AEW Revolution
I have it in me it was supposed to look better. No way they could've presented something like this and think "hey this will have people satisfied" Plus the fact that they are DMCA'ing the shit out of the clip tells me they don't want to have people mocking it.

I think Dominic Mysterio has had a fairly good debut year for himself.

Good matches "ruined" by their endings
This thread might have been inspired by AEW Revolution's main event. In what was so far a very good bout, with nice touches and homages to FMW's ridiculously fun deathmatches, both Omega and Mox saw their competition overshadowed by the last minute. Instead of the intended outcome of a ring exploding, we saw farty pyros that would make Gillberg laugh. Of course, in the future we will all remember that moment and not the solid match that came beforehand. Do you guys have any memories of matches that suffered a similar fate? I remember loving Brock vs Reigns I but the finish kinda left a sour taste in my mouth and it proved to be a dumb decision later.

Technically speaking, Onita vs Sasuke ended before the time limit ran out, but the ring still exploded. It's the best ending a deathmatch ever saw, IMO.

AEW Revolution
This is the best idea to salvage the whole angle. Surely beats having Omega as a kayfabe moron.

AEW Revolution
It was during the build for Drew/Orton. Randy was out there beating legends up weekly, and Christian was one of the victims. I'm more confused about Matt Hardy, tho. Was that "career-ending" angle in 2020? Holy shit.

AEW Revolution
Only thing management had to do was say "sorry for the letdown, that's on us" instead of putting the blame on our expectations - which by the way were high due to their advertising. I get you can turn this into a storyline but there ain't no way to spin commentary selling it like the venue exploded.

AEW Revolution
Hmmm on 2nd thought maybe ignoring it was a better option Saying "what did people expect" is dumb as shit

funny how pro wrestling works the tag team battle royale was SHIT up until Rey Fenix single handedly made it worth it. main event was on its way to being the best match of the night until it not only failed to deliver on its biggest promise, but it completely flubbed it.
