AEW TV - 6/7 - 6/9
That was the good part! The fact they had this great set-up and it went downhill to become something like "you do roids", "you are a virgin Gollum" and "the locker room doesn't respect you" was a letdown. They had figured out the proper motivation for the feud in the first two minutes, everything else was fluff.

The MJF vs Baybay segment was pretty whatever, man. Each program Max has makes it transparent that he's just reading reddit posts out loud. I get calling Cole washed and the "is this former great a shell of himself? Can he do it?" Is engaging stuff, and as a basic premise it 100% works, but talking about bodies, roids, and leaning into internet gossip is so tired.

WWE TV 06/05 - 06/11 Gilberto Gil is the GOAT
Yeah, Happy Corbin felt like a lay up for a face turn. Shame he's extremely good at being a heel.

Man, I just can't believe we'll get Bryan Danielson vs Okada. Kazuchika better give a fuck now - he's very Orton-like to me: extremely talented, fluid, great timing, mechanically as amazing as you could ask for, yet always seems like he's on cruise control, even when having a 40 minute match.

WWE announced partnership with Twitch
Took 'em long enough. With channels like UUDD making a considerable amount of success, maybe now other wrestlers can reach out to other audiences, get their money and still be independent contractors.

WWE TV 05/29 - 06/04 Trish has a massive bruise on her face
The one time I remember the Anoa'i surname being mentioned was when Roman was talking about his leukemia.

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
I mean, Big Daddy Walter was a way worse ring name and look for him than what we are getting. He's in incredible shape, still looks terrifying, and has never had a bad match in WWE so far. But yeah, him being all serious and having that "the mat is sacred" stuff is not new. He's been the same for a while now, even prior to WWE. Giving him colored attires actually works to take a bit of that imagery away. He's more in line with the Bloods now!

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 4
Instead of The Butcher and The Blade, we should have The Sickle and The Hammer.

Also, pairing Cole, who came back from a potential career ending injury, with known clout vampire Jericho for his first program was a death sentence. That mixed tag should end the fucking feud.
