As for Murdoch getting the boot, it is telling that the categories I respect the least (reporters and active wrestlers) are where he faltered while he was Top Ten in historians and Number 1 in past wrestlers. That isn't an indictment on Murdoch but the process and those allowed to vote. I love that the RNR got in and i am sad that lucha is so lacking in representation.

For fucks sake... how many times do we have to repeat... this was not about one fucking tweet. We discussed banning him in October. We discussed banning him 2 weeks ago. If we are spending that much time discussing the banning of one poster then it was time for him to go. The timing may be the only questionable thing here and that is unfortunate but the overall reason for the banning has merit including the fact most of the mod staff thought he was a troll anyway.

Just in case this got lost in all the mud... I also want to state that this was not over one tweet. It also wasn't a rash decision that Loss made on a whim but something we were contemplating on doing before this incident. It was a cumulative effect. It may be unfortunate that it was after the tweet but rovert will still be allowed to post on twitter and other boards like VoW and F4. He'll be fine and PWO will be fine with the way things are.

Sometimes it is best if people part ways. He won't be reinstated. We aren't going to publicly shit on him. We are going to move on. Hopefully we have enough here for people to stick around with the Microscope, GWE project, yearbook project, fantasy booking, historical research, etc. If one missing person is going to stain your thoughts on the entire board, that would be unfortunate... but we are going to continue as before minus one member.
