I really think Triple H screws Bryan tonight, which leads to a Triple H vs Bryan match at Mania. However, I have a feeling that if Bryan beats Triple H, then he gets inserted into the Title match too.

I was re-watching that recently and I remembered Bret Hart talking about how Shawn doing all those flashy moves was going to turn him babyface and either he was doing it on purpose or just had no idea. Watching the match I just assumed that Shawn knew he was going babyface soon, due to how he worked the match. ​ Apparently he just doesn't understand wrestling.

If everything makes sense, there is good selling and a good story then it is a good match. I don't care how cool the moves are, but if something happens in the match and I go "well that is stupid or that makes no sense" it completely takes me out of the match and ruins it for me.

This week really came down to the two Daniel Bryan matches for me. Both were really awesome in different ways. I had to give the edge to the Cesaro match, just because that opening leg work that Orton neglected for half the match slightly bugged me.

Not only talk about it, but we talked about it for 3 hours!

I do not hide the fact, nor do I advertise. Essentially I treat it like any other sport and art. I don't bring up hockey or wrestling or music, etc.. unless others do first. Although when people come over to my place they see dvds and I just explain it to them. It's not really a big deal.

About the Bryan merch, why not a plan black t-shirt that says "Yes! Yes! Yes!" on the front and that is all?

His love of Tanahashi is getting to be too much. On that Observer Sin show he went on and on about how Tanahashi is the best in the world and so on. There was a poll of the best wrestlers from 1980 till today and Tanahashi was included, but not Lawler or Funk. It's too much already.

Virus vs. Titan is your match of the week!

Heyman is way big a carney, simply because he has made way more money.

This was such a great week and this would had been hard if Virus-Titan was not the best lucha match I have seen all year. Virus can really do no wrong. This was a nice hybrid of the modern high flying style with a more traditional title match and it really worked. Virus' crazy swanton dive to the floor was the highlight. I was excited for this match and it did deliver. Great stuff. I liked every single match on this list, so no choices are really horrible.

I have a feeling that most of Tenta's WCW run is better than remembered. It needs re-watching.

Another close battle here as the Raw Trios beat out the Titan-Virus Trios by a vote of 7-5. I will be post the new poll later today.

For me it comes down to Blue Panther vs. Negro Casas and Titan-Virus trios match. Both were awesome matches that really leaving me wanting to see future matches between them. I am so excited there is a Virus-Titan match coming up on a future poll! I like both for different reasons. One was two pros doing there thing with a lot of hate. The other was a classic lucha match which had a great finishing sequence. I am going to go with the trios match, just because of how awesome Virus was and how excited it made me to see him face Titan.

It was a fun time, even if Will went a little crazy about Warrior-Savage.

I love this idea. I love the idea of separate organized threads for any match that people want to discuss. Cool concept that will just get better and better with age.

Kevin Ride what did you think of the Rush vs. Virus trios match, I didn't see you comment on that one?

I can understand it is not your cup of tea, but how does that translate to a bad decision? Lucha is really not that different than any other wrestling. There is some different rules with tagging and how a fall ends in trios, but outside of that it's wrestling. It can be mat work and dives or bloody brawling, depending on the situation. What is it that you don't like about it? You said you don't know why, but try watching a match and point out what you don't like. I would love to hear it and maybe lucha is something you will never like or maybe it is something you will grow to love. Watch some, write some thoughts and let's see what it will be.
