One of the all time great Intercontinental Champions in the history of our sport, if not THE greatest. Single-handedly made a low tier belt must-see television and his promo on Talking Smack is still amazing six years later. However, suffers from being pretty bad at the beginning of his career.

TB is reality TV, yes, but at the same time the number of female viewers increased, or at least the male to female ratio became more balanced. Still, it would be interesting to look at HARD THROBBING DATA. Not that I am advocating for AEW to start their Totally Baked Starring Britt Baker series, but they need to develop the personalities of the women's roster ASAP. When most of your segments are so indistinguishable from each other it becomes a joke or on-screen characters are basically valets with no lines, it becomes super difficult to care. Statlander is a character. Britt is. Rosa is. Jade is a star without anything on her plate as we speak. That is not enough, man.

Weren't Total Bellas and the Four Horsewomen (more specifically Sasha) draws in the female demographic?

I think they were running out of time. Notice how Aubrey rushes to Britt as soon as she leaves the ring, possibly to tell her they gotta get to the finish. On the other hand, why would she get a chair regardless of them having time or not? It bothered me that no only she no-sold a powerbomb to the tacks, but when she first took Rosa's finisher to the visual pin, she got up wayyyy too fucking fast. Not an inspiring performance, to say the least.

Now that you mention it, Page was absent too. They got PVZ's husband (whose name I won't bother searching), yet All Ego wasn't there. Anyways, I'd rather watch Scorpio Sky even if he is cold (due to their own booking, if we are being honest). He got *some* offense, Wardlow looked great, MJF paid off ATT, so it all made sense. Just get rid of fucking Ten Guy and we are good. Dude is shit.

True that. Still, it was funny people chanting for him while Wardlow got 5 people beating the shit out of him. Commentary did address how Ward has no friends to help him, a consequence of working as MJF's henchman, which is nice. Any reason why Punk has been absent? He vanished since the PPV, and I didn't catch any explanation by the commentary team.

Despite Britt, this match was really fucking good! Not a fan of her no-selling Rosa's finisher and a powerbomb to the fucking tacks, but what can you do.

Okay that segment did its purpose and I got a chuckle out of the whole "sports entertainment" schtick, but some of the jokes didn't really land. Overall good stuff, considering it's Jericho we are talking about
