  1. Sami Zayn looks like a legit athlete not a cartoon character.
  2. Inflation as well.
  3. I wrote this for my blog in my review of the Hulkamania CHV tape and I want to know if I am crazy or if this match is just really great. Announcers: Gorilla Monsoon & Howard Finkel What a truely bizarre team in the booth. The first thing they do is make sure that the $15,000 is on the line. At this time Bobby Heenan said he would pay out that money if anybody could bodyslam Studd, the true giant of wrestling. Bobby Heenan confirms that it is always on the line. What follows is a surprisingly great match. It’s built around Hogan gaining control, then going for the bodyslam only for Studd to block it and then take control. The big moment occurs when Hogan goes for a bodyslam near the ropes and Studd is able block it and drag Hogan to the floor. He uses the table, ring post and guardrail to bust Hogan open! This leads to the longest heat segment of the match. Studd is so in control he even hits a flying ax handle off the top! During this segment we see the first bodyslam of the match and it’s by Studd. Hogan starts to “Hulk Up”, but he gets booted to the floor. After a little of bit of the King of the Mountain spots, Hogan drags him to the floor. We get some brawling and a comeback which leads to a bodyslam on the concrete floor and a countout win for Hogan. I really can’t believe how great this match was. Rating: ****
  4. My review of Hulkamania. https://prowrestlingsuperblog.wordpress.com/2016/01/26/hulkamania-wf002/ I had no idea there was such a great Big John Studd vs Hulk Hogan match out there.
  5. That's exactly how \i feel
  6. Monday Minis is here. I review Pierrothito vs Bam Bam. https://prowrestlingsuperblog.wordpress.com/2016/01/26/pierrothito-vs-bam-bam-cmll-9202011/

My predictions based on the Rumble. Triple H vs Roman Reigns (WWE Title) Brock Lesnar & Undertaker vs Wyatt Family Sami Zayn vs Kevin Owens Charlotte vs Sasha Banks vs Becky Lynch (Divas Title) AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho Kalisto vs Rusev (US Title) Dean Ambrose vs Sheamus (IC Title) A New Day vs Usos vs Dudley Boys (TLC) Andre the Giant Battle Royal
  8. Don't even have to split them, just turn stereo to mono will do the trick.

    What about Nakamura?
  10. On ppv? Tonight. On Raw, months ago.
  11. Bullet Club invasion? Daniel Bryan return? There isn't a lot of options. 2014/2015 had some of the worst booking ever and they are in position to do it again.
  12. I don't think there is one single outcome of this Rumble match that I would like. Making a newly crowned champion defend the title against 29 contenders is silly. I guess if Roman retains and then faces people going forward that aren't in the Rumble like AJ, Owens, Ambrose, then maybe it will work.

Ok I have loved this guy every match I have seen him in. His touring matches with Mascarita Dorada rival the Rey Jr vs Psicosis touring match. Does he have enough footage to make it?

  16. I don't think people are purposely losing money to make Vince change the outcome of a match.
  17. Great post. I hate that they think the idea to build Roman is to have him lose again. Roman should be winning against all challenges (maybe not 29 in one night).
  18. Flair is going to rank high and he does have the best match out of the most different amount of guys. It's just it shouldn't be surprising, because he is good and had way more opportunities. Is Flair better than Misawa at this? Of course, Misawa only wrestled a a few handful of guys in significant matches.
  19. An interesting question to ask would be: How many different guys had their best match with Flair? How many different guys had their best match with Fujinami? How many with Jumbo? And so on down the line. I think that's a metric that might help Lawler, but the quality bar on both those matches and those opponents probably lower. How many people wrestled as many different opponents as Flair did in big (could have good matches like title match) settings. Absolutely no one, so of course no one did it better than Flair. Nobody even had the chance (taped at least).
  20. How do I chose between Flair and Lawler in this one? Also why not Satanico?
  21. My top ten matches of 2015. https://prowrestlingsuperblog.wordpress.com/2016/01/23/2015-matches-of-the-year/
  22. It was like most Royal Rumbles, even if there wasn't anything great it didn't go long so there was no chance for it to get boring like some bad Rumbles.
  23. Lucha has won the WON Match of the Year once in history. That is insane.
  24. What's funny is that all those matches have potential to be really really awesome.

They need to get to the state where most wrestlers are faces and there are a few heels who are actually over. If only a few can get heel heat, they maybe only have a few heels? Face vs face matches work, not every match has to be heel vs face.
