NXT Vengeance Day 2024: Ilja vs. Trick, Dusty Finals
Roxanne didn't come across as heelish tbh. There was frustration because she never lost her belts, but to me the actual heel was Lola Vice - and by the way, while she whiffed on most of her kicks, they looked very fluid. If she finds that balance to lay them in while making it look pretty, it's gonna be great.

WWE TV - 1/29 - 2/2 - BROCK PURDY IS THE HEAD OF THE TABLE
Rock wanted Black Adam, who is Shazam's rival, to go toe to toe versus Cavill's Superman. Wouldn't even give Shazam a second thought. He had a huge battle of egos with Statham and Vin Diesel on the set of Fast and Furious, he couldn't lose against them on screen, or even look like he was going to lose. That man fucking sucks. Hogan-esque in his delusion, he might even push for getting that win over Roman.

I think people will just have to tune in Monday to find out why Cody did that!

I promise you Reigns as champ is still super over. Dude shows up and the atmosphere changes, people are throwing up Ones in the air, the crowd is always engaged to the max. The apparent issue isn't that the title reign is going long, but that Cody might not win it for another YEAR, if that. Now, SRS is saying that Rock was pushing to BEAT Roman at Wrestlemania. That is, by far, the dumbest fucking decision they would make in a decade.

Roman doing his best to make Rock look okay while the crowd boos Dwayne would be delicious. More the reason to keep the belt on him and have a 2000 Day Reign.

WWE TV - 1/29 - 2/2 - BROCK PURDY IS THE HEAD OF THE TABLE
Roman being that big of a talent came at a price of having to deal with the Attitude Era stars with the most inflated egos. Triple H wanted to do NWA tributes, Undertaker wanted to do a throwback to the days he was a zombie-like character, and now Rock will go through body horror like Tetsuo in Akira. KO got Austin who was willing to do a way less taxing match. Unfair.

What's CRAZY to me is that Roman spent the first part of that segment ethering Rollins and his Mickey Mouse belt. Then Cody shows up and says "yeah I'll fight that loser instead. Do your thing, Dwayne!"

Cody looks like such a bitch. "I'm not challenging you at Mania because The Rock told me not to" is just INSANE booking.

Kevin Owens is super damn over. Remember when he won the US belt and wore a suit?

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
Doubt Nick Khan is gone. Waaaayyyy too valuable for deals and he is a new kid on the block

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
Rollins wouldn't say something like that IMO. Orton 100% would, but I think it's Jericho, too. If so, though, why would we listen to HIM, of all people? He shouldn't really be talking at this moment.

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 4
Foley wants a final deathmatch for his 60th birthday. He's been in rough fucking shape for the past decade or so, so... not sure about that one.

WrestleMania 40
Seth should get his hope spot, but Gunther beating his ass in decisive fashion is the way to go, for sure. I can see Drew vs Punk down the line, really. McIntyre's heel work is just amazing and Punk seems cool with the material, so it could lead to good stuff down the road.
