Oh boy. Anyhoo, MJF was probably the best acquisition. I am curious to how they are going to book actualy storylines. Who knew that with a couple of really good names (MJF, Janela, CIMA and PAC - got no time for old ass Jericho and he's probably going to be their first champ) you can spark curiosity? I'm not ALL IN but it sounds promising enough. Hope they don't resort to WWE jabs too often, too.

WWE TV 01/07 - 01/13 Bolsonaro is the epitome of SDE*
To no one's surprise, SmackDown was fucking amazing. Carmella, as usual, being the MVP of multi-woman matches.

Also, did anyone else here get the impression that Braun looked like a deer in the headlights during his promo?

2019 WWE starting pretty good, as they closed the lid on Dean/Seth. What a waste of time and potential.

Sasha is the real deal. It's easy to forget how she was on top of the world just a few years ago, but she is quick to remind us with just a few lines.

Oh shit I nearly mistook Ambrose for Eric Young. The state of him.

Hey fellas, it's on! The Road to The Road to Wrestlemania starts today! Can't wait to see the build for the Rumble, as it is one of my favorite events of the year. *SDE of course means Small Dick Energy.

I get why BTE exists, and to be fair it is an interesting take on how to promote yourself, but also your show, with even some sort of internal mythology. Also it brings the fans and the performers together in a way most wrestling promotions don't do. However, on the other hand, I think they shouldn't rely on it - sure it could be some fun supplementary material that adds a little more charm to the product, but should it be essential? Considering that they have their own "brand" of humor, which, taking Grimmas' reaction as an example, can be off-putting, it may allienate some of your audience if watching it is required.

I think 205 matches are the ones you would be enjoying the most. Sure, it's WWE and you are vocal about not really enjoying the product, but I guess there is a consensus around here that most of the stuff is really enjoyable and really damn good. I would recommend giving it some time, it's more focused than the main shows.

Yeah I'm pretty sure he'll not have weekly BANGERS with Buddy Murphy, Tozawa, Gulak or Nese. He's surely making good money and he sure as hell loves being in professional wrestling, as his most recent interview indicates. Him having fresh matchups should be a positive thing. If he mixes up with some NXT guys, it's even better.

Kenny Omega also taking some time off NJPW, per Tokyo Sports. Honestly, I think he did his best to make as much non-WWE money as possible in the last couple of years. He was the central figure in the NJPW US expansion, was pushed as Okada's top rival and *the* top heavyweight, and if he truly makes the jump to AEW/WWE, all of that seemed to be for naught. If he goes to AEW, cool: he's 100% going to be the top pushed guy there. If he goes to WWE, their production is going to cover a lot of his weak points - his promos in the past few years were Ambrose-levels of bad and I doubt he wasn't in control. At least he goes 100% all the time.
