The ReDraft December 1983
No worries, kev, Dundee is one of those guys I would love to have but are a better fit somewhere else (and definitely a better fit for Memphis).

The ReDraft December 1983
Memphis looking to destroy what is left of my draft table Granted, I would have felt super guilty taking Dundee.

Wow, wasn't expecting it to go this quickly. The AWA takes Ron Garvin.

The ReDraft December 1983
At least this is the part where it's fairly obvious people going from my table. I mean, I really wanted Barry, but it makes sense that someone else would want to grab him. It's later on, with the goofy little ideas for wrestlers where I think, surely nobody else will want to take this person, and then somebody does , that's where the real swearing starts.

Arse ... one pick too late. That said, Windham is a great fit for MACW.

One other thing ... the first big draft had two separate threads, one for the draft itself and one for commentary This was a great idea, keep the two separate so if you were trying to be clear on who had drafted whom, you wouldn't have to scroll through several pages of people swearing at each other for taking the guy they wanted Should this thread be the one for the draft and create a new thread for commentary, or vice versa.

The ReDraft December 1983
No worries, just mentioned because that was the way of the first draft. It was helpful if somebody got a bad position, they wouldn't be stuck with it for the rest of the draft. In this particular draft, nobody is going to have to wait too long for their next pick, so there is less need to randomize. Easier to remember as well.

Both of Stampede's own Cuban Commandos, "The Cuban Assassin" Angel Acevedo and "Comrade" Gerry Morrow, are on the table, if you want to grab them. The first overall draft we had would randomize the order every two rounds (would have one order, snake back for the second round, then randomize for the third and snake back again, etc.) Will we be doing that or just keeping the same order? I am fin either way, although given there are less people participating this time out, there would be less of a need to randomize.

The ReDraft December 1983
Where is Jim Cornette at this point? I think he was in ICW but I can't see him on the board. Edit : Whoops, never mind, he is in Southeastern which explains why he is not on the board.

One last little note : Precious should be taken out of my available list, as she is protected by being one of my 3 managers (along with Robley and Kaissie). Edit : Also, a change in formatting for the WWA available list, the following names should be listed this way : Black Gordman & Goliath Spike Huber Billy Anderson

I am ready to rock.

The ReDraft December 1983
OK, in that case my 3 managers (Robley, Kaissie, Precious) are out of the draft. Since that will give me 2 more free spots on my protected list, I will add Crusher and Wiskowski.

The ReDraft December 1983
Hang on, does this mean that we can pull our 3 managers out of the draft? I have 2 managers in my protected list (Robley and Kaissie).

There are 2 Cuban Assassins, the PNW (and other territories) "Cuban Assassin" Fidel Sierra and the Stampede Cuban Assassin (real name Angel Acevedo) . A recent trade sent Fidel Sierra to Big Time and Angel Acevedo to Southwest.

The ReDraft December 1983
Cuban Assassin is also missing from the Southwest roster.
