    Is this a bit?

He currently has the runaway MOTY against Ricky Marvin (4/25/21)

I gotta agree with Jetlag here. I find his early career work significantly more interesting than the "stagger to the center of the ring and trade forearms" style he seems to have popularized in Japan over the last 5 years. I guess there's a case there for being the most influential Japanese worker of the last 5 years, but I'd argue that influence is largely negative.

Just within the same era you'd have to at least say Naito. He got good to great matches out of about everyone they threw at him

Beyond giving Shibata the opportunity to reverse the rainmaker, what does Okada bring to this match that any other Japanese main eventer couldn't?

    Seriously?

Has Okada ever done a single interesting thing within the first ten minutes of a non-tournament match? This dude is a slog to watch until you get to the reversal dance finishing stretch of any of his big matches. He's a terrible matworker, his transitions are atrocious, his strikes are weak, and when you consider his "influence" on modern main event wrestling you'd almost be duty bound to put him on Bottom 100 list. His dropkick was pretty nice until he got old tho

SUICIDE BOYZ is one of my favorite indie teams ever and Jetlag's list does a great job of capturing their peak. Toba is always a delight to find on a card and rewards your effort in twofold by bumping like a madman and throwing the stiffest spinning back fist in the biz. Even after his peak, he still pops up with good performances as recently as Toru Owashi & Yasu Urano vs. Shuji Ishikawa & Tanomusaku Toba 2/19/21. (Side note: this one pretty definitively answers the question, "Does Shuji suck now or is it just All Japan?")

Your ballot shouldn't even be counted if you cant find room for Terry. Did everything, everywhere at a high level for what seems like forever.

A fun hot tag, but his singles work is bland and repetitive unless you think rope running and forearms are the height of wrestling (looking at you Shingo fans)

One of the best in the world until the bell rings.
