[1994-04-02-AAA] El Hijo del Santo & Lizmark & Tiger Mask vs Blue Panther & Eddy Guerrero & Love Machine
I just watched this and it appears to me the gringos turn on panther because lizmark takes his mask, puts it on, attacks one of the gringos and then puts it back on panther. Their attack was retaliation for what they thought was his attack

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
just wondering about the riot at sumo hall after vader's debut. conventional wisdom is that the riot was a result of vader squashing inoki but reading ditchs page linked below it appears to be saying the riot actually broke out just after the choshu match. during the vader match there doesnt really seem to be anything going on. all the fans we see on camera and everyone around the ring seem to be focused on the match and there doesnt look to be anything occurring. was the riot already underway outside the arena at this point and what did cause it? http://theditch.us/riot.html

[1994-03-12-AAA] Konnan vs Jake Roberts
i thought sherris bump was the craziest thing i would see in this match and then sagrada dives off the fucking cage for fucks sake. how many multiples of his height was that thing? for something i was really dreading watching this actually turned out pretty entertaining, thanks entirely to everyone not name jake or konnan. thankfully they seemed to focus much more on the outside stuff than the 'match'. did jake have a boy or a girl, btw?

The Daniel Bryan Push Thread
except cena and bryan are appealing to different audiences. 10 year olds might love their garish cena merchandise but (and i have nothing to support this, so i guess its just my theory) most adult wrestling fans dont want that or cartoon goats. no one can convince me that a ron simmons style tshirt with nothing but 'yes' on it wouldnt sell like crazy. speaking more generally (although it certainly applies to bryan), i wish wwe would lose their obsession with putting shit (usually the wrestlers name) on the back of their shirts. looks terrible.

The Steve Austin Show
im only up to the second razor show but over the last few episodes gimme mo has become almost unbearable. i guess someone (possibly austin due to whatever brain damage he suffered during his career) decided to give this guy, his complete lack of wit and his annoying voice a bigger role. glad to know he's gone at some point in the (hopefully near) future. also austin saying in an episode that he only advertises things he uses and believes in, and then a few minutes later saying he hasnt tried the t-plus stuff hes been shilling since the beginning made me lol. but i love this show. the non interview episodes rarely fail to have me crying from laughter.

House shows
my first ever live show was the global warning event wwe did in melbourne, australia. hhh vs. brock vs. rock main event. it was later released on dvd. was 40 something thousand there, so i imagine in 2002 (ie. before they did every mania in a football stadium) that wouldve ranked fairly highly on the all time wwe attendance list. my favourite experience would probably be summerslam 2013 followed by the post-mania raw from miami last year. i was losing my shit during the ss main event and was legit pissed when bryan got fucked. and raw was just so much damn fun, with the crowd going crazy for bryan all night despite him not even appearing until the dark match. the post summerslam raw was pretty cool as well, especially since the shield walked right past me 2 or 3 times. a lot smaller than i thought they'd be. i also saw hogan vs. flair...in 2009. i think one or both of them bladed. highlight of that show was the massive hogan mark sitting in front of me who got kicked out just before hogan made his entrance. was literally crying as security dragged him away, poor guy.

[1992-03-16] Donahue: Vince McMahon, Dave Meltzer, John Arezzi, Barry Orton & Bruno Sammartino
The exact opposite, actually. During a deposition (IIRC) it was discovered that Hodgson had made the same sort of accusations at another past employer, and that a judge called him a "habitual liar." His lawyer resigned right then and there, and even apologized to McDevit on his way out the door. thats interesting because at one point Vince says something about bringing up his past and Hodgson cuts him off and says his past has nothing to do with anything. but their interaction was my favourite part of this. especially vince telling him he was shit.
