Basically the allegations were flip flopping in a matter of days, so it was hard to see things having such a definite decision. Same. Has potential.

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
Wes Lee is gonna be fine, I think.

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
Given that Carter got released, either WWE knows more than we do (which is likely), or they preemptively fired Nash until they sorted out this whole situation (less likely).

AEW TV - April 6/8 2022
I, for one, would be shocked if the Bucks are revealed to be very insecure

Joe will probably squash him within five minutes. Anything past that is a waste of everybody's time. He was fighting for his life against Kross in his last NXT match, and Kross wasn't even kicking his ass.

I think he was toast the moment he lost a chop exchange to Drew at that Survivor Series match. We just chose to forget that.

Listen, bubbas. After last night I dunno if "WALTER being thin removes his menacing aura" is something that sticks. Dude beat the absolute shit out of Bron and looked pretty damn convincing doing it. His GIRTH wasn't what defined his aura, but him bringing in the violence. On the other hand, IMPERIUM basically imploding in one single episode without any build was wack. I still enjoyed he got that title match, tho.

Imagine buying a ticket to NXT just to chant how you want Ziggler as your champ. True loser behavior.

That was actually pretty dope. Lash doing backflips and all that was legit impressive, and Lyons has SMOOTH kicks. It was more than a meme, fellas.

Toxic Attraction vs Dakota/Raquel was flames, but why even do the title change? NXT is great but some of the results from Stand and Deliver really feel weird given what we are getting.

Bro those Joe Gacy vignettes fucking suck. I know Brody King was fucking around, saying that Edge's Brood is basically The House of Black, but Gacy speaking nonsense is much, much closer. And much much worse.

Solo Sikoa mentioned his Bloodline and tons of 1s went up into the sky. The CWC acknowledges the Big Dog.

I mean, that's partially correct. Eddie Kingston cries while cutting a promo about how he wants to hurt someone. But Brutus Beefcake "where's my sympathy?" style promos can take a hike IMPERIUM vs Creeds is VIOLENCE, bubbas

WWE TV 04/04 - 04/10 VEER IS HERE
I don't watch AEW as much as I do WWE, but even I am aware of the overall picture of the show. Even for someone in my situation, Cody's crying schtick is lame, but at the same time so unbelievably shameless, I can't help but admire. LET'S START WITH BIG BRON BREAKKER

I have never seen that or anything remotely close to that. Wild times, bubba. Punk really should have used his superior theme, though. THIS FIRE BURNS is top tier stuff.

The things is that Cody goes for the teary-eyed promo way too often. Once or twice, yeah, it's cool, but when he's doing it more constantly, you start to be used to it and notice how they follow a pattern. It's like when Leo DiCaprio (who I strongly dislike as an actor) saw how well-received his scene in Django Unchained in which he fucked up his hand for real was, and thought "what if I do that *every single movie*?" Dude is just screaming shit and after a while I just start to roll my eyes. Does it work for the crowd? Yeah, he's still popular and hasn't been involved in a box-office bomb in forever, but it's still kinda bad.
