I hope people are listening to this somewhere, it's so good The last five- Zybysko, John Nord, Ottman, Embry, Al Perez- have been some of the best wrestling podcasts I've heard probably since the old Austin ones, the Embry one especially shedding a lot of light on things that i never thought would be clarified It has made me feel pretty old in a lot of ways but that's not really a bad thing. Easily the best podcast about these days

I know, I'm not taking it personally and tbh i get your point, but there is a strong chance they do this and it looks fucking terrible I hope it isn't the case but i just struggle to see it

Regards Punk & Omega being close to done, i dunno, i think both of them could adapt their style and easily extend the career by going shithouse heel and limiting the impact moves. I really dislike Kenny but he's fucking talented and could easily pull back on the high impact style and keep his presence After the last 6-9 months if Punk came back playing heel he could easily stooge and stall like Zybysko for weeks on end and keep his heat. If he stalled on PPV v Elite it would be nuclear when they got their hands on them if played right

I know you're taking the piss but my point is that Wembley's capacity is 90k without the floor/pitch so if you get 35-40k in there it is going to feel fucking empty. I went to coventry exeter in 2018, it was close to 50k apparently and there were spaces everywhere. As a spectacle if aew are in the same boat it won't look great. WWE wouldn't fill it either, no promotion is hot enough in Europe really; maybe UFC with a red hot card. And that's a big if Id like to be proven wrong but if you need to put the lights out on a stadium then what's the point

Wembley will look pretty empty at 45k Have a look at the league two play off final from last year then keep in mind they'll have the floor/pitch to try and fill too That usually gets 35-40k and does not look or feel full at all

Logan Paul is genuinely good though? I get your whole vibe on here & fair enough but AEW would love to have him, you're kidding yourself if you think he wouldn't be good for their show

Loads of big parallels between Supercard & Wrestlemania. Really obvious feel good moments handed to them on a plate, natural conclusions to storylines right there, then neither pull the trigger. Pretty weird really. Both really good undercards, i paid for neither mind At least day one wrestlemania got the KO/Sami decision right but sounds like they're already squandering it with last night's Raw. I've worked with & managed plenty of dickheads over the years in a few different professions, and a lot of the time as long as they manage to get the work done you can just compartmentalise the parts of their personality that grates I know it's difficult when youre in close proximity with them but Punk is still a top tier talent for the show/company, so you just tolerate it & work around it don't you Getting someone to try and work when they're not cleared is the biggest issue here, not the gossip really

Sounds like Tony was trying to do the win the match & sign the deal approach that WCW did with Benoit before the radicals jumped ship That worked out well for everyone involved after all

Good showing from nick jackson in the trios i thought. The *everyone lying down and near death* spot really doesn't work in a match like this though, if there are 9 of you then you should be going non-stop, even if its just a headlock. This new Zbyszko one is great, think he's got some interesting ideas about it all. Good character, him talking about the outlaw life being lost is an interesting way of putting it all together Brisco's delivery used to drive me mad but ive warmed to it a lot now

I'm pretty sure Mike George is from Missouri and that's a hometown match for him

Sting opened up about the pills quite comprehensively in Player's Tribune, so part of the story is true at least Seems so mad how WCW threw all that nuclear heat away so quickly and easily even now

He's wasted there and should be a good asset on the main show. I think anyway Don't often see someone running round on top rope like that Komander did, that was great
