It's a terrible gimmick but even more so a Wrestlecrap idea if they think they can attract Mexicans by using Puerto Ricans doing a Spanish gimmick (though to be fair bullfighting is pretty big in Mexico too). The McMahons and their writers still think that there's a magical group of millions of people called "Latinos" that will support anybody that speaks Spanish. Well what is worse the Matadores gimmick or the Hunico/Camacho "Cholo" gimmick.

Regarding the roster being out there.....I think they were all forced to be out there for the coronation itself to see the new face of the company

There is one guy who hasn't been named that HAS to play a role in this whole thing and that's HBK. He trained DB now his best friend has screwed him so where does his loyalties lie. Should be a story down the road.

One thing they have done recently that quit doing for years is have a Mania endgame set extremely early and book towards it. They have succeeded the past couple of years we'll see if this year continues it.

They went with their long term Wrestlemania angle so they stuck with it. Orton & Trips are now back in roles they needed to be in plus DB is made and wouldn't surprise me if he won the title back next month.

Los Angeles definitely isn't Trips Country that's for sure

The Ring of Fire match anyway was about the fire and as long as Bray won whatever. The angle was shot to kidnap Kane so it did it's job. Clean Shaven Cody working 2001 NJPW Jr. was fun. He is a damn good babyface

There were quite a few indies since ECW died that tried to use Shane as a headliner and he meant almost nothing at all. Then you have his own promotion which is a whole different story.

Yeah he was Canadian and yeah he was a good kid but loved his Benoit a little too much at times
