AEW TV - 12/7 & 12/9 - Stuff and Things
If Sasha goes AEW that's a hell of a catch. Surely the first future-proof star as opposed to the other jumps who have been around for a while

The Gentleman Villain with Willian Regal
I'm a bit gutted by that to be honest. This and the Brisco/Bradshaw one were by far the best of the current bunch, and even if they do meander and go all over the place, there's a lot more depth to them than the rest of the Conrad roster, even just talking about the fundamentals Hopefully HHH was a fan of it and wants to give him a show on the network

The Gentleman Villain with Willian Regal
I haven't listened to it yet (and probably won't), but I'm guessing the new episode without Regal marks the end of this? The fact that he's not on his own podcast but is on the Brisco & Bradshaw one that come out on the same day does seem a bit ominous A shame really

Wow there are huge gaps in the Noah archive here. Seems like you have a few bits and pieces from 2000 and then it just jumps to 2017 Whats the point in that, are there problems with the rights to the footage? Confusing Edit- this may just be a shit index on website and a dodgy app

Why are there two lads holding the table in place for the suplex? Need to get that free trial

The Gentleman Villain with Willian Regal
Did anyone ever establish who the agent was for the Regal-Goldberg match? They've gone on about it again on the latest TV title one Every episode of this is basically the same as the last one but still pretty good

Dangerous Breed - The Teddy Hart Show
Surprised to see Pitbull #1 working this show. He got filmed backstage at the same "promotion" punching the promoter because he got stiffed on the payoff? What a business

I'm sure its full of duplicated spots etc as stated above but I love the 1990 Hogan v Stan Hansen match from Japan and will not hear a bad word against it. Really great Not sure i can think of many other good Hogan matches tbh

AEW TV 11/23 - 11/25
It's not as if Bryan is the only badly booked character on their TV, it's been really inconsistent all year. I quite enjoy it to dip in and out of as the quality of the roster is good & you will always get good matches But- as a show it is all over the place

AEW TV 11/23 - 11/25
That sounds negative but it isn't, i love mid-90s WCW. But it is a bit aimless

AEW TV 11/23 - 11/25
I think it is a waste of him in the current role personally but if you're going to let him run around as effectively a slumming mid-carder at least stick the TV title on him and treat him like 1993/94 Regal or 1995 Arn. It does feel a bit like early 90s WCW at the moment to be fair

AEW TV 11/23 - 11/25
Jake Hager comedy work surprisingly good

Best of 7 series
Was Motor City Machine Guns Vs. Beer Money best of five? That was the last time i saw TNA really, remember that being great though

AEW TV 11/23 - 11/25
If you ignore the die hard nerds on both side, you do also have the casual viewers who may just look at this and think what's the fucking point of this then fast-forward or turn off I think far too often in modern promotions these lads are just so in love with themselves they can't see the bigger picture Unless its all a work ofc

It is unique but i believe he has to pay the wages of his own police escort? To be fair to Cain he was also chasing down a lad who molested his son. So in that regard it is a different sort of crime really

AEW Full Gear 2022
Was the turn in the main being signposted on tv? I am a bit out of the loop Turning against a faction effectively named after you as a manager is a new one

WWE TV 10/24-10/30 Times are weird in my town
Doha to Riyadh is only hour & a half flight so could easily see them getting a lot of secondary market travel for it, qatar can't cater for the number of people who would normally go Not sure if rumoured moral boycotts over the stadium builds etc will actually happen or not

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
I think the AEW roster was in much better state before they started to take on the WWE offcut bloat, to be honest. I can see the merit to Danielson, to Moxley, even Punk for all his faults (and i did quite like his grumpy old man character) but its still old ideas and faces who didn't exactly set the world alight in WWE They would have been much better trying to be the fresh promotion that didnt have all the WWE rejects. Would have saved them all this bother, too. Danielson's huge lack of ego is causing them problems as well, really. Big money deal to basically get a high quality mid-card worker

Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
It was a rarity in itself but combat sports should have learned from the Demetrious Johnson/Ben Askren swap deal and made it a regular occurrence, and so should AEW/WWE
-
Is the empire crumbling before our eyes?
Wow, those ticket numbers are brutal. I don't keep up with these things, has this been gradual or is it a sudden drop off? It isn't great tv, the vibe is not there at the moment

AEW Grand Slam 09/21-09/23
Its a terrible waste of momentum

AEW Grand Slam 09/21-09/23
Saraya could be a good Sherri if she never gets herself to 100%. Could see some value to that

He may have added a bit of interest to the card maybe but Stipe v Overeem was a pretty big fight at the time and it was for the belt The buyrate is good but nowhere near something like your mcgregor diaz fights etc

AEW TV 09/14 - 09/16
Surely it isn't just me that thinks the Penta Canadian Destroyer on Keith Lee looks like it would hurt Penta more than big Keith I liked the match otherwise
