I REALLY hope Smackdown is coming to Sacramento soon. Yuba City (around 45 minutes from Sac) has a HUGE Sikh population, potentially the largest in the US. They do a huge parade every year that (I believe) is the largest Indian celebration in the country. It will be like all those huge drawing shows in hispanic areas when Eddie was champ.

The Bay Area is no closer to Mexico City than anyone else in the U.S.

I thought this was a pretty satisfying show overall, with really only the women's trios being a total throwaway.

Bill Dundee was a master of the short studio match

I don't think I've ever posted it, but I ended up recording what may be the only copy of Primo/Epico winning the tag titles from Evan Bourne/Kofi Kingston. Seems small in the grand scheme, but it was at a local house show and apparently Bourne had just been suspended. I didn't see any cameras rolling.

I'm not a huge Barrett fan, but I don't think I've ever seen him be a notable "worst guy in the ring". Notable meaning "all four of these guys in the match aren't that good, and he's the worst".

Like when WWE had a short-lived stable of Brock, Big Show, Nathan Jones, Matt Morgan and A-Train. It's like they were trying to make all of them look completely normal.

I probably get most entertained by Bill and Jamie Dundee.

I thought Molly Holly looked pretty terrific with short hair. Also, my girlfriend has short hair, and she looks gorgeous with it.

That horizontal turnbuckle bump turns up a few times, but it never looked quite as nuts as it did against Valentine. What's even better is the bump actually makes sense within his moveset, as a torpedo shoulderblock was something he broke out against bigger name opponents. It's nice when a signature bump is based off of actual offense that typically hits.

Also, a good Virgil match. Virgil recently commented on Twitter about how underrated Berzerker was. Hmmmmm...clearly he's been following the project.

I did really like when 2014 Sasha was working with 1995 Stevie Richards style no-offense offense, and also had Stevie Richards' 1995 mullet. I think that's my only contribution to the hair talk. Oh! Are online guys mad because they hate the extensions and want to see their natural hair? Or are they also made at say...Becky Lynch having dyed hair? I like the name. It reminds me of old Coliseum videos, like Bleeps, Bloopers & Bodyslams. It's an old reference that seems more relevant than something embarrassing like Cyber Sunday and more thought out than the apparently DUI themed Over the Limit.

Considering the 25 minute matches are half stalling and comedy spots, you can bet that a 60 minute version is majorly padded.

Do we know what time this is supposed to start? Like the actual start time, and also the pre-show start time (the part with matches). A couple friends want to come over and I don't really have any interest in a 12 hour day watching Mania in real time. Is the show supposed to be 3-8? 4-9? Worse?

There has to be good stuff from Wildside...
