Weirder career than Johnny Ace?
What about Ryuma Go? Junior heavyweight in 70ies All Japan and New Japan, part of the first UWF, being to some degree responsible for FMW (Onita returned to Go's indy promotion Pioneer Senshi after a 5 year hiatus), fighting space aliens in the 90ies and after that doing gay porn.

BRAINBUSTER SIX: THE CLUSTERF*CKENING
There is a big problem with doing the "name the card" game without giving other guys the option to challenge: you could easily just request the whole card.

Mitsuharu Misawa
Misawa completely losing his cool against Sugiura (3/4/07) was great from what I can remember. The 07 Sano match I would add as must-watch as well (though that was more a Sano performance), as is the 06 Morishima match.

Naoki Sano
"Consistent" is not a term I would use for his time in NOAH. From my memory he was lazy barely doing anything 9/10 times (though when he was on he was on).

Early Hall of Fame 2016 Predictions
So they are basically suing them because they know they cannot afford being sued and will settle by dropping out of the other lawsuit. What a bunch of assholes. Someone should do a kickstarter and pay for a counter-sue or something like that.

Dave Meltzer stuff
The second half of the sentence (the stuff not in the signature) makes Meltzer's quote look (at least) half as bad.

Dave Meltzer stuff
Meltzer had a great story on the breaking new audioshow yesterday. After talking about Buddy Landel he spoke a couple of minutes about Cora Combs (who also passed away yesterday, at the age of 92). He spoke about watching some Crush Gals matches together with her and (one of her) comment was: "Where are the tits?"

BRAINBUSTER 5!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WEEEEL
Though Kelly took an unnecessary risk when he estimated 20 instead of 9.

WWE TV 6/1 - 6/7/15
From my experience most math professors at university think that statistics is not proper science and way beneath them to spend any time on.

Must-watch ROH matches for GWE purposes
Really? This is a match I would rather avoid.

[1992-12-20-UWFi-Double Takada] Nobuhiko Takada vs Naoki Sano
The matwork stuff here was more loose as you would normally see in shootstyle wrestling. Maybe I am getting conditioned by all the RINGS greatness for me to notice that, I don't know.

Mailbag Questions for New Dangerous Alliance Podcast
Explain the usage of the Dixie (the flag, not the clueless putz) in southern wrestling to non-Americans. Is it more appropriate for heels or faces?

[1992-12-19-CWA] Jushin Liger vs Franz Schumann
Call me crazy but that was one of may favorite matches on this set. Must be a genetic thing. While Schumann definitely held his one Liger is so great in this. He was a guy who really could do everything. Sometimes I wonder if his body of work would be even greater if he spent his peak years doing a different style than the NJ junior heavyweight thing. A funny thing was the crowd chanting "Zugabe!" (means asking for an encore) after high-spots, a bit like the "this is awesome" chants.

WWE Network... It's Here
With all the free months it's not even 9.99 per month but rather 7.50 or so.

Botchamania
I have no problem with the Botchamania concept in principle, as long as the clips don't include ( a ) spots where wrestlers got seriously injured (like Villano IV breaking his neck courtesy of of Raven and Kanyon) and ( b ) backyard stuff like someone doing the Foley jumping from the garage thing and missing his target.

Ric Flair vs Jack Veneno
Yeah, it was him. He was trying to orchestrate some sort of 'grab bag' system for his discs, where one of the grab bags would contain the elusive Flair vs Veneno match. Without going into all the specifics of everything, it turned out that he never had it in the first place. Some old time traders may remember some post on Crazy Max where he sai he was off to the Dominican Republic specifically to source this, and then when he returned claimed he had it but was going to keep it for himself. He also used to refer to himself as 'the King of Handhelds'! That's what I would call "working".

[1992-11-07-SMW-TV] Brian Lee vs Kevin Sullivan
There is some stuff here that really takes away from the brutality of this: (a) the announcers pretending not to recognize Sullivan when he was under the hood and ( doing CPR and checking the pulse of a guy who is clearly moving.

Huh? It was definitely there in the version that is on the 92 yearbook. I would really like to know, if the kids there were TJ Wilson and Teddy Hart.
