Tbf to Ronda, she's great at the intangible stuff like selling in a way that can't really be rehearsed. But yeah, there's no real reason not to lay out matches and go through them meticulously with people they don't trust so much to have a free reign. Lots of these guys would be better off with less TV time anyway.

Jesus, Ronda delivers yet again. Not even a year in and she's a safe bet for a great performance every time.

Ali is great at being a babyface in ring, so I can see this being the sort of match that Bryan would ask for in order to help get his new heel character over.

Maybe the idea is to give him a competitive enough showing that he won't be a rando 205 Live guy going forward.

I'd assume that they won't kneecap Smackdown so badly this time because of the Fox deal but I'd never want to assume that they'll make the logical choice.

As god awful as Raw has been for most of this year, Smackdown the last couple of months has been a pretty good show and has probably the three hottest acts in the company.
