. The fans cheer as Jerry Blackwell comes out for his TNT televised debut. Ayala storms towards the back but stops as Blackwell is standing in front of him. Ayala yells and points at Blackwell. Ayala walks by as Blackwell stares at him. Blackwell heads towards the ring WHAM! Ayala nails him from behind! Ayala gets him down and just pounds away on his head with closed fists. Ayala keeps pounding away until Carlos Colon runs out and stops it! Ayala warns Colon as he backs away. Lance: Wow, what a night it's been. I... Boos as Gene Anderson comes out. Gene: This will be short and simple. First off, those Hennig's don't know what family unity is all about. The Oates Wrecking Crew know exactly what that's about and they're going to show the Hennig's what family unity is all about. Next up, I'm so disgusted on how Jumbo Tsuruta has been treated here since his arrival that I've decided he needed time away from TNT until his unfair treatment gets resolved. He's going back to Japan until further notice. That is all! Lance: Boy tensions are high tonight. Before we come back for the TNT title main event, let's hear from Jerry "The King' Lawler, who was at a special autograph signing. Lawler: I cant tell you how sweet WrestleStorm 84 was. I cant tell you how fun it was as Jerry Blackwell and myself totally dismantled Dundee, Idol and Dream Machine. Next week I get to finally have a chance at regaining the TNT title. Dundee, if you're lucky enough to get past Prichard tonight then you get me next week. I've got you just where I want you! Commercial Break TNT Title Bout "Superstar" Bill Dundee (C) vs. "The Doctor of Desire" Tom Prichard VS Dundee's ribs are taped but he still manages to taunt the fans and Prichard as he holds up his title. The bell rings and Dundee is yelling and pointing at Prichard. Dundee turns his attention to the booing fans. 5. First off the Battleground card looks stacked! Like this tag feud going between the Royal Family and Burke/Joe. They've had some hard hitting and brutal matches. Steamboat is defiantly a game changer here. One match I'm looking forward to is the 4 corners match. Saito and Starr give us a nice preview. WOW! Zenk gets the huge upset over Buddy Jack! Taylor better be ready. Poor Eddie LOL, he puts up a fight but the numbers (and mist) once again prevail. It's going to be hard to take the straps off the Guerrero's, just ask the Assassins. Hulk gets the win by DQ. Eddie goes for the rescue but gets a beating. Can the Hogan's regroup and get the better of Larry Z, Kendo and Wakamatsu? Gordy gets the pin in the 6 man tag. Gordy is looking strong as he has his sights set on Piper at Battleground.
  6. Love these update shows. In one show, Jimmy Garvin becomes the 2nd most hated heel (Next to Bad News) in Stampede. Him and Tito should be quite a match. Really looking forward to the Bad News/Masked Bounty Hunter match. That one is full of intrigue. Stampede loses some big names in Orndorff and Slaughter but it looks like Stu is on the ball in finding replacements. The Christmas show will end the year with a bang! What does the future hold??? We'll find out soon enough.
  7. LOL! Oh man that Backlund promo was insane, awesome and to much fun! Great stuff! It's fun watching the champ Magnum being so cool and relaxed while Backlund is losing his mind. These promos really did the job of getting fans to buy tickets. That loser leaves town cage match will no doubt be a satisfying conclusion to a very intense and heated feud. Putski gets a strong showing. A Sammartino/Korchenko program could benefit both men and give them a chance to shine. Samoans get a shot at the Road Warriors...YES!
  8. Dr. D is going to cause a lot of trouble here. The Brigade seems to be regrouping and bouncing back. Yamada/Saito and the Starrs continue their feud, this time the Starr's get the win. Oh man all 4 of them involved in a match for the LHW title!!! That's going to be very interesting. RICKY STEAMBOAT is here!!! WOW! This is huge! Steamboat gets right into it as him and Billy Jack have a wild match with R&R. That 6 man tag at Battleground is going to be off the charts! Solid card in Portland. Zenk stays on his winning streak as he beats Ron Starr. R&R get a strong win over the Vachons. Burke and Gypsy give Rose and Sommers one heck of a fight but come up just short in the end. Ok, that Guerreros/Hito-Fuchi match was freakn amazing! What a match! I would love to see a rematch. Piper gets the DQ win over Hayes but I'm sure Hayes didn't care as the Freebirds do a number on Piper. Piper needs friends and fast otherwise Gordy might walk away with the title.
  9. Man, the fans at the Pavilion really got their money's worth tonight. Lightfoot and Mr. X pick up solid wins. Be careful what you wish for Leduc because the old Morowski is back. Outlaws defeat SBS and Blair then give them a beating with the bull ropes. I'm sure SBS and Blair are going to want another crack at the Outlaws. Singh and Morgan have a great match but Foley wants to interfere, good thing Lightfoot put a stop to that. Morgan gets the win and has a good ally with Lightfoot. Close one as The Hart Foundation barely escape with their titles. I'm sure Williams and Saito deserve a rematch. Jimmy Jam wins the battle royal. He's not only richer but gets a title shot as well. What a swerve! I didn't see this one coming. Jimmy Jam helps Tito defeat Slaughter but it's a trick as Foley and Garvin are in cahoots! Jimmy leaves Tito laid out and now gets a title shot. He also has a ton of heat. Awesome main event! Bad News takes down Orndorff to win the title! What a place for this to happen. But wait! Who's the masked bounty hunter??? Heenan and Bad News have the title but they better be on guard. This card was very well built and delivered.
  10. Zenk is racking up the wins while poor Flowers has been in a slump. Taylor and Jake make quite a pair. As mentioned, it's going to be hard getting the title off Taylor with Jake around. Spivey and Perez get a big win over the Starr's. Captain Mike really had them focused tonight. LOL, Hulk is going to have to try and calm Eddie down. That boy gets excited. Now Larry Z has a victory over both Hogan's. Right on! Rude and Fernandez arrive as a team. Great seeing R&R in the Pacific. To top it off, Dr. D has also arrived! Watch out! Kendo, Fuchi and Hito score a huge win over the Guerreros. That Freebirds/Vachon's match must of been a wild one. Gordy looks strong as he gears up for Piper. Piper gets a win over Freebird Buddy Jack but Gordy and Hayes give Piper a post match beating. Piper will need some friends watching his back when he takes on Gordy.

Poffo and Savoldi work over Mr. Wrestling 3 while Prichard and Zhukov trade blows. Winner of the battle royal- "The Doctor of Desire" Tom Prichard Gino Brito Jr. and Tony Parisi vs. The Oates Wrecking Crew w/Gene Anderson The Ref does a good job of keeping control as the match gets underway. Brito and Parisi control the early moments. Brito slams Jerry and Parisi follows with a knee drop from the middle ropes 1..2..Ted breaks it. The Ref guides Ted back. Parisi and Brito hit a double vertical suplex. Parisi swings Jerry to the ropes and back drops him then tags in Brito. They swing Jerry to the ropes and put him down with a double punch to the face. That's Shaska Whatley and Tiger Conway, the Movement is here! Shaska and Conway beat down Wells and hurl him in the ring. Shaska hoists Wells up as Conway hops on the middle ropes. They execute a spiked piledriver on Wells! Conway rolls out of the ring and rolls Jones in the ring. Shaska puts Jones on top of Wells. The Ref counts 1..2..3! Massive boos as The Movement pick up Jones and help him to the back. Winner of the match- Roosevelt Jones TNT Tag Team Title Bout Dick Murdoch and Adrian Adonis (C) vs. The Roughnecks (Killer Brooks and Bob Sweetan) You know a match involving these teams would be hard hitting and they certainly live up to that. The tide turns several times. The Roughnecks take control and Adonis really bumps for them. Adonis eventually makes the tag and like his partner, Murdoch is bumping and bouncing all over the ring. The Roughnecks double slam Murdoch. Adonis runs in and the Roughnecks knock him down. The Ref guides Sweetan to his corner. 12. Starrcade is the ultimate way to cap off Thanksgiving! Kabuki puts down Adias in a solid opener. Wild 6 man tag that gets the fans hopping. Patera's full nelson is really over now as he gives his team the big win. I knew Houston would have to watch out for Herc but I wasn't expecting Sunshine! Her loaded purse gives Alberto the win and title. A match involving The Movement and Highwaymen of course would have to end in a double DQ LOL. Man The Movement really got one over on Reed tonight. Things just got very interesting. Up to this point, Kerry I'm sure got the biggest pop as he defeats Spoiler for the Central States title! The celebration is short lived as Greg the Hammer Valentine makes a shocking appearance to give Kerry a beating. Whoa what a moment! I thought Valentine's appearance was shocking but the surprises were only just beginning as Nord comes in and attacks Brody! But wait it isn't over as Hart's men join in proving that Bock and Hart were in cahoots! But wait there's more! STAN HANSEN hits the ring and goes wild on everybody! Man this was epic crazy! Talk about a Starrcade moment. I wondered how the main event could follow all of this but that image of Tonga Kid flying off the top of the cage did it! After an amazing chase the Islanders stand tall with the tag titles! This is what a satisfying pay off is all about. Great job! Starrcade was an amazing show packed with title changes, epic run ins and an awesome finish! Job well done.
  13. Bulldogs and Studd Stable is a dream match for me. So glad you booked it! Cool seeing Buddy Rose and Terry Taylor pop into the loop. Tonga, Lefebvre and Charland is a very dangerous trio. Randy Savage had a good loop.

TNT WrestleStorm 84 Preview Show w/Lance Russell Lance: Hello wrestling fans and welcome to this special WrestleStorm 84 preview show here on the USA Network. As all of you know WrestleStorm 84 comes to you this Saturday November 30th from the Memphis Coliseum and will also be broadcasted on closed circuit TV at various arenas across the AWA. Tonight I will rundown the historical card. 10,000 Dollar Battle Royal and the winner will also receive a TNT title shot promos from DJ Peterson, Mike Shaw, Cocoa Samoa, The Blonde Bombers and Tom Prichard regarding the battle royal. Cuban Assassins w/Ratamyus vs. The Super Samoans- Tornado Match This one started when the Samoans came in to help Cocoa Samoa in his war with Ratamyus. It didn't end there as the Cuban Assassins brutally attacked the Samoans in the parking lot! Samoans came back and attacked the Assassins a couple weeks later. We'll see if the tornado match can end this feud. Gino Brito and Tony Parisi vs. The Oates Wrecking Crew w/Gene Anderson Brito and Parisi sent Gene's previous team The Enforcers packing. Gene vowed revenge and brought in the Oates. The Oates interfered and costed Brito and Parisi a shot at the AWA Southern tag titles. Their WrestleStorm match should be a heated contest. George Wells vs. Roosevelt Jones- Ghetto Street Fight A couple months ago Wells turned down an invite to join The Movement. Special Delivery Jones came to TNT and attacked Wells at the podium then told everybody he had joined the Movement and will go by his real name of Roosevelt Jones. These two have had some brawls. Wells defeated Jones in a match but Jones gave Wells a vicious post match beating. A very irate Wells challenged Jones to a Ghetto Street Fight! This should be nothing but a brawl. Rick Martel vs. Jumbo Tsuruta w/Gene Anderson Jumbo has been on quite a roll in TNT and Gene says it's a travesty that Jumbo hasn't received a TNT title shot. Rick Martel will make his TNT debut at WrestleStorm and has been hyped up heavily on TV. Gene says Jumbo will defeat Martel and then it's on to the title. Hercules Ayala defends the Brass Knuckles Title against Carlos Colon Ayala made an open challenge on TV and Carlos Colon shocked everybody including Ayala by showing up and accepting the challenge. After a couple minutes, Ayala simply grabbed his title and walked out. A very storied history between these two and it will continue as Jerry Jarrett signed this match for WrestleStorm. Dick Murdoch and Adrian Adonis defend the TNT Tag Titles against The Roughnecks Brooks and Sweetan defeated The Real Deal to earn this title match. Since then these teams have had a battle of words and engaged in some crazy TV brawls. This should be a hard hitting affair. Tully Blanchard vs. Curt Hennig- Last Man Standing Loser Leaves Town Match This goes all the way back to Tully's issues with the then commissioner Larry Hennig. Tully severely injured Larry's leg. Curt came to TNT to avenge his Dad. These guys have had many matches and even Larry came back to team with Curt against Tully and Buddy Landel. In the end Tully beat down both Hennig's with a chair. Curt said enough is enough and put it all on the line. Tully gladly accepted. One man will stand tall and one man will leave TNT. Hot feud here. The Fabulous Ones defend the AWA Southern Tag Titles against Solidarity Carl Fergie and Gary Young will represent Solidarity (Fergie, Young, Art Crews and Mark Fleming). Fergie and Young (with help from the Oates) defeated Brito and Parisi to earn the shot. Solidarity have been more than confident heading into the big title match. The Fabs have been champs since June and have taken on all comers and thrive on the big stage. Ted Dibiase comes to town to defend the AWA World Title against Mr. AWA, the real Nature Boy Buddy Landel Denny Brown won a right at any title shot in the AWA. Landel arrived in TNT and challenged Denny for that right. Denny accepted and Landel walked out with a shot at any title. Landel set his sights high and issued the challenge for the World Title. Landel has been all over TNT TV, winning matches and telling Dibiase this is his destiny. Dibiase says he's walking out of WrestleStorm with his title plain and simple. STEEL CAGE MATCH! Jerry Lawler and a Mystery Partner will take on TNT Champ Bill Dundee, TV Champ Austin Idol and The Dream Machine This goes back to when Dundee came in to help Lawler rid TNT of Jimmy Hart's Family. All seemed well. There was a tournament to name a number one contender and Lawler defeated Dundee in the finals however Dundee had Lawler covered earlier but the Ref was knocked out. Dundee shook Lawler's hand afterwards. All seemed well. In a tag match Dundee pushed Lawler out of the way and Dundee took a big boot from Tsuruta. Dundee said that's what a good partner does. Lawler wrestled Terry Funk for the TNT title. Funk was going to use his branding iron but Dundee came out and stopped him. Lawler wins the title. All still seemed well. Dundee confronted Lawler at the podium and said he couldn't wait for a title shot. Lawler said he would get it but he had to fulfill other title defenses first. Dundee felt disrespected and slapped Lawler. Lawler then accepted the challenge. Dundee apologized for the slap and wanted to have a clean match. During that match, Dream Machine returned and helped Dundee win the title! A couple weeks later Lawler attacked Dream Machine before his match with TV champ Austin Idol. Idol took offense and helped Dundee and Dream attack and beat down Lawler! Dundee, Idol and Dream Machine put Lawler out of action for weeks. Lawler issued a challenge for WrestleStorm and said he just needed one partner to take on the 3 of them. Dundee, Idol and Dream have been laughing and mocking Lawler. Lawler made a surprise return to TV and cracked Dream Machine over the head with a chair allowing Mr. Wrestling 3 to beat him. Later in the program Dundee and Idol said Lawler and his stupid partner wont be able to walk out of the cage at WrestleStorm! Lance: Well fans you wont want to miss this gigantic event. WrestleStorm 84! Saturday Night at the Memphis Coliseum. I'll be joining you on closed circuit TV. Should be a fantastic night of wrestling action.
  15. Thanksgiving Thunder brother! Duk does a great job getting young Kendall over. Tatum is quickly becoming a hated heel as his gimmick is really working here. Tonight he gets the win over the tough vet Mike George. Deaton and Rufus battle to a double c.o. I think Deaton can get over as his style is perfect for this territory. Rich has been on a roll beating the giants but tonight that comes to an abrupt end as OMG takes his down for the 5 count! Looks like some big plans are in store for OMG. Zambuie Express get the DQ win but Slater and the Yellow Dog win the fight. Dory gets a satisfying submission win over Lars. Tonight a Funk put down an Anderson. Atlas and Duggan don't win the titles but man they put a beating on Sheik and Volkoff. I think it's only a matter of time until the USA Express get the belts. WOW! Ladd defeats Mulligan to regain the title! Oh man not a happy Thanksgiving for the fans. Ladd's army has regrouped and once again have the power.
  16. Texas Red is a man possessed as he chokes away on both Slater and Borne! Red puts Slater out of his misery with the Heart Punch. LOL Eddie Hogan was just to fired up tonight and gets him and the Hulkster DQed. We'll see if Hulk can calm him down. Piper retains against Wiskowski in a hard fought match. Big story afterwards as Terry Gordy wants a shot at Piper. This is huge! Piper might need some back up.
  17. I agree, really good lead in show for Starrcade. Starrcade just might finally be the Islanders night. Islanders and Snuka look pretty pumped up for the Midnight Express however we all know Cornette will have something up his sleeve. Kerry is ready for the Spoiler. Who will win the battle of the claws? Maybe Kerry will get the claw on Gary Hart LOL. I'm sure their Starrcade match will be a wild one. LOL Houston really dishes it out on Alberto tonight. Alberto running into the musicians was hilarious. Houston has the momentum but he better watch out for Herc. WOW! Patera powerslams Kamala! Grapplers, Kevin and Adams get involved which sets up a crazy 6 man tag for Starrcade. Poor Mark is stretchered out right away. Jay does an awesome job fighting solo but there were just to many factors as the Highwaymen end up getting the Starrcade title match with The Movement. All this plus Bock defends against Brody! Starrcade is absolutely stacked and I'm sure will sell out the Superdome! I cant wait!
  18. Man, the road to Starrcade is really heating up! LOL, YES! The Fiesta Garden is back! They joke with Houston and things get real when Herc clotheslines Houston down! Didn't take Al long to make another enemy. Patera has a great showing but the returning Akbar sets him up for KAMALA! Kamala does a number on Patera! Next up Kevin comes in to try and shut Akbar up but the GRAPPLERS return and put Kevin down! One night in and Akbar changes the landscape of WCCW. I noticed Adams went along in the ambulance with Kevin. Adams is really trying. Wild tag team brawl and Watts has a solution as the Highwaymen and Youngbloods will wrestle for a shot at the Movement. Speaking of the Movement, I think they're up to something sneaky as the stakes are high for the Ice Man/Reed Starrcade match. Oh man Adias takes the mist from Kabuki! Adias will want some revenge! My favorite promo of the night goes to Bock. You have him down so well. He brought up some good points about Brody but Watts did as well. Bock is a smart man and has one heck of an insurance policy with Studd. Man I cant wait for Starrcade!

Welcome to TNT and I understand both of you will be competing in the battle royal at WrestleStorm. Poffo and Savoldi express their excitement to be here and look forward to facing the tag team competition here in TNT. They say they've stepped right into the fire as they'll will get a look at a lot of that competition in the battle royal. Commercial Break Lance: My guests at this time are the group of Carl Fergie, Gary Young, Art Crews and Mark Fleming. Carl, I understand you have something to say. Carl: (Pulls out a dictionary and opens it up) SOLIDARITY- unity of feeling or action especially among individuals with a common interest; mutual support within a group. (closes the dictionary) Lance, that sums up this group perfectly so from now on this group is known as Solidarity and brother we're going to dominate TNT. They all hug and yell "Solidarity!" Lance: Well...ok...You just heard from Solidarity and they'll be in a big 6 man tag later tonight. Back to the ring. TNT Tag Champ Dick Murdoch w/Adrian Adonis vs. "Bruiser" Bob Sweetan w/Killer Brooks Talk about a hard hitting match up! These guys spend the first couple minutes hammering away on each other. Well it doesn't take long before Adonis and Brooks are fighting on the outside. Murdoch and Sweetan fight through the ropes and everybody is brawling on the outside. The Ref reaches the 10 count and both men are counted out but everybody keeps fighting into the commercial break. Commercial Break Lance: That was quite the fight and those teams will meet at WrestleStorm for the TNT tag team titles. Speaking of WrestleStorm my guest at this time will be in a Ghetto Street Fight with George Wells. Roosevelt Jones come over. Jones: Lance! Every since joining the Movement, I've felt rejuvenated, re energized and brother I've been reborn! George Wells aint nothing but a puppet being pulled by his pathetic strings. At WrestleStorm I'm putting Wells down and that's going to be for the Movement! Lance: Ok strong words from Roosevelt Jones. Switching gears I want to bring in Scott McGhee and Ricky Vaughn, the Real Deal. You guys will be in the WrestleStorm battle royal. Ricky: Just a sec Lance, I want to clear something up with my partner. Scott, I know it was your mistake that costed us our chance at the TNT tag titles but I'm here to say I forgive you and we can move on from this. Now I have a chance of a lifetime to win the battle royal and get a shot at the TNT title. I... Scott: Hold on Lance, I didn't know you felt that way. I don't recall it being solely my fault. Last I checked we were a team. Ricky: Yea, that's why you had me replaced in that 6 man tag last week. Wait I'm sorry never mind, I put that behind me. Scott: Ricky, you were hurt, that's the only reason why you were replaced. Now let's focus on the future. Ricky: (pause) You're right, what's done is done. Just remember a battle royal is every man for himself. (Laughs) Just kidding partner. (Pats Scott on the back) A highlight montage is shown of Rick Martel. Martel makes his TNT debut at WrestleStorm against Jumbo Tsuruta. 20. Jimmy Jam arrives and tells it like it is. Foley better be ready. Like the team of Blair and Sugar. Looks like the Outlaws are on their list. Oh man who is crazy enough to collect a bounty on Bad News??? Leduc targets Moose. Two old school brawlers will go at it one more time. Slaughter and Santana in a loser leaves town match...YES! I'm all for a Hart Foundation/Saito-Williams match. Jimmy Jam knocks down Foley member Moffit. Slaughter tries to interfere but Tito is right on him. Precious nailing Foley with the loaded purse was a great way to end the show.
  21. LOL, Eddie Hogan runs wild on TV as big brother Hulk watches. Cant wait until the Hogan's team up and face Larry Z and Kendo. The Taylor/Zenk situation is heating up. Freebird's finally show off their skills in the ring as they simply squash their poor opponents. I hope the Guerreros and Hito/Fuchi wrestle forever. Texas Red gives Slater a fight but Borne interferes and Billy Jack is right behind. A gimmick match might be needed to resolve this one. Assassins put down the Harts. The Harts have fallen on hard times recently. French Revolution are in the midst of a great reign and that continues with a title defense over the Royal Family. Taylor retains against Perez with assistance from Jake. Nobody gets up from the DDT. The fans get an awesome main event as Piper retains against Borne in what had to have been a hard hitting fight.
  22. Kamala looks as devastating as ever beating 3 men. Highwaymen might be done with the Glamour Boys but it looks like they now have issues with the Youngbloods. Spoiler defeats Adias and shows why he's the champ. Good Grief those last 2 matches were off the charts! Von Erich's find a great partner in Reed as they take down the Movement. Crazy 8 man tag ends the show as the wild faces send the fans home happy.

Just seems right. Cant get enough of the Movement. Youngbloods and Highwaymen both have rightful claims to a title match. A brawl breaks out! Love the 3 gimmick teams involved here. WHAT! Brody and Bock for the title at Starrcade! What a blockbuster main event. Exciting battle royal full of intrigue. Kamala and Patera fight their way to the back. Adams accidently superkicks Kevin. Kerry eliminates Reed to earn himself a shot at Spoiler. That sent the fans home happy. Man, Starrcade is shaping up to be one epic event! WCCW and Continental together on the Superstation. Thanksgiving is going to be an action packed night of wrestling.
  24. The Thanksgiving show is going to be big! We already know we're getting the Mulligan/Ladd rematch. Genius move teaming up Atlas and Duggan as the USA Express. Sheik and Volkoff better watch out. Ladd's army attacks Mulligan but Mulligan fights back with an army of his own. Mulligan should did bring the cavalry as Dick Slater sides with him! I wonder who the masked man is??? And I'm sure Grizzly Boone wouldn't mind helping him out. Things are going to get crazy! Lars explains his actions and it looks like we're going to get an Anderson/Funk feud. YES!

Speaking of last week, we also saw Tom Prichard arrive and superkick Johnny Valiant out of his boots. Tonight, Prichard will take on one half of the Blond Bombers, Jerry Grey. Also tonight, Denny Brown takes on Mark Fleming. After what went down last week, Gino Brito and Tony Parisi have challenged the Oates Brothers to a match tonight. We'll hear from Jerry Lawler, Buddy Landel and Tully Blanchard. Big 6 man main event as TNT champ Bill Dundee, TV champ Austin Idol and the Dream Machine will face Cocoa Samoa, Mr. Wrestling 3 and Scott McGhee. Well let's go to the ring. Buddy: Lance, the pleasure is certainly yours. You're standing here with Mr. AWA and also the real Nature Boy. Word on the grapevine is that imposter Ric Flair is running his mouth. Flair! I have bigger things to worry about then proving what everybody already knows and that is I am the true one and only Nature Boy! Stay clear Flair! Now, Dibiase! At WrestleStorm 84 brother that world title comes home with me. I told you this is my destiny and baby you cant stop me. No Way! You're a great champ, no doubt about it but brother I'm Mr. AWA for a reason and at WrestleStorm I'm going to give you a wrestling lesson you wont ever forget. Buddy pulls out a comb and combs his hair back Buddy: Man I feel great! Lance: He's something else. Ok, back to the ring. The Roughnecks vs. Gary Williams and Vic Dutro Roughnecks tune up for the WrestleStorm TNT tag title match with Adonis and Murdoch. Roughnecks just destroy their opponents. Jumbo picks up Rooney and powerbombs him down for the easy pin. Gene leads Jumbo to the podium. Lance: I have to say your man Jumbo Tsuruta looked impressive tonight. He will have his hands full at WrestleStorm when he faces Rick Martel who'll be making his TNT debut. Gene: First off I want to address those idiots Brito and Parisi. They didn't want to wait for WrestleStorm and made a stupid and impulsive challenge to the Oates Wrecking Crew tonight. Well that's great news because now the Wrecking Crew wont have to wait to finish them off. Now! For almost a year, Jumbo Tsuruta has been the most dominant wrestler in TNT and has been criminally overlooked in the title picture. Does he get a title shot at the biggest event in history? NO! Instead they put him in a match with a man making his debut. Rick Martel yes you're a world renowned wrestler and very well respected across the AWA but the bottom line is at WrestleStorm you're nothing but an obstacle for Jumbo Tsuruta. When Jumbo defeats you, Jerry Jarrett will have no choice but to give him a long overdue title shot! Commercial Break The Cuban Assassins w/Ratamyus vs. Sean and Sam Smith Assassins maul the Smith Brothers and finish Sam off with a double rib breaker for the pin. I want my fans to know, I've been training and will be 100% by November 30th. Dundee! Idol! Dream Machine! Keep laughing, have a great time but the best part is come WrestleStorm, I'm defiantly getting the last laugh. Jarrett: After what went down last week between George Wells and Roosevelt Jones, I want to take you to comments from both Wells and Jones. Wells: Lightning struck twice and Jones you got the best of me once again. Of course you love sucker punching and attacking from behind. Well brother I'm looking for another fight. Wrestlestorm 84, let's you and me get down in a ghetto street fight! What do you say? Jones: Oh yea, I hear Wells wants me in a ghetto street fight. That don't surprise me one bit because Wells is nothing but a lowlife street bum! While I'm a part of something big, something special, I'm talking about the Movement! Wells, you cant stop it! You want a fight? You got one chump! Update ends with Dj Peterson and Mike Shaw giving promos on the 10,000 Dollar winner gets a TNT title shot battle royal Commercial Break The Oates Wrecking Crew w/Gene Anderson vs. Gino Brito Jr. and Tony Parisi Last week, the Oates interfered and costed Brito and Parisi their match with Fergie and Young and a chance at the AWA Southern tag titles. These teams will meet at WrestleStorm but Brito and Parisi didn't want to wait. Big shock as they start brawling before the bell even rings. They just hammer away on each other in the ring then the fight takes them to the outside. The fight continues as this one is thrown out. They keep fighting into the commercial. Commercial Break Fabulous Ones come out and cut a promo on WrestleStorm 84. Lance takes us back to the ring. 'Downtown' Denny Brown vs. "The Technician" Mark Fleming A couple weeks ago, Denny faced the debuting Fleming in what was supposed to be a scientific encounter. Fleming got the win thanks to Art Crews, Gary Young and Carl Fergie. Fleming joined the group. Tonight Denny wants a little payback. Denny controls early with a series of hip tosses followed by a dropkick. Denny continues to work Fleming over until Fleming resorts to an eye rake. Fleming shows off his wrestling ability with a variety of suplexes but cant put Denny way. Fleming goes for a suplex but Denny blocks it and suplexes Fleming over. Denny gets control and swings Fleming to the corner and follows with a running knee to the mid section. Denny suplexes Fleming, hops on the middle ropes and comes down with an elbow drop but Fleming moves. Both men regroup. They stagger up and have a heated exchange. That will come to an explosion at WrestleStorm. Cocoa, McGhee and Wrestling 3 will all be involved in the WrestleStorm battle royal so they all want to shine and get momentum. McGhee's Real Deal partner Ricky Vaughn sustained a sprained ankle in last week's match hence why he's not here tonight so Wrestling 3 gladly accepted to substitute. The fans are hopping as Cocoa, McGhee and Wrestling 3 control the early segment with solid teamwork and a fast pace. McGhee swings Dundee into the turnbuckles and follows with a running European uppercut then tags in Wrestling 3. Wrestling 3 suplexes Dundee and follows with a standing leg drop then tags in Cocoa. Cocoa leaps off the top rope and crashes down with a diving headbutt 1..2..Idol and Dream break it up. A pier six brawl breaks out. Well at WrestleStorm 84, Curt Hennig will take on Tully Blanchard in a Last Man Standing Loser Leaves Town match. Lot's of bad blood and history between those two men. Coming out now is Tully Blanchard. Tully: From day one that shyster of a commissioner Larry Hennig had it out for me. Well I eliminated him and then he sends in that punk kid of his Curt but I whipped him. Then I got to beat them both up at the same time with a chair. I cant tell you how much I enjoyed that. Listen up Curt. Your Dad is a gutless coward and hid behind his authority. And he's defiantly your father because you're more gutless than him. (LAUGHS) You're both weak and stupid and after WrestleStorm I'll make sure you both can spend a lot of time together. I feel sorry for you Curt, I mean having to wrestle under the disgraceful name of Hennig. I'm going to do you a favor and rid the AWA of The Hennig name. I'm going to give you a clean slate.
