Sabu was honestly one of the last innovators professional wrestling had. His chaotic style, often mocked by people who craved for mechanical perfection, is something that is sorely missed. You just never knew what the fuck you'd get from him, in the best of ways.

While I'm not following the weekly TV shows and Gunther losing his belt just to feud with a commentator makes my blood boil, the rest of the card looks actually pretty darn dope. I'm all in for Penta vs Dom. Dominik became is low-key one of the best workers in the world.

I second this as much as I can. I am under no circumstance unaware of what the political stance behind WWE's upper management is and always has been, but seldom has it poisoned the on-screen product this much. Yeah, having a character who's literally named IRS be a villain is not subtle, but it doesn't hold a candle to explicit, crass racism and all types of abhorrent shit.

It's wild because she went from full heel to being loved by the crowd at last year's Mania. To be tossed aside for a makeshift tag team that lasted less than 24h was some bullshit. I get that you want to give Becky a welcoming pop, but there's no need to throw Bayley aside like that.

Honestly, the Usos might be one of the greatest tag teams ever, and he is crazy over and an insane merch mover, but I just don't think there are a lot of high-end singles matches to justify his inclusion on a list of this kind. He's not *bad*, and has had fun stuff, but I don't think it's enough to rank him.

I'd actually argue that The Bloodline was the best thing WWE's done in a long long while, and certainly their most ambitious storyline ever. To have something like that last through so many years (not even counting hints of that back when Lesnar and Reigns were feuding around 2016 or so) hitting most of the time while only getting more and more over as time went on was an achievement. But it wasn't all by design, though. Sami Zayn (and Kevin Owens as well) got way more over than they were initially expecting and gave them a ton of mileage, culminating in a big, big win over Gunther (who's also having a great, great run in WWE even if people are not too high on the Jey feud). Shit, I don't think they expected Jey Uso himself to become a main event player, but they ran along with it anyway.
