Joe and Ambrose seemed like big losses but theyll at least make good title matches for Roman when they come back. I actually think Jordan is a bigger miss for me because his week to week character development was what I was most invested in on the show. I think he would have worked Seth at Mania had he stayed healthy?

I feel like the run up to Mania 30 was strong once they got the Bryan stuff on the right track. Though Taker vs Lesnar had a pretty weak build for a major match.

Not justifying that spot at all but there does also need to be a wider discussion I think about heel heat in the modern era, especially about how the company draws shot heat for bad actions as opposed to the heel getting kayfabe heat for it.

That's wording and messages you would only devise if you've grown up hearing corporate-speak and the word "yes" for your entire life. I really don't know why they bothered. I mean WWE probably knew about it so why change their mind over what a few fans think. Its not like fans are going to change WWE's opinion on Roman. Maybe we have different priorities but I think Moolah pimping out women, stealing their money, holding them back and ruining their lives is a much more egregious fault than Roman Reigns not getting over as a babyface in the way WWE initially wanted.

The Summerslam match vs New Day was a high end version of that formula but I think the Hell in a Cell vs New Day is worth checking out as something that goes beyond it and increases the violence for WWE 2017 standards. It's an incredible match.
