The intention is this is the place on the board where it is safe to discuss politics or other hot topic issues since it is frowned upon in the regular wrestling threads.

I don't think I buy that. This is a simulated fight. I don't think anybody is pushing for intergender fights in UFC. This is a pretend fight that I believe is art. Why can't women fight men the same way Nancy and Frank Sinatra sing a duet?

Kalisto vs. Ryback - Great little man vs. big man. Great hope spots and Ryback sold exactly when he should have. Loved the delayed sell form the high kick that set up the apron DDt which Ryback sold great. Loved Ryback trying to fly and that ended up costing him the match when he could have put it away. I also love that his kickouts escalated. Licking out at one early, getting some late twos in the home stretch and finally the putaway. Great kickoff!!!

The great thing about PWO is that it is ONLY about wrestling but it doesn't have to be ONLY about GWE. GWE is only one of the projects offered here. We have the yearbook projects, the microscope, podcast promotion, analysis of old Observers and tons of other bullshit to occupy our time. GWE has has the lion's share of talk lately (and deservedly so) but even when the list is a simple reference tool, PWO will keep chugging along with the next list or project that occupies our collective thirst for more wrestling discussion.

We're going to have Brian (Mando) on for a reaction show in the future. I am glad you guys are enjoying these shows.

Your #1 and 2 should have been Ricky Morton and Hawk.

I don't think either is the GOAT. With that said, I had Flair in the Top Ten. I had Funk in the Top 25.

If you look at my Predictions thread, I honestly didn't think he would make the Top Ten. I thought there was still a stigma attached to Memphis wrestling as a joke territory that would prevent him form getting this high. I am ok. I am not going to cry like Matt D.
