perfect gaijin. AJPW/NJPW reformation with Baba and Inoki forming a super team on top would be great.

1983 Project General Chatter Thread
Lots of foreigners move to Japan or Mexico to work full time. I think the Japanese and Mexican promotions should get 1 pick or 2. We are smart enough to not pick someone who wouldn't actually belong.

Won't be close to UG vs Atlantis. I do love big mask matches so I am excited.

NXT talk
I was thinking about it last night as Bate celebrated his win that it doesn't make sense for WWE to not have him hit the ground running as he's already pretty over and fits a lot of what they want then I remembered they rushed into this with no real plan which will hurt any chance of these guys getting pushed while they still have momentum. I think it would be great if they just worry about the weekly show stuff later and just brought in at least the big 5 guys from #UKCT it's not like they can't find a lot more talent guys in the UK scene for the weekly show if need be later. Nothing wrong with having a UK division on NXT for 6 months.

What's your thoughts on the state of the wrestling business as a whole in 2017?
The problem is what do people want? WWE is smart in know having a little bit of everything for everybody. They have SD with good stories, they have great wrestling, women's wrestling, high flying, indie super show, UK wrestling now, even tag teams have made a comeback.

Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre
Dear Dave, sorry no time for a full in depth report this week, life is hectic. I did catch the show though. The biggest news is that the Dynamic Duo won the tag team titles. The moment they came out with Ameircan flags I thought the fans were going to kill them. The match was short but heated, especially the last two minutes. It was the third fall all evened up, when Gino pinned Cachorro with a inside cradle holding the tights. That left Ringo Mendoza all alone with both members of the Dynamic Duo. He fought valiantly and the crowd was going nuts, but a superkick out of nowhere gave them the Tag Team Titles. The other match was Sangre Chicana and Pirata Morgan having a great brawl. They had Satanico and Perro Aguayo as their seconds and they brawled too. A real chaotic scene. Sorry about the brief report! Stan Grimmas Dear Stan, thanks again for the report and the tapes. Yeah the show was great and I suggest everybody check it out. More heat than you get almost anywhere else in the world. The other great thing about this show was this ridiculous backstage vignette. You had the UWA team of Negro Casas, Blue Panther, Babe Face, & Black Terry all sitting around a roasted pig at a large dinning room table. They put a CMLL flag on top of it and carved it up, explaining how there plans are to take CMLL apart and how inferior it is to Universal Wrestling. They called themselves Los Guerreros del Universo (The Universal Warriors). Awesome and ridiculous stuff!

Speculation on the WrestleMania 33 card
Does Trips and Shane really need to wrestle? The card is already loaded without them. Bray-Orton Goldberg-Brock Roman-Taker Jericho-Owens Nia-Sasha-Charlotte-Bayley Then you have AJ, Miz, Ambrose, Cena, Joe all to work into bigger matches before filling it out with whatever.

The Honor Roll: ROH's 50 Greatest Wrestlers Ever Project - RESULTS DISCUSSION
Going to be difficult, because it's just not greatness, but greatness in ROH. Someone like Hero is top 3 workers to work there, but wouldn't make top 3 on this kind of list.

Obviously he meant Wade Barrett is returning.

The greatest match of all time
If its the situation I remember it was just something taken out of context. Unless this wasn't about the AJ promo.

Speculation on the WrestleMania 33 card
Orton and Bray were black holes until they teamed and it's been amazing. It's not yhe best feud of all time, but its pretty good and revitalized both.

The greatest match of all time
Is liking WrestleWar best of the Flair-Steamboat matches a minority opinion?

The greatest match of all time
For years I said 6/9/95, but I'm starting to think it's Atlantis-Villano III

Speculation on the WrestleMania 33 card
Yeah, so Orton-Wyatt would seem underwhelming then. It's been a great built up story for many of months now, something you wouldn't totally get without actually watching the show.
