Greatest Tag Wrestler ever
I think Dustin Rhodes is the best tag worker. He doesn't have the matches or amount of great teams that some other might have due to the long singles run, but damn was he a great hot tag and damn was he a great FIP. He made teams with Booker T and Cody Rhodes great and that is not an easy feat.

What about Flair?
Late to the party like usual, but I'm with Matt here. I think there is a fair number of people who have changed the way they look at tools and such, or even the way they define workrate. I'm one of those people, Matt is, I'd wager someone like Dylan, Steven Graham, and a bunch of others might be as well. I definitely preferred more action in the past, now I prefer more storytelling and selling.

Fair for Flair: a mini-series
Funny you mention that. Coming soon. A still untitled series where GWE voters come on and make their cases for guys. I am available for Satanico, Hansen, Rose, etc. But I really just wanted to jump in and mention that this thread is full of some really awesome posts. Good stuff everyone. I might need to start this sooner than I thought, because there is a lot of volunteer guests.

New Project: Wrestling 365
Got home late and was tired, so just threw on the SNME from October 14, 1989. Actually felt bad I hadn't had time to watch, so made sure I watched something tonight.

WWE Talk October 12 to October 18
The main culprit is not football or baseball, because those happen every year. The main culprit is the staleness of the show and some horrible booking.

Fair for Flair: a mini-series
Don't agree. If they are debating points that others are making that is very fair.

[2001-10-13-NWA Florida-53rd Anniversary Show] Steve Corino vs Shinya Hashimoto
This is a match for people who love Hashimoto beat downs. Early on Corino tries to keep up with Hashimoto's kicks, but Hashimoto is too much. He beats him to a bloody pulp and then the referee stops it and awards the title to Hashimoto. Corino tries a post match comeback, gets beat up again until the locker room saves the day. It goes about 10 minutes, but is a LOT of fun. Corino showed some nice signs as a babyface and Hashimoto is awesome Hashimoto here. #wrestling365

Best on Offense
I love Bret Hart's offense. Also Goldberg has amazing power and MMA type moves.

Remade Poll
I am happy rejecting a million stupid trades, if you guys want to offer stupid trades.

Toshiaki Kawada
We do a have a Kawada vs Gary Albright match coming up on the Excite Series Parv. Also, I don't think going 60 is something that is needed. Flair, Harley those guys had way more practice doing it. Kawada does not and quite frankly nobody really should. There is no need to go 60 more than a few times in your career.

New Project: Wrestling 365
For today there is also a Chono-Hogan match on a NJPW dome show. Probably should be on the list. Also, this could be a very helpful resource going forward. http://www.profightdb.com/this-day-in-history.html It lists all the cards taped on that day.

What are you watching?
I"ve been mixing my time between stuff for podcasts (current, all japan 90's), mask/hair matches and greatest matches ever watching. I am really on board with mask vs mask, mask vs hair, hair vs hair matches as the best wrestling. Even when the work isn't great, the intensity and emotion is.

Misawa vs. Kawada vs. Kobashi vs. Taue - Comparing the Four Corners
Outside of Kawada number one I am not sure. I like Taue the second most, but he is not the second best guy. Really like Kobashi in the 90's, his 2000's work is not my favourite. Probably Kawada, Misawa, Taue, Kobashi... but that can change very very easily.

Memphis/Stampede Possible Trade
That's what it is all about right? Certainly wasn't the intention of the game, but the founding members are all gone so enjoy.

Memphis/Stampede Possible Trade
Ok.. weird and wild stuff.

Memphis/Stampede Possible Trade
I think there was some confusion on the trade that was made, I didn't think we were going through with this part until December 1st. The trade involved JYD and Youngblood for Rick Rood. I can take Youngblood off the books though for this purpose if it goes through. Ok, I know I am not in this game anymore but you can not trade JYD in 1983 for Rick Rude. That is complete insanity.
