Paul did run spot shows in towns like Port Arthur and yes they were NWA when they were aligned with Fritz but when they went to Southwest that changed.

Knoxville was "dead" in 1983. GCW would run there sporatically but ICW is running it right now. Knoxville wouldn't become another Fuller town until 1985
