NWA-TNA 2003 aka a passive-agressive way to deal with depression
So not only is TNA runing themselves, but also ruining wrestlers for other promotions... Well done, well done.

Tequila on a pole for all those Mexicans and woman abuse for all. Yep. Trump/Russo 2016 If that happens, I want a 24/7 livestream from the white House!

Moves you really like
Lita's moonsault always looked pretty athletic, iirc. I think the moonsault itself is a pretty good looking move, although it is kind of "simple" comparing it with some of the other crazy stuff nowadays. As is the Frogsplash, especially Eddie's of course.

Did WWE stop any chance of a competitor by accident with bad booking?
At the moment, I can't see any promotion coming even close to beeing competition. I think the best they can do is just carve out their own niche and try to be as successful as they can. It's like Petey said, they can't even go the "Dreammatch Indy Darling" route, because NXT and WWE are doing that themselves...

WWE Network... It's Here
Just watched the net Table for 3 with Pat Patterson, Hillbilly Jim and Ricky Steamboat. This was really enjoyable. They all seemed like they were having a good time and just sharing some old stories, really felt natural. And especially that story with the snake was just hilarious. Oh btw. Ricky still looks like he could jump in the ring right now nd have a 30 minute match wirhout any problems.

WWE TV May 2-May 8
So Titus is back and even gets an own entrance for the Battle Royal. Good for him.

Wrestling's radically progressive view of race and nationality
So, is this a big promotions thing or all across the board? A friend of mine who was to America for a year told me they don't exactly have that much knowledge of things in Europe. What about the world of wrestling? Are only the big ones ignorant because they can afford it?

I gotta admit I love Sweet Chin Music. But I've always been a huge HBK mark anyway, so no surprise there.

Big matches Reigns has on the table

How in the world did this company ever even halfway successful?

Big matches Reigns has on the table
If he turns heel a match vs. Bray with different Face/Heel dynamic.

UK & Europe Current Wrestling Talk
I was thinking about getting, but due to limited financial possibilities couldn't afford it.

Wrestling's radically progressive view of race and nationality
I'm gonna watch this as soon as I get home, watching it at work is probabl not the smartest idea, and watching it without sound probably takes away the most of it.

Soccer Crap
Agreed. I am actually struggling to think of a recent example that comes close to this. People qere convinced as late as a couple of months ago that this was a fluke, and that there was no way they could actually win this. In Germany in the year 1998 Kaiserslautern became champions, who had just ascended from a league below. So yeah, that was a pretty big deal, but in terms of recent... It's been 18 years.

Wrestling's radically progressive view of race and nationality
I don't think I've seen that, though it sounds like I should really seek that out. I have seen JBL parading on the apron in goose step here in Germany to get heat, though. And that was only I'll say 12 or 13 years ago. It was a minor quibble in the news here, but from what I've heard back in the day must have caused some serious discussions in America.

Throwing this question to everyone...
Thirding overbooked.

Wrestling's radically progressive view of race and nationality
I can't agree with this wholeheartedly. I can't stress enough how much I hate the stereotypical german, or german speaking, newcomers in wrestling. While not anymore beeing portrayed as Nazis, thank God!, coming in it's still the old evil foreigners. Take Alex Wright, who got rebranded and was supposed to get a push, as the evil german in a leathercoat, Berlyn. Of course I know this was WCW, but still... Take Cesaro. When he came into WWE, he was a heel who spoke german to offend everyone. Idk how it was in NXT 'cause I wasn't watching at this time though... My newest example, wehich really po'd me, is Alexander Wolfe. OF COURSE he comes to the ring with a german flag around his neck. Of course he's a nondescript evil german guy. And then the commentary describing him as a nasty man whose nichname in Germany was Axeman. Sure, he got called that, but that's because his real name is Axel Tischer, thus the moniker Axman... God, I hate this!

Racism in wrestling
Are we talking solely about today's Pro Wrestling? Because man, watching this whole oldschool stuff on the Network sure cracks me up. If some of those things had happened and aired in Germany, wo probably would've had a ban on all of Pro Wrestling...

Moves you really like
So, instead of hating on everything as usual, everywhere on the interwebs basically, I thought some positivity would be nice. I'm asking myself, are there moves that are generally loved, or almost generally? What moves do you specifically love seeing, or hearing sometimes? For example, the first one that comes to my mind is the, as it is now called, Phenomenal forearm. I loved seeing it back in TNA, soved it ever since and am SO hyped that it has now become his finishing move, although I really liked the Styles Clash as a visual as well.

Horrible matches between great wrestlers
Big Bossman vs. Al Snow Kennel from Hell match... Nah, just kidding!

What are you watching?
We are stuck at this moment in the PTBN Excellent WWE Network Adventure and I feel your pain. TNT has some humorous segments but at 1:30, it was really bloated. I know, I'm reading along. Interestingly, I'm, without planning on it, at the exact same point where you are now, although I've been having to catch up at first and had some advance after that...

UK & Europe Current Wrestling Talk
Beat me in creating this What I love about the shows is the special live atmosphere. While it feels as if everyone's a big family, with all the special chants that come from beeing there a long time etc., at least I got the feeling of beeing accepted and really quickly getting into everything.

WWE Payback
The preview picture on the Network is the Wyatts... Gotta wonder what their original plans were.

WWE Network... It's Here
Thanks C.S. I fixed it by, well, doing nothing. So everything's fine now and I'm hopefully gonna watch Camp WWE today, on which I'm sold since the advertisement with the "Quadruple H" bit, which I find for some reason SO overly amusing!
