The Game
As we head into our 4th year, I just wanted to thank everyone who has made this crazy hobby one thing I look forward to each and every week. When Spaldoni and I started this, I was unsure if we would last a month but now it seems like it can go as long as we want it to. Again, thanks to everyone who has been with us from the beginning, everyone who has jumped in multi-times and to all of those first time writers who gave Dawn of War a chance. I truly appreciate everyone's efforts into keeping this project going. I was just looking back and seeing some of those early shows and to see how this games continues to morph into whatever WE want. I think the idea that we all get along so well and have no egos is why Dawn of War has succeeded. Enjoy 1987... It is shaping up to being a great 4th year!

Awesome event! Like how you always use so much of your roster in these big shows. Tag Team Battle Royal was a nice idea. Add in all the other stipulations and this was a really creative card! It seems like Bad News Allen and Slick are set up for a big 1987. Big win... interference in another. These are a dangerous duo. Add Buddy and they could rule USA Wrestling Great job having Dusty end the show. He is another one I expect a huge year from. Can't wait for USA Wrestling to get under way.

Awesome preview for Christmas Chaos! Really looking forward to Savage vs Nikita and what the Horsemen do

AWA Major League Wrestling
Great lead up show to the Christmas Spectacular! Rich vs Lawler is my favorite feud in real life and it is going to be just as good here! I like Billy Jack as a fan favorite. He was awesome in Portland back in the 80's and now I am looking forward to seeing what you do with him in the AWA! Nice run for the RnR Express. They are awesome and had a monster feud with the Fab Ones. Steamboat-Hennig.... Nothing else to say! I hated Larry Z in real life. I found him boring but in Dawn of War, I am really enjoying him. I liked writing for him and now I am really enjoying reading what you are doing with him. I find myself hoping they win the belt in the Mid South Coliseum

Wonder Women Wrestling
Fun card with the highlight for me coming in the first match. I enjoyed how Velvet had to "put out at least a half dozen fires" from the Glamour Girls before Medusa comes to the rescue. Looking forward to the next supercard.

You continue to produce very realistic house shows for the time. I love all the main events but I think my favorite card was in the Richmond Coliseum. The depth and star power of that event was awesome. Nature Boy vs Ivan was interesting as I am sure that Flair got some love for a change.

Continental Championship Wrestling
Huge show in Huntsville! Enjoyed all the stipulations throughout the card. I could just picture Buzz hanging someone over his shoulder in the dog collar match! It seems the Bullet has a new finisher... the Georgia Jawjacker! The whole Bullet thing is so well done! WOW... the main event was great. How often does the Mystery guest show up and then not get the win! Love surprises. Awesome 1986 for CCW... looking forward to 87!

ROSTERS AND TRANSACTIONS
Looking over my roster, the UWF needs a few midcard babyface tag teams so I am going to take back Sunny War Cloud and add Steve Gatorwolf and the Batten Twins

Championship Wrestling from Florida
Great event to end 1986! Texas Red is now officially a monster! Great job by you and Rain in developing him. Speaking of things you have developed... really enjoy the Cartel. El Jefe is ruthless! Poor Steve Keirn... Florida meant so much for him. Another good storyline with a nice payoff in the end. Hercules with a nice win but then the story got even better... first Backlund begins to loose it and hunts the ref only to have Poffo ready for the attack. This is going to be fun. Great job giving Duncum some last minute love. End of a long a great career. Let me know if you are going to keep him on in some form. Great job building and developing some really interesting stories. Looking forward to 1987.

AWA Major League Wrestling
Great card for the fans in Kentucky. Fun stipulation where the losing team had to disband. Glad the Olympians came out on top. Enjoying seeing Kirby cause chaos! Really thought the tag title match was really well done. Enjoyed the respect from both teams.

Championship Wrestling from Florida
I am really enjoying all of your angles and looking forward to the War Memorial event. Between the Cartel, the spat between Spoiler and Red, Backlund-Herc and Lanny Poffo, I really enjoyed reading CWF. You have done a great job of developing both the characters, gimmicks and angles. Thanks for all the hard work!

AWA Major League Wrestling
Great show as we head to the Mid-South Coliseum! I love the card so far. Rich vs Lawler... two of my all-time favorites...can't wait! Hope by next week we have the tag belts on the RnR Express! Hennig vs Steamboat... Match of the Year! Glad Brenda knows who is going to win as I sure as hell don't! I was wondering what Verne was going to think about Greg being Press Slammed on TV but the chaos prevented it. Maybe next week. Iceman vs Blackjack... Can't wait to see which way you go with this. These are two wrestlers that seem to bounce around Dawn of War a lot but have serious star power!

National Wrestling Alliance
Great card coming up at Christmas. All the matches so far are main-event worthy! Wonder how Nature Boy is taking not being on the big show. Enjoying what you are doing with Matt Borne. He is very underrated in real life if you ask me. He was asked to do some pretty bad gimmicks and did them all well.

National Wrestling Alliance
Awesome main event! I could just picture those cool posters hyping up this match all around Ashville and the Smoky Mountains! I wonder if the Horseman can remain a tight unit if they lose a few more of these.

Continental Championship Wrestling
Really fun event. Love the creative and all the added stipulations. Can't wait to see what type of match Idol and Cooley call for in the next big event

National Wrestling Alliance
Can't wait for Nikta-Savage! Great match between the Andersons and The Rockers. The Rockers were pretty big in 87 and this could turn out to be a nice feud of contrasting styles

Wonder Women Wrestling
I think you have a great understanding of your wrestlers strengths and weaknesses. Watching Velvet allow Winona to wear herself out shows the experience that Velvet has. Some with Medusa using all of her strength to hoist up Rhonda. Nice show. I wonder if Medusa's two belts well meet Richter for her one. You have a bunch of wrestlers at the top tier but these two could make some big time money for WWW!

Nice TV show with a big push to Christmas Chaos. Must say that one of my favorite moments was the name of your jobbers in the first match with Will The Thrill and Boogaloo Shrimp I am glad you picked up Mark Fleming. From what I have read about him, he was a really good technician with a good appearance. Wonder why he never made it bigger? Maybe he was awful on the mic... not sure but glad he is part of the NWA. Enjoyed the segment with the Horseman at the Night Club. Ole in the club must be a sight to see. Promo of the night was Paul Jones, Bass and Bart. Nice job.

AWA Major League Wrestling
I thought the TV show was great. I thought you nailed the promo with Rich and Lance. We might call it the AWA here in Dawn of War but you are doing awesome with throwing it some of that Memphis feel as well. First we got Lawler and Idol and now Wildfire vs Lawler. Must admit, I am a huge Wildfire fan so rooting for Tommy here! I hope the Bruise Brothers are not done. They have been great for you. Mulligan is one scary dude when he is mad. Iceman might want to leave town now! Not sure who is the real heel in the Bock vs Hennig feud but I love it. Bock does such a great job at riding the fence that he can do it all. This match is a classic and might give us a glimpse into who is really going to be top dog in the AWA! Steamboat is really showing his greatness here as he is becoming the type of champion who can just get in the ring with anyone or with any style and come out looking great. Crazy Carlos and Steamboat is going to be great again. As for the card in Jackson, I thought it was a very realistic house show that was balanced and didn't give away to much while also having a huge main event. The epic battle of the O's was great. The 3 DQ's as we led up to the main event was perfect and something I forget to do a lot. You gave the crowd some quality matches but the finishes allowed for those angles to continue. I LOVE Hennig with the grab of the tights. He is so perfect built that he can do anything. Steamboat and Hennig... COIN FLIP!

Championship Wrestling from Florida
Great show. I really enjoyed reading it. Usually, a Loser-Leave Town Match occurs after months and months of a nasty feud but you have pulled it off in one match and if fit perfectly. Your whole "Florida" issue really makes sense! Great job! I also love how many fines and suspensions we use in Dawn of War to hype up a situation. I don't recall this as being the case when I was young and I guess that is because rosters were small big stars sold the tickets. Your suspension of Backlund adds so much to his match with Herc! Another really well done angle. Can't wait to here Hercs side of all of this. Too bad wrestling in 1986 couldn't have added some of the things that we have to the sport. Instead, it started to go the way of VInce and Sports Entertainment and I lost all interest. Great card in Ft. Lauderdale with a lot of cool stipulations. Great job making Florida very interesting. I remember trying to play with the antennas and the tv in my NY home trying to get Florida to come in on UHF TV. I think I would still be fiddling today with it to see some of your cool angles.

Continental Championship Wrestling
Great opening segment. Landel, Slick and Bad News were awesome with Platt and RPG plus it got us all excited for tag team turmoil and Christmas Clash. I am really looking forward to all the events but I can't wait to see what you do with Idol. Mr. Gulf Coast is going to be huge here. I might be heard to keep a title off him for long. Dusty vs Brody is $$$$! Taylor and Travis is another fun and interesting angle that you have done really well with. Nice job. JYD and Olympia for the titles. Can't wait to see the outcome.
