World Wrestling Association results thread 1983
Looking forward to the big December 3rd show, some great TV leading into it. Fabs vs. the Guerreros should be a barn burner.

American Wrestling Association results
Love the variety of the AWA shows here...literally something for everyone on these cards. As mentioned by others I love the use of Iceman Parsons as well as Mr. Olympia. I'm huge fan of Olympia and I feel like he was under utilized in real life and I hope to see to continue to be a big player here in the AWA, if he ever wears out his welcome here he's always welcome in the Carolinas!

Mid South Wrestling on Tour Dec. 1983
Love how you've captured the feel of the original Mid South while still making it your own. Great debut for Rick Rude, love the pairing with Superstar Graham! JYD vs. OMG in a dog collar match is gonna be a must see!

The ReDraft December 1983
Yeah, I watched that match where Borne/Dibiase won the Mid South tag belts off JYD and Olympia the other day remembered how great Borne was in this time period and shuffled some things around.

NWA titles
I see no problem with it...IRL, Memphis rode the fence trying to see which one they could get to put the World title on Lawler, when they realized they would never have the votes to get a run with the NWA title they focused on the AWA which eventually paid off in '88. I like what you are doing right now, makes things interesting.

NWA titles
The World Tag Team Titles being board controlled titles sounds fine to me. I'm going to introduce the US Tag Team Titles into Mid Atlantic since there's already a US singles championship.

The ReDraft December 1983
Just out of curiosity....why 24 hrs? Why can't we start it Saturday and knock it out by Monday? How long did the original draft take to complete? Not complaining...just curious...never seen a draft play out over such a long period of time...I would suspect some people drop out before the draft is complete.

1983 Project General Chatter Thread
Exactly, real life wrestling shows are booked to draw and entertain a crowd and then you book moving forward based on how the show drew and the crowd reaction......Reader feedback is the only "crowd reaction" you can base your booking off of, so if there's no reaction to feed of, then the motivation isn't there and either the booking never evolves or improves or people just lose interest. I always enjoyed feedback good or bad and quite honestly sometimes I learned more and gained more insight into what the readers wanted from the negative feedback than from the positive. I know it's a time consuming hobby and we all have lives that keep us busy but taking a moment to read over people's shows and give a simple, "great main event" or I didn't understand this or that....gives the writer something to build off of moving forward.

1983 Project General Chatter Thread
Glad to be onboard guys.....Speaking of the WCFL, I've written there quite a bit over the years since the beginning in 2002 up until a couple of years ago.....even serving at the league president for a while so if I can be of any help as to what has worked and what hasn't in terms of longevity...please feel free to ask but I can tell you the #1 in ANY fantasy booking league is FEEDBACK....people lose interest very fast if they don't get feedback.
