Is there any reviews for him?
  3. Here is a question, if rolling a dice killed Hulk Hogan in 1984 would that be an issue in the game? What about Flair or Steamboat or Mike Rotundo?
  4. So far, Jack Tunney has been busy. 1) Sgt. Slaughter is in the Canada Cup from WWC. In the future another WWC star will appear in MLW and two stars of the MLW will appear in the WWC. 2) Andre the Giant will make 7 dates (Including the Canada Day Super Show) in exchange, Valentine will make 7 dates in the WWF. 3) The NWA Canadian Champion will appear in MSG to defend his title on a semi-regular basis. 4) The WWF IC Champion and one other match will be featured on Maple Leaf Gardens show, thanks to the WWF. 5) Bret Hart from Stampede Wrestling has been entered into the Canada Cup! In the future Stampede talent will appear on two MLW shows!

You didn't even land the Canadian I wanted, the man with the hands of stone. Rick Martel, Ivan Koloff, Greg Valentine, Sgt. Slaughter and Bret Hart are all worthy future champions in the tournament.

Southwest was loosely affiliated with AWA for a while but at some point in 1983 that ended and they decided to create their own 'World Title.' I plan to copy real life and pretend that never happened, just using the Southwest Heavyweight title as my main belt. I'm going to stay on the fence to see what Crossface does with the AWA title before deciding whether or not to join with a larger affiliation. The NWA Canadian Champion is willing to display the greatest title on Earth in Texas!

There is no better person in this game than Parv to run the WWF.

I don't believe the WWF is doing anything nefarious. Maple Leaf Wrestling is a proud partner of the World Wrestling Federation. The WWF Intercontinental Champion is a big feature of our Maple Leaf Gardens shows. All of this is hearsay, and I hope the NWA doesn't do anything rash that could cause a war.

I fixed the mistakes, should be a good list now.

Anyone can want to join the NWA if they want or the AWA. I can't imagine why they would not be approved. Of course, if Stampede wants a true travelling champion the NWA Canadian Champion would be more than willing to come to Calgary to defend his belt! Private trades and exchanges are cool. Maybe the Canadians should join up and create the CWA!

Parv would have to drop out of the NWA in order to run Central States. Then the NWA can help Central States run better cards and the WWF can fail. We would need some kind of poll. Are you vetoing me running St. Louis? Did Central States really run St. Louis in 83? St. Louis Wrestling Club ran twice in July, then there is nothing until December by the WWF.

Two things to hammer out. Expansion, if there is a town/state/province that has no shows is it up for grabs? Also, the NWA Champions schedule and who it is. We can appoint a president and let them handle it and them just bringing things up for vote for title changes, etc... We could also run a committee.

There is a faction that want real life events held too (Magnum's car accident, Rick McGraw's death) while there is others who want it randomized. I don't know if a consensus has been met.
  18. Well it wouldn't work if there wasn't a mouthpiece / main antagonist bringing in heels through the rotating door. But I also think Heenan is a franchise player you can carry a promotion on. Bobby Heenan could had been the first pick in the draft and I would had thought it was a good pick.
  19. We here at Maple Leaf Wrestling feel the NWA Canadian Title is the best title in all of Canada, if not the world. To prove it we have signed a deal for the NWA Canadian Title to be defended at Madison Square Gardens on a monthly basis. If you want to see the prestigious NWA Canadian Champion in your town, please contact Jack Tunney to make negotiations.
  20. No, but there is a hockey russia-canada rivalry that trumps everything else!
  21. So yeah we are bringing the summit series to wrestling soon with Ivan Koloff coming to Maple Leaf Wrestling!!! Look forward to your series of Rick Martel-Ivan Koloff matches coming to a town near you!
  22. dedhemingway you are on the clock.
  23. President Jack Tunney approaches the podium to announce the next pick in the draft! "As President of the esteemed Maple Leaf Wrestling I am pleased to point out that we will feature the best wrestlers from around the world. Our next talent may not be popular here in Canada although he should see some great battles come out of it. Much like in hockey, Canada and Russia have battled to be number one, well the same is true in wrestling and today I am happy to announce the next piece of the Maple Leaf Wrestling roster in "The Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff!
  24. Maple Leaf Wrestling President Jack Tunney and World Wrestling Federation owner Vince McMahon are proud to announce a partnership going forward. On the monthly Maple Leaf Gardens show the WWF will provide two matches to the show, including a title match. Jack Tunney was really proud to announce the great stars of the WWF will be frequently seen here in Maple Leaf Wrestling and will be a big fixture at Maple Leaf Gardens for years to come.
