All In
Show was an absolute blast. Crowd was hot throughout, most of the matches were at least good, and Kenny-Pentagon and the main event were must-sees. I remember right as the bell rang the tron cut to the production company credit so I figured they had run long, but I had no idea the Okada-Marty match went over as much as it did until later. I actually wasn't surprised at the time by how long they went considering it was one of their more-heavily promoted matches.

Great Big Men Working Right Now
Shuji and WALTER are the first two that immediately come to mind not just because of their size, but because both are legitimately top 10 in the world right now if not higher. Also love Joe Doering and Braun. And in the "not exactly tall but really big" category, Kazusada Higuchi, Yuji Hino, and Manabu Soya are good from the little I've seen.

I'll be there live. I'll admit there's a lot more they could have done with this card, but Ibushi and the Bucks vs. Rey, Fenix, and Bandido and Kenny-Penta alone make this one of the most interesting indie cards on paper this year. Also glad Janela-Page got the street fight stip. Should be a lot of fun.

Separated at Birth?
I'm glad this thread exists because I've always been convinced Jared Harris and Trent Seven look alike. Their voices even sound similar.

Lucha Underground S4
This whole angle with the Rabbit Tribe definitely gives me hope they're finally gonna do something interesting with them. So often it seems like they might be going somewhere only to lose virtually every match they're in. Same. I keep reminding myself that season 3 started off slow and then really took off, so I'm still hoping they turn things around.

Lucha Underground S4
I sort of like how LU has steered into the skid of being goofy and not taking itself too seriously. The Haunted House match was cheesy fun and surprisingly violent but far from the best match of the season. And the enhanced "slap" sound of the strikes is getting really annoying. Almost every single punch these guys threw sounded like a thigh slap. And the Melissa and Catrina stuff was good even if they totally botched the last part. Jake Strong continues to look bored and his matches are lifeless. Hard pass. Last Man or Machine match was fine but kinda disappointing. Heck, their brawl last week was more exciting. This largely felt like hardcore stuff for the sake of hardcore stuff. Still, the opening few minutes and the ending were really good.

Haha, finally figured out how to do this. Like I said, Daisuke Ikeda is kinda good.

Current New Japan
Interesting that they're doing Okada-Tanahashi at Destruction and not KOPW. So Jay is most likely getting a certificate shot against the winner. While I still expect Tanahashi-Kenny to me the WK program, Okada or Jay stealing it wouldn't entirely surprise me. And them breaking the Destruction tradition of the heavyweight title not being defended makes me mad when they could have perhaps gotten the Okada title defense record out of the way BEFORE WK 12. Although if the Fale '16 match was for the title and he defended against maybe Suzuki last year, that would have only put him at 11.

Sorta comes across like a shades of gray situation that actually plays to both guys' characters. Braun might tell people he's going to cash in, but he's not above destroying people no matter what condition they're in. It wasn't exactly a fair fight and this is also a guy who tipped over an ambulance with a guy inside. Shield were evening up the odds and protecting Roman. And even when they were faces, they'd outnumber dudes all the time.

Dave Meltzer stuff
I guess it depends on where you are and who you talk to. I also see plenty of people on Twitter who rag on it all the time. Then again, pretty much every gets dragged on Twitter, ha.

I love this.

WWE SUMMERSLAM 2018 THE BIGGEST PARTY OF THE SUMMER
I get that. Might be a good idea to start running more matches but with shorter lengths. They certainly have the talent pool.

WWE SUMMERSLAM 2018 THE BIGGEST PARTY OF THE SUMMER
I thought Takeover was better but Summerslam at least got two of it's biggest matches right in terms of booking. Takeover literally fell flat on its face with that ending.
