Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
There's two things they can do with Shane that won't completely suck: him being torched by Christian him going against Darby on a "who could pull off the dumbest fucking stunt" type of match. Other than this, I just don't know what the fuck they are thinking supposedly signing a guy whose knees turned into pixie dust with a leap frog.

WWE TV 07/15 - 07/21 Football is, in fact, not coming home
Triple H had the Street Profits and him showing up in honestly the most elegant fits ever and thought the crowds would boo three cool badasses. Maybe they can finally pull the trigger on Dawks (remember when he flattened Braun like nothing? that was awesome) and Tez solo runs now? I dunno.

WWE TV 07/15 - 07/21 Football is, in fact, not coming home
Today's most relevant news in the US has been that Lashley's contract is expiring soon and he's probably not renewing it. At least he got to be the coolest mofo he could've been for a while. Was a good champ, but they still could have done more with him.

Hogan bullshitting about Trump's assassination attempt. What could possibly go wrong.

WWE TV 07/15 - 07/21 Football is, in fact, not coming home
Don't even think they are trying to be subtle here, tho. It's not a concentration camp finding their way into Dom's promo package for a split second, it's the text itself. Maybe with the move to Netflix they are trying to see what they can get away with? I mean, one of their biggest series ever had a massive racist as one of their main antagonists and even then he got a redemption arc. Sort of.

I mean, he's the heel and was always the heel. Racist characters have always been a thing in professional wrestling - JBL was almost cartoonishly so - and most people where irked not just by Triple H going blatantly racist on Booker, but by winning super damn clean. GUNTHER's promo was more aimed at Priest's parents not giving him everything they could so he could prosper, but it still had some "YOU PEOPLE" moments. A bit more layered but still heavy stuff.

Has it passed me by?
I'm legit curious about your thoughts on Sami Zayn vs Johnny Knoxville, which is honestly the world's biggest, dumbest bullshit match ever.

WWE Money in the Bank 2024 - How many more Drake vs Kendrick references do they have in stock?
The main event felt like one of those Shield trios matches ten years ago. Just balls to the walls intensity and brawling. KO specially was really mixing it up with Sololine, shit was looking like a shoot brawl out there. Incredible stuff.

NXT Heatwave 2024
Je'Von Evans is absurd. How's he just 20? How's Oba Femi just 22? What the fuck?

NXT Heatwave 2024
Also, how much has Chase U helped Duke Hudson? Dude looked like a million bucks tonight against Axiom and Frazer.

NXT Heatwave 2024
Sol Ruca and Kelani Jordan are way too good for their level of experience. They are not phenoms like Bianca or Tiffy, but they are pretty darn good.

He looked like he was fencing at one point. Dude was 100% out of it. It's wild how he debuted and was treated as a big deal from the get go. Doesn't happen often.
