Again, I don't know jack shit about NJPW besides the big names but they've done a great job with creating some backstory for the matches. I'm enjoying the hell out of this show so far.

I've never really been a big Sting fan, I knew he was great but he just never did it for me. But I now finally love Sting. Crazy Old Man Sting fucking rules.

I've never seen Connors before and I now can say I have a new most hated wrestler. He's a zilch.

Then it became clear that the audience wanted good women's wrestling as proved by NXT, run by Dusty and then HHH. She's still being a corporate coward by staying silent while her old lady is tweeting her support of the decision that contradicts her statements she made during her failed, "You fuck everything, I get to run for Congress" deals that Vince regrets more than ICO-PRO. Shit, I'm sure that Titans Tower and Trump Tower both have abortion clinics . If you pull the third tooth from the bottom on Vince's Dinosaur skull , the door to his opens.

So, on Dynamite the announcers and Regal kept going on about how Mox has to win cause it'd be the end of the world if the AEW Title was taken by New Japan, mentioning an "invasion" and stuff like that. Have they even hinted at this being an inter-promotional feud where NJPW is going to "kidnap" the AEW title? I mean, I don't always pay attention but I don't recall that being part of the build. It's especially weird since so many of the other matches have NJPW guys teaming with AEW guys.

I'll check it out this weekend.

I gotta figure a lot of the crowd cheering had no idea that the scandal is going down and just popped for the song and Vince. There were a lot of boos and shots of folks in the crowd not cheering for him, to be honest.

I just watched the Vince intro bit and I think it spoke volumes. That old croaking leaf crushing maniac thought THAT was appropriate. It's wild.

And screaming at people.

Nese with Mark Sterling has been a great little act. Who cares what he was before this moment? Right now he's been a fun little act. Its the most interesting Tony Nese has ever been. Also, promising a haircut and not delivering really stinks. I haven't seen a worse wrestling haircut since Mania 3. They did a Peoples Court gag for the Wardlow entrance? Ok.

Not to be that guy, but whoever told her that was so out of touch. The quote was something like" Guys want to hang out and play video games with you, but not fuck you." Ummm. What? She was EXACTLY who fans wanted to fuck to be blunt. AJ was and is a smoking hot person who also was a great performer, who was great on the mic. .That's the wrestling fan trifecta of wanting to "fuck her." Bonkers.

That sounds like when Monsoon and Hayes would just talk about whatever on house shows. I'm in. Kal Rudman and Dick Graham are the greatest WWF announce team of all time because of how crazy and improvised they were. There were SO MANY Spectrum matches that would have stunk if not for them. I want to hear about how Kal, Martel, and Garea were hitting the discos in Philly as Kal drools over any mention of Tony Atlas while Scicluna was fighting Steve Travis in a dud.

The "Manscout "Jake Manning has been one of my favorite indy guys since the first time I saw him. It might be the best gimmick ever. It helps that my gym teacher from K-8 was named Jake Manning and he was a REAL piece of shit.

This week's Rampage was fucking awesome. It was an example of why a one hour show is the best format for pro wrestling TV. This show rocked from start to end. The Baddies and Statlander are the future of the women's division and are outshining the main event level talent. That Statlander/ Red Velvet match was fucking fire, and Statlander should be pushed to the moon, no pun intended. Dropping the dopey Alien gimmick was so important. She's freaking great and is still over without it.
