Think about Casas is he is in college, so he's only available for occasional shows.
  2. So glad a touring company will be putting out shows before me. Gives me some perspective before I unleash FMW to the world.

I picked him up in the draft, but happy to drop him... Oops missed that. He's still yours if you want him.

  5. That's a weird thing to say. Especially since Kawada has worked against guys like Rob Van Dam & even was in HUSTLE. Plus... Bayley's offense looks so much better than Michaels.

Yeah, M-Pro can take him of course. Sorry about the mess.

A mistake on my end. Wait... isn't Yamada=Liger? If not, who is he?
  8. Grimmas replied to Grimmas's topic in 1995 Project
Yamada to AJPW... Remember the new rule going forward, where you can only pick up one free agent (sign one guy for a show/tour) every 24 hours going forward.

    Like that.

Yep. Just don't go too far into future
  12. What's funny is that I had no idea it was a bad schedule, I just copied FMW's real life schedule. I guess, what were they thinking?
  13. August 24, 1995 It's been three months since Shoice Arai took over as president of FMW. With that move and with the retirement of Atsushi Onita, FMW has started to lose it's edge. It's hard to believe that on May 5th, FMW ran it's largest show in front of 58,250 fans at Kawasaki Stadium. The new generation of FMW took over on the next tour, led by stars like Hayabusa, Masato Tanaka and The Gladiator. To make matters worse, the FMW World Brass Knuckles Heavyweight Championship is vacant. After Onita retired, the title was vacated, but since then Hayabusa became champion. However, he was forced to vacate the title on June 27th, the same night he won it. Here we are, two months later, and the title is still vacant. The last few months can not be considered as transition period, as things are changing and the second great era of FMW has began with the hiring of Grimmas the FMW match maker. This ended Arai's idea of running a more sports entertainment style of promotion. From here on FMW will be the home of all wrestling styles. From the classic FMW death matches, to great technical wrestling, to high flyers, to lucha libre, to shoot style, to joshi, in FMW you will see it all. With FMW's new focus, there has been a challenge changeover. FMW has kept on the talented: Hayabusa, Masato Tanaka, The Gladiator, Hisakatsu Oya, Ricky Fuji, Super Leather, Mitsuharu Matsunaga, Koji Nakagawa, Katsutoshi Niiyama, W*ING Kanemura, Horace Boulder, Megumi Kudo, Combat Toyoda, Crusher Maedomori, Shark Tuchiya, and Miwa Saito. On top of that great talent, FMW will bring back former FMW stars in Mr. Gannosuke, Sabu, and Terry Funk. If that wasn't enough, FMW has scoured the world to bring you fresh new talent in the form of: Big Boss Man, Jinsei Shinzaki, Daisuke Ikdea, La Parka, Hanzo Nakajima, Yuji Yasuraoaka, Takako Inoue, Mayumi Ozaki, and Chigusa Nagayo. With all of this talent the next tour from September 14th to 26th will be huge. Over the whole tour their will be an eight man round robin tournament with the winner becoming the new FMW World Brass Knuckles Heavyweight Champion. Competing in this FMW Grand Slam will be: Hayabusa Masato Tanaka The Gladiator Terry Funk Sabu Big Boss Man Mr. Gannosuke Jinsei Shinzaki Whoever can survive this grueling Grand Slam will truly be worthy of champion. With the new leadership in FMW, rules will now be enforced with twenty counts on the floor and disqualifications in place. However, all of these rules will be waved in every Brass Knuckles Title match as well as in this tournament. Select matches will also have special stipulations, to be announced soon. There will be a press conference on September 13th before the tour stars with all the talent from FMW. Including Damian 666 from Mexico, The mysterious Headhunters, and WWF Women's Champion Monster Ripper, who will be on the upcoming tour. Stay tuned for future announcements regarding FMW and this tour in this very thread, as a new day has arrived! All of this talent is ready to prove themselves and you don't want to miss a moment of it. 14. Holy shit, can we recreate The Giant-Hogan match from Halloween Havoc 95?
  15. You folks are kicking ass here with new concepts and ideas!
  16. The issue with that is that songs don't usually have previous released songs or poems or books written before hand that make that song either worse or better.
  17. The problem with giving the whole show a grade or even a match or angle is those are individual chapters in a larger story. The issue in wrestling is that each match is a chapter, but a TV show or PPV make up a variety of chapters of different books. Summerslam was filled with final chapters, second chapters, sixth chapters, ninth chapters, etc... how would you even go about grading a book if it contained a variety of different chapters from different books inside of it?
  18. It's not the issue of it being a botch, it's how it looks. Rick Steiner "botches" a suplex by throwing someone to high/far and drops them on their head. It's reckless and dangerous, but it makes him look really strong. Bayley not being able to pick Asuka up just makes her look frail and weak. Or exhausted from a grueling match?
  19. This is why the old DVDR workrate reports were perfect. Simply one section for what worked, one section for what didn't.
  20. Ok, this hand's down makes the whole project worth it. I am so excited for this and this style!

In that case, I can take all of them; Mascara Magica, Bobby Duncum, Jr., Gorgeous George III, John Nord and King Kong Bundy. I meant.. managers count towards your 44. Can't go over 44 managers and wrestlers.
  22. Grimmas replied to Grimmas's topic in 1995 Project
Managers count as spots... so please clarify who you want?
  23. Yeah man. For SMW I would probably just do the weekly TV and those few major shows they did a year.
  24. I purchased an awesome notebook today for planning purposes. Will post pictures later!
  25. They should had put trios on one show and tags on the other. Same women's single on one show and women's tag on the other.
