  1. There's always a narrative. Sometimes it's just "Stop looking for shit that ain't here, it's just a gig".
  2. I could go for a goodhelmet right about now, actually.
  3. The best part of these shows is that they're so much fun to do. We have a fucking blast doing them. It's a rare thing to stumble on a group of four guys who mesh this well. Well, there was another group but they kicked out Ole like we kicked out Brick.
  4. Y'know, being a great worker has nothing to do with moves or mat work or "scientific" wrestling.
  5. Ex strip club DJ actually.
  6. Bagwell also pissed off WWF management because his Mom would call JR or whoever to bitch about stuff. And I guess he had an attitude problem that resulted in Helms whacking him in the head with a frozen bottle of water. I don't remember the exact details.
  7. I loved Austin saying who all the top guys are and it was Cena, HHH, Orton, Daniel Bryan, and Punk if he comes back.

  9. I hate to brag, no wait...I don't . We crush it this show.
  10. I guess this wasn't a thing until at least 95, no? Fatu & Godfather in the front. Savio, Godwin, Taker and ??? in the back It's Yoko, isn't it?

What I liked about it was Christian saying, basically "yeah I ain't pretty but I'm a two time World Champ," while sporting a shiner. He came off more bad ass than he ever has before.

It's just JBL, and let's be honest. Christian ain't young Elvis.
  13. Well, it'd be a short fall.

Hey, Jerry Blackwell sighting on RAW during the Bobo Brazil tribute.

Yeah, what a fantastic fucking match.

Ok, Steph saying that Kane has received a very strongly worded letter of reprimand in his personnel employee file as punishment for his actions had me laughing.
  17. Wasn't it more that people online assumed that's what Vince would have said and now it's being attributed to him as if he actually said that?

And I was just sucked into the match and didn't even notice. And if I had, I would have just thought "Orton's leg hurt him real bad, but he's now getting past it cause rasslers are almost superhuman because of superior adreneline". Oh and I don't have a "duckies and bunnies outlook". I just choose to talk about what I like and generally not talk about what I don't like. Sharing enthusiasm is a positive feeling and sharing negative feelings just gives them more strength. If WWE does something I don't like, it's gonna have to be something big to me to get me to comment and bitch about it online, cause that's just energy wasted in negativity perpetuating something I disliked. I also always watch every PPV on a big screen, surrounded by friends, beer, weed, family, and pizza. The fun and community trumps "bad booking."

Eh, guys no selling to advance a match is as old as wrestling itself. It's normal. I always just think "he pushed through the pain" or whatever. "These guys are so tough, they can shake shit off" and that kind of shit. It works as long as it's not over the top ridiculous.
  20. Just 20 clams to go see some live wrestling? Of course you go. You spend more than 20 bucks a week on Beatles crap. :lol

What's hilarious though, is that Im reading people complaining about it "because it doesn't mean anything". Jesus Christ, if you're that incapable of joy then stop watching wrestling, and seek help before you end up feeding yourself a bullet.

Yeah, I'd totally dig a long fued between the two gangs, but it ain't gonna happen so why should I moan about what I know isn't gonna happen? And it isn't just WWE that blows heel vs heel fueds. Historically they've never been as great as fans have wanted them to be. Freebirds vs Devastation Inc had some good matches but it didn't run very long.

I think part of the problem is that Bray is the only one of the Wyatts who is over. The other two are kind of generic big men. With the Shield all 3 guys are so good and have distinct personas that are pretty well over at this point. It doesn't feel like the big clash of mega-factions that it should be because one of them is still kind of green. Well , now they have Harper talking, and "generic" isn't exactly how I'd describe those two.

Since we have three weeks until the PPV, I'd imagine the chaos between the teams is coming up. Right now it's dueling promos. And I'm loving these promos. Ambrose's bit reminded me of that great Diesel promo when he was fueding with Taker, "I AIN'T AFRAID OF THE DARK!"
