Everyone should submit a ballot
Thanks for this post. I was worried about by lack of knowledge outside of the US. I have seen my share of Japan, but very little Lucha. I plan to watch matches of all the listed nominees prior to submitting my ballot (as much as possible) and have really enjoyed this process.

Shane McMahon returns to WWE
I think it's possible that Taker announces Monday he's not backing Vince, but in fact backing Shane. Says he's going to fight for Shane at Mania leaving Vince forced to find someone else. He gets his boy Cena to back him, since he's backed Cena all these years Cena is loyal to Vince. We end up heel Cena vs Taker with all the announced stips... Probably not happening.... But it's a thought

WrestleMania 32
It seems like they might be moving towards Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. I could be wrong, but I started to get that feeling watching it last night.

[1993-11-20-WCW-Battlebowl] Battlebowl match
Vader always seems to pull the best out of Sting, and this is no different. The last 10 minutes of this match are super fun, and man did this card need it. I really didn't enjoy much of this show at all, and the Gene/Fifi stuff grew old pretty fast. Overall, this main event was a welcome sight to an otherwise pretty dull show.

[1987-11-27-WWF-Saturday Night's Main Event] Randy Savage vs Bret Hart
I agree, and Savage just had a way of pulling you into his matches like no one else at that time. This is a fantastic TV match that isn't really talked about all that much. It is on the SNME event set. A great Savage & Liz moment. ****

[1987-02-15-WWF-Toronto, ONT] Randy Savage vs Ricky Steamboat
I like this match better than the Wrestlemania III match. The match seems to have more emotion (or feeling) to it. I know it sounds crazy, but sometimes when I watch the match from Mania it sort of feels like they are going through the motions in comparison to this one that just seems more organic and brutal. I do love the Wrestlemania match, but for my money I'll take this one over it.

[1993-01-23-WCW-Saturday Night] Barry Windham vs 2 Cold Scorpio
This was a really fun match, and I was higher on both guys after watching it. I was surprised when I saw it was only 8 minutes, because it felt longer with all they got in. This brought back memories of how much I loved Scorpio in ECW in the 90s. I just really haven't seen most of that since then. This was a good reminder of how cool Scorpio was.

[1987-04-27-CWA-Mid-South Coliseum] Jerry Lawler vs Austin Idol (Hair vs Hair, Cage)
Also the story goes that Rich had to hide under the ring all day through the whole show. Just laid under the ring with a case of beer.

[1987-04-27-CWA-Mid-South Coliseum] Jerry Lawler vs Austin Idol (Hair vs Hair, Cage)
The heel heat and selling in this match... Remarkable. This is really fun watch. Also, apparently they called him Dangerly in Memphis because they thought Dangerously sounded too over the top fake. Loved seeing the fan trying to climb the cage and how pissed the fans were when they left. They had to book it out of there.

Where the Big Boys Play #77 - Beach Blast 1992
Great show! I agree that Rude and Steamboat had one of the best matches in WCW history here. Chad, I'm really glad you mentioned the Savage vs Steamboat match from Toronto on this show. I've always thought it was a better match than the Wrestlemania 3 match, but I've never really heard it talked about much. I thought I was the only one. I've been a long time listener, but just recently joined the board. Excellent show, and WTBBP continues to be my favorite podcast. Thanks!

Roman / Brock vs. Sasha / Bayley
My vote was for Roman vs Brock. I rate it at five stars and really think it might be the best match that has ever closed a Mania. That being said, I don't see how it can't be the match of the year for me, but I've enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts on this. I've been arguing with my friends over this for the past month or so. So, this has provided ammunition to both sides.
