Becky is an odd case because she's an over character but none of her moves seem that over so it feels like she can't pop a quiet crowd that easily.

That match could really have used Sasha Banks in there instead of Becky or Bayley.

Their ability to put some of the most exciting wrestlers in the world on screen and just make me wish they worked anywhere else is unfathomable.

Would me pretending to like Mauro's commentary help in any way? I understand stuff like Twitter is mentally wearing and stuff - I've experienced that feeling too - but honestly the best thing to do is just check out of it for a while instead of getting annoyed at people on here for having honest opinions about a wrestling commentator. Cornette complaining about AEW ad nauseam is easily avoidable if you just don't listen to his podcasts. Similarly, it should be easy to avoid or live with other people not liking a commentator that you think is good, especially if that group is as small as you say.

The only match on Survivor Series I give a single fuck about is Brock vs Rey and it's basically been treated like separate from the rest of the show.

It's really not that dissimilar to baseball. The batting team is trying to get runs by running back and forward between the two sets of stumps. If you hit the ball cleanly over the boundary then you get an automatic six runs. If you hit it over the boundary but it touches the ground before you get four runs. Otherwise it's just however many laps between the stumps the batsmen can manage after hitting the ball. The bowling team are trying to hit the stumps because that eliminates the batsman. They can also eliminate them with a clean catch from one of their hits.
