UFC is a Solid Heel Territory Right Now
That Paul Heyman mentality where everything in life is a work... I'm pretty sure once this is all settled and maybe a year and half or two years from now the UFC will setup Khabib vs. Conor, but that still doesn't mean this was a work as some think. Yeah, this wasn't a work. He will fight again because this stunt is going to bankrupt him. Though there could be some serious visa issues for him going forward. does he not have a us passport by now with hhow long hes been active in UFC the us does Dual cizternship does it not unlike a lot of other nations i owuld wager he would have had a us passport by now

UFC is a Solid Heel Territory Right Now
One dimensional grapplers still have a lot of success today even if fans find them boring. I used to find wrestlers who would just grind out fighters boring too and then I began doing BJJ and realized how hard it is to take someone down and hold them down without getting swept. That Saku vs. Royce 90 minute match is one of the greatest MMA fights of all-time. Saku using Royce's gi against him to fold him up is one of the most greatest moments in MMA history. I remember really liking the Saku vs. Kendo Kashin match from INOKI BOM-BA-YE 2000 because Saku employed elements of that Royce fight into that match, such as folding Kendo up, spinning him around on his back by the foot, the mounted double Mongolian chops, etc. Ronda's stand up is horrendous, but her strength, which is her judo, is amazing and she can beat a lot of the fighters on the UFC roster still. WMMA hasn't really evolved that much. Look at those horrendous Invicta FC cards with a ton of fighters with losing records and look at a lot of the WMMA fights and you'll see the lack of technique and skill in a lot of the fighters. I haven't been following K-1 in forever, but I've read people really putting over Takeru. They've also mentioned Takeru vs. Tenshin as a dream fight. I haven't seen much Takeru, but Tenshin has been amazing in his 7-8 RIZIN fights under both kickboxing and MMA rules. i like grapplers to see how the other sidedo things odd as that may be when i was youger 12 years i stoped but i very good in full contact Karate and thai boxing i tried judo and jujutsu i find fun to watch high level grappling techqinue is awesome to watch but i ddi not have the 10 ot 15 years tpo get good at it since Karate eveb full contact you can jion really young but Judo i got in to to late i was 17 when i got in grappling arts. once i knew i had condtion myself for it you would think i would get in the grapping arts qucker being a wresling fan but nope but i been a mma fan since the first pancrase show

That's entirely untrue if you actually understand what the term is meant to describe; that is, the change in the operation and organisation of capitalism that began in the 1970s and the logic of which was politically hegemonic for about 35 years. Let me ask again. What exactly is the difference between neoliberalism and conservatism? Is it solely the the former is more socially tolerant? Neo-Libs are closer to Right Libertarians[Classcal Liberals] and not in my nation the Liberal Democratic party is the center-right party and yes i safely call them centre right unlike say the Gop in the US who are far right Neo-Liberals Neo-Liberal is just an economic stance on social issues your either libertarian or Authoritarian and both Social types can be both sides of the spectrum

Ah yes, the typical "Ronda was never good" post 2 lose streak talk, because yeah, she was no good when she was steamrolling everyone else at 145 early on and then at 135... It's funny you mention this, because ironically the person she dropped the title to (Holly Holm) then went on to to drop it to a chick Ronda went 3-0 against (Miesha Tate)... And even then, Ronda could still beat a lot of the chicks at 135 with her grappling skills only. Also, Have you not see guys like Demian Maia before? Another one dimensional grappler who's even worked himself into title shots and don't even dare say his striking is even remotely decent, because it's some of the worse ever. Let's not even mention the other endless one dimensional grapplers who've had success in the sport... I'm not a Ronda fan by any chance, but to say she was no good or you neve rated her simply because she lost 2 fights in a row is quite shameful. i said grapllers had sucess but more pure grapplers has more sucess in the old days on the sport i think people find prue grappling boring hence why people hate that shamrock vs severn match while my fave mma fight of all time vs saku vs gracie you know the one unlinted round that last over one hour and i like takayama vs frye i like ronda but admot her weeknesses i like grapplers more than srikers always have always will while not mma i like watching Judo over K1 and alike

he should not have needed to work look at the comparison i made between Toukon sanjuushi who had very diffrent styles they should have let be him exmple Osprey in New Japan ot day has not been forced change his style not that i like his style but him vs Liger two very differing styles and that match was good or say saber with Ishii two workers who could not in fact have more differing style and they work very well togeather that is almost like putting NWO Chono vs Fujiwara or Tamura, so you saying wwe people who have the look could not keep up with Mistico by saying he did not try to adapt. Homogeous style is boring and sucks life from the sport . you may say date you like shootstyle my fave Ikeda match are not his ishiakwa stuff as rule most of the time the same with kaki if there was a card around with alaychs brawl a maesto match a Kings road match RINGS style match Strong style match a old style Soutern style match a wwe style match a go go go work rate match i love that card moreany thing i like my styles mixed

no im not they were bith born in the us ie there not JCC like at all you are were your born eddie was born in texas rey in san diego, so yes there more like oscar than JCC who made Mistico a compere too someone born in mexico ocsar i wager was hero to Latin fans but you will never see him on list of top mexican boxers of all time cuase i one huge reason he was not born in mexico nor were rey and eddie and this is the same reason i will never have eddie ot rey listed as top mexican worker of all time wwe had caras jr but booked him as a heel i do not think caras was ever a Rudo for any extented time in his 50 years went well i said with sombra they have a chance to have there first legit mexican star i would also take JCC's nickname and slap it on him having there first legit mexican top level guy would be wothy of that hell WWE even has rey drop the Jr from his name

Im sorry wwe Homogeous style Screws alot of people over forcing the change a style that would have gotten him over the biggest drawing enmascarado in modern times[ post 1980's] forcing him the change his style a huge way to Screw him . WWE 's Homogeous style up untill these past few years has in fact made it very hard for to call wwe workers top level . Look at the top three of new japan in the 1990's three very diffrent inring styles Muto the Tecnico Chono the Brawler Hashimoto The model of the Stoic Japanese ace [ i know he was not booked as ace Muto was ] but hash was new Japans Misawa while for the most part minus Bret in the eraly 1990's the Top of WWE's card have always had the same style in ring slow plodding for the most part, alot of the time very wrote style i cannot tell for the most part one hogan match apart from the other while most say Misawa vs Kawada had somthing differrent about them compare muto[Muta] vs hase or muto vs Takada then compare hogan vs Andre to Hogan vs UW. you will see what i mean its wwe style that almost killed 205 live let jrs be jrs. its the that wwe insistance that they had to work that style that did what it did to mystico or is the case that the Muscle heads yo has the look not not infact have the cardio to keep up with mistico. and im shocked it only the mistico comment you felt fit to comment on

Obscure Japanese 90s Indies (Yume Factory, W*ING, KAGEKI, IWA Japan, Capture etc.)
Not too familiar with Capture. Any details or matches you'd recommend? Sounds like a shoot style promotion? the promotion is not dead Tomohiro Ishii vs Nihao[ from the first show the promotion diid Kaoru Todori vs Yukihiko Koizumi [ctach wrestling festivle] Nobutaka Araya and Nobukazu Hirai vs Koki Kitahara and Daisaku [ show 23 ] 2017.09.06 Minoru Tanaka vs Sanshu Tsubakichi Do Capture release DVDs of some sort? I've found this YouTube channel, where they've uploaded some highlight videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYjaRcDrsX-lHVsZo6FtqtA That being said, I watched my first Tokyo Pro show: Tokyo Pro 8/25/96 TWA World Tag Challenger Team Decision Match: Yoji Anjo & Tiger Mask vs. Takashi Ishikawa & Yoshihiro Takayama Sabu vs. Black Wazuma NWA Light Heavyweight Title Match: El Dandy vs. Masao Orihara TWA Tag Title Match: Abdullah The Butcher & Daikokubo Benkei vs. Yoji Anjo & Tiger Mask This card was a total winner with every match being worth checking out. UWFi dudes and Tiger Mask looked great, Sabu and Scorpio had their best match together that I've seen, Dandy and Orihara delivered a fun WCWSN match and the main event was better than it had any right to be. Blood, stiffness, cool matwork, crazy high spots, this card delivered pretty much everything a japanese sleaze indy aims at. i wish they had tv or even a deal with nico but they do not sad

While I agree with you on them wanting a Latin star, specially looking back to the mid 00s and early 10s, I am starting to sense that there's some shift going on right now in terms of presentations, specially when it comes to asian wrestlers (see Jinder, Nakamura, Asuka) and african-american wrestlers. And it seems that also while they want a next Rey or next Eddie (frankly, who wouldn't?), they are also trying more to make Latin wrestlers more prominent figures. Compare the treatment the Lucha House Party has when compared to what the Mexicools, who got into the ring riding lawnmowers, got. Vega and Almas are also tearing the house down on NXT, they are absolutely one of the top acts, and possibly THE top act. I know they still are far from the ideal perspective of a diverse company, but when compared to basically every other mainstream company, their approach - to me, at least - seems more inclusive from an in-ring standpoint. I believe that their approach is only going to further enhance that, but I don't believe it's from the heart, TBH. look how wwe, screwed mistico who was the the biggest draw in in the world at the time they picked him up. Sombra will never be a top carder on the main roster consistanly, Rey and eddie were midcarders more than anything even as champs based on booking now carstico is not even a draw in mexico thanks wwe . Jinder is not in fact from India and sombra is could be there first legit mexican star Eddie and Rey are not Mexican like Sombra, sombra has a chance to be like a JCC style hero im wwe JCC as in the boxer rather than a de la hoya style like eddie and rey if wwe did nickname like new japan i give almas/sombra the nickname El Gran Campeón Mexicano but thats just me

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania

WWE TV 2nd - 8th April 2018 (Wrestlemania Go Home Shows)
So, fuck the guys on TV who are allowing you to get big time money (because the nig time money comes from TV fees) and fuck the guys who pay the most to come see you. Glad to see the old carny mentality of "d'em smart mark don't know shit, they ain't no workers" is still alive and well in 2018. Gotta love the populist approach at "working for the common man" too, in a weird kinda way. (although I'm not sure row 313 tickets are that cheap anyway) the typical worker for is not humble and mark for himself Cena is worse than Bret in this department Populist not really when he works with a promotion that is run anti by anti-populist anti-Union Neo-Liberals, yes he talking out his hole and not his mouth

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
My view of an ace is the fact that the fans have to back the ace look if you hear the chant of roman, roman or alike after mania then I would view him as the ace the fans make the ace along with the booking I use Misawa as an example if the fans were not behind him would he have became ace by beating Jumbo in June 1990 ie having the torch passed to him once baba knew Misawa was over and liked by the fans. My view is the fans make the ace more than or equal to the booking we have very different views of what makes an ace I know wwe is also a face based promotion so roman need be a face ie getting face pops to be ace in wwe tradition correct if on not accurate in anyway here Does this mean that Cena wasnt the ace in 06-07? (Wouldve put that all in one post but Im typing on phone and the editing isnt the best) Bruno Face, Hogan face, Bret Face, Austin Face and Cena Face [ until fans turned on me and wwe refused to make a new Face/Ace] wwe has always been a face based promotions as shown have wwe changed in some ways yes not enough though they still will want a face on top to be being booked as a face and being a face is two very very different things
