This is why I dismiss formulas and "objective" rankings for projects like this and prefer a holistic approach. Akiyama was in great matches but I have zero personal emotional connection to the guy. When Phil Schneider calls me up and says "Let's watch this El Dandy match or Steven Regal match", my eyes light up and I get excited. Phil has never called me up to watch an Akiyama match.

Dumping Mil Mascaras for Buddy Rose isn't that offensive. Buddy deserves to be on more lists.

I like the idea of a brand split but as long as Raw is 3 hours, they won't pull it off. They were already pulling SD guys to Raw on a regular basis before the 3 hour shows. The best thing is to not advertise the brand split but have guys work rotating rosters. This keeps guys apart from each other but you don't have a fake brand split in your way when you want to pair two guys up.

It would only be interesting if he had Davey Richards as #3.

I have been going through 2000 WCW. The big difference (and i mention this on every other reaction show) but WWE can still put on quality high end matches even when the booking sucks. Even if the wrong guy goes over, we aren't seeing Russo level stupidity.

Because if footage issues, I have Buddy ahead of Bock. With Buddy, I feel like he is taking me on a trip during a match. I enjoy Bock alot but I don't get the same excitement for s Bock match.
