[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] Goldust promo
It was as they were pushing him main event as he comes in and attacks Austin during the main event. I'll take this Dustin over the "he's coming back" Dustin.

[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] Interview: DX
I had hoped Waltman's response would have been more biting. He isn't very good at comebacks. It was cool that he was able to respond within minutes of Bischoff's attack.

[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] DX at CNN Center
All I could think of is how the affect of the CNN blowing up looks like something out of an AVGN episode.

[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] Al Snow and Jim Ross
Weird to see Pat out here for this trivial problem when he has the main event to worry about. That ginger security guard looked like he went to the gym and just benched for a year straight - no leg work.

[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] Sable vs Marc Mero
I noticed all the viagra references as well. Sable's implants are beyond fucking ridiculous at this point. Perfect for 19 year old me, but 37 year old me knows it is quality not quantity. I think they need to change the saying from, "Like nails on a chalkboard" to "like Sable talking on the mic" I wonder how Brock deals with it.

[1998-05-11-WWF-Raw] Interview: Al Snow
It was around this time in 1998 that the ever confident smark in me mad a list of the Top workers in the WWE. At number one was, Al Snow. My friend scoffed at it, but I was proud to think I was more knowledgeable. In hindsight, what the fuck was I thinking?

[1998-05-11-WCW-Nitro] Hulk Hogan vs Randy Savage
Nothing is more sad than Piper coming out with what he thinks is killer material only for it to fall dead flat. It's like he went to make They Live and came back for the rest of his career thinking he's still got it. Well, even more sad would be the build up for the main events at Slamboree.

Loved everything about this. Also enjoyed Gene pulling the mic away from Joe before they lost the crowd.

[1998-05-11-WCW-Nitro] Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash
Nash getting in his digs while he can before he tries to go toe-to-toe with the Rock and gets handled. Hogan's comebacks are on par with the ever popular, "No! You are!" After the little pissing contest we actually get to the story line and ends with Giant out as an nwo member. Here comes smoking on his way to the ring, Giant.
