That started out bad, but progressed as it went on. Good match, but still a notch below last years. I will say I dug the NXT ladies getting the surprise spots over the vets.

Yeah, I wasn't a fan of this and felt it was the worse match on the show also and as mentioned previoulsy and as I mentioned in the TakeOver thread -- this is as close to a PWG-style match as you'll get in a WWE ring. I could see why those live dug this and can see why those who like the PWG-style would like this, but it's simply not for me. I felt it they really needed to stop 4-5 nearfalls and big spots before they did. At the end I was convinced Gargano would have pulled up his car and ran Ricochet over with his car and he would have still managed to kick out at 2.99 and given his shocked facial expression that would have received a close up and This is awesome! chant.

Gargano/Ricochet aside, this has been a really good show. Not on par with some of the past TakeOvers of course, but that's not a bad thing as there has been some pretty amazing TakeOvers in the past.

Star making performance for Bianca. Came out to an OK reaction, but had the EST chants going near the end of the match. Stipulation rematch at the next TakeOver I'm guessing.

Is this the first TakeOver they haven't featured a new signee sitting in the crowd? Seems like that has turned into a regular gig. Not sure any of their most recent signees are big enough for that, though. KUSHIDA, maybe? Trevor Lee or ACH?

Not sure. Only way I see Black losing is if he's moving on up to the main roster. But I think he wins and Ciampa chases Gargano for the NA title too.
